摘    要:研究了以分子筛NaY为载体,以乙酸钾为活性组分的固体碱催化剂对苯酚与碳酸二乙酯气固相催化合成苯乙醚的过程,采用CO_2-TPD和N_2吸附脱附的方法对催化剂进行了表征,考察了乙酸钾负载量对催化剂活性的影响以及反应条件对该反应的影响.结果表明随乙酸钾负载量的增加催化剂的碱性先增加后减小,这主要是由于过高的负载量会堵塞催化剂内孔,从而抑制其碱性中心发挥作用.乙酸钾负载量为15%质量分数的催化剂对该反应有最好的催化性能.当反应温度为593 K,空速为1.5 h~(-1),碳酸二乙酯和苯酚摩尔比为1.2时,苯酚的转化率和苯乙醚的选择性都可以达到100%.

Abstract:Synthesis of phenetol by ethylation of phenol with diethyl carbonale is carried out over NaY loaded with potassium acetate.The catalysts are characterized by CO_2-TPD and N_2 adsorption-desorption,and the effects of the potassium acetate loadings on activity and the effects of reaelion variables on the conversion rate of phenol and product selectivity are also investigated.Results show that the base amount of the catalyst increases with potassium acetate loading and can reach maximum value at the 15 wt% potassium acetate loadings.Too much potassium acetate loaded may cause decrease in BET surface area and pore volume,which may be the main reason for the decrease in activity of the eatalyst.The catalyst of 15 wt% potassium acetate loaded on NaY zeolite exhbites the highest catalytic activity.Under the reaetion conditiom as follows:593 K,1.5 h~(-1) of WHSV,and 1.2 of molar ratio of DEC to phenol,the conversion rate of phenol and selectivity of phenetoi can both reach 100%.
