| 摘 要： | 县医院的发展已被列为新医改力致攻克的重点,这是因为它的发展是直接关系到农民健康保障的大事。但是,目前县医院的发展仍然面临着诸多困惑,亟待寻求破解之策。本文结合现状分析,从前瞻性预测和指导、"硬件"建设与"软件"建设协调、"龙头"和"网底"协同及政策维护保障4个方面提出了破解之见解。

| Abstract: | The county hospital development has been listed as emphasis of the new reform to operate because it is the directly relative to the critical issue of farmer healthcare base.However,currently the county hospital development was still facing too much puzzled,urgent concerns to solve.Based on the present situation analysis,this article put forward four aspects of suggestions to address solutions,including the forward-looking forecast and instruction,the coordination of ＂the hardware＂ with ＂the software＂ construction,the coordination of ＂the main item＂ and ＂the net bottom＂,and the policy of maintenance and safeguard. |
