摘    要:针对飞机复杂蒙皮拉伸成形特点,对等值线、切片线、质量检测等关键技术进行了深入研究,基于OpenGL三维图形库开发了数控蒙皮拉形数值模拟系统STRETCHFORM的后置处理模块,实现了真实感图形显示、交互数据提取及成形质量评估等功能.对进气道蒙皮进行"虚拟拉形",取得了满意的结果.

Abstract:To pre-estimate the formability of complex aircraft skin parts and study the key techniques of stress-cut and quality test, the post-processor of finite element simulation system-STRETCHFORM was developed, based on OpenGL(a library of 3D drawing), to assist the manufacture according to the stretch-forming feature of skin parts. The main function of modules, key technique including 3D graphic displaying algorithm, interactive data control as well as evaluation criterion of forming quality were analyzed and accomplished. Several examples were enumerated to demonstrate the good practicability of the system.
