| 摘 要： | 应用内固定治疗骨折和保护骨的血供一直是一对矛盾，近年AO针对自身治疗原则中的某些不足，提出生物学固定(biological osteosynthesis，BO)，其核心目的就是保护骨折局部血运。间接复位(indirect reduction)和微创钢板内固定术(minimally invasive plateoste osynthesis，MIPD)是BO原则中的两个主要技术，其发展备受关注，本文就两门技术的原理、操作要点、应用前景做一介绍。
