摘    要:为了解决水稻种绳直播机质量大、耗能高、装卸不方便等问题,采用虚拟设计方法研制了一种手扶式水稻种绳直播机。该机主要由防堵器、限深轮、播绳装置、覆土器及镇压轮等组成,可使播种水稻种绳的旋耕、压沟、开沟、播放种绳、覆土、镇压等动作一次性完成。田间试验表明:水稻种绳直播机开沟器结构能够满足强度和刚度要求,圆弧型限深轮压沟深度变异系数为5.05%,种绳的覆土厚度变异系数均值为3.72%,轮1的滑移率为7.36%,轮2的滑移率为7.10%,机具的通过性满足农艺要求,各项指标均达到了农业设计要求。

Abstract:Invent Walking rice rope direct seeding machine through a virtual design method. This machine is mainly composed of anti-blocking device, depth limit wheel ,seeding rope device,earth covering device, soil thickness, etc. It can complete rotary tillage, furrow pressing, seeding rope, covering soil, compacting at one time.The result of field tests showed that the opener structure of rice rope direct seeding machine can achieved strength and stiffness requirements.The coefficient of variation of circular depth limiting wheel was 5.05%.The coefficient of variation of thickness of the covering soil of the rope was 3.72%.the slip ratio of wheel 1 was 7.36%, and the slip ratio of wheel 2 was 7.10%.The passing ability of the seeder satisfied the agronomic requirements.All the indexes achieved the requirements of agricultural design.
