扎染批量化生产的研究

近年来,随着多元化时代的到来,扎染--这一民间技艺又焕发出新的生命力.扎染制品越来越受到更多人的喜爱,扎染也从家庭作坊式生产逐步向规模化、企业化方向发展.但是,与常规的染色和印花工艺相比,扎染远未形成批量化生产规模.究其原因,扎染是一种以手工制作为主的生产方式,其较低的劳动生产率与现代社会所追求的快节奏、高效率的理念相背离.

Research on Mass Production of Tie Dyeing

In recent years,as the development of tie-dye technology,more and more various tie-dye products are produced.But compared with other processing,tie dyeing is far from volume-production.Only by carrying out the mass production of tie dyeing,the traditional tie-dye products can be put into the modern fabrics market.The article studied the mass production of tie dyeing in term of sampling,lofting,and mass production.
