将Ⅳ索12型索道应用于狭长工作面的采石场的石材搬运和装车作业。该索道系统中闽林721绞盘机的摩擦卷筒、跑车及游动滑车都进行了改装设计使其达到4倍增力起重、双向牵引,最大起重量可达9t。实践表明在特殊困难地形将林业索道用于采石场作业有明显效益。  相似文献

During the late summer-early autumn of 2002, surveys were carried out in Turkey to determine the presence of phytoplasma diseases in fruit trees. Phytoplasmas were detected and characterized by PCR-RFLP analysis and TEM technique in stone fruit and pear trees in the eastern Mediterranean region of the country. Six out of 24 samples, including almond, apricot, peach, pear and plum, gave positive results in PCR assays. RFLP analysis usingSspI andBsaAI enzymes of PCR products obtained with primer pair f01/r01 enabled identification of the phytoplasmas involved in the diseases. Stone fruit trees, including a local apricot variety (‘Sakıt’) and a pear sample, were found to be infected with European stone fruit yellows (ESFY, 16SrX-B) and pear decline (PD, 16SrX-C) phytoplasmas, respectively. This is the first report in Turkey of PD phytoplasma infecting pear and of ESFY phytoplasma infecting almond, apricot, myrobalan plum and peach; ESFY phytoplasma infecting Japanese plum was previously reported. http://www.phytoparasitica.org posting July 21, 2005.  相似文献

In this paper we show how the spatialconfiguration of habitat quality affects the spatial spread of apopulation in a heterogeneous environment. Our main result is thatfor species with limited dispersal ability and a landscape withisolated habitats, stepping stone patches of habitat greatlyincrease the ability of species to disperse. Our results showthat increasing reproductive rate first enables and thenaccelerates spatial spread, whereas increasing the connectivity has aremarkable effect only in case of low reproductive rates. Theimportance of landscape structure varied according to thedemographic characteristics of the population. To show this wepresent a spatially explicit habitat model taking into accountpopulation dynamics and habitat connectivity. The population dynamicsare based on a matrix projection model and are calculated on eachcell of a regular lattice. The parameters of the Leslie matrix dependon habitat suitability as well as density. Dispersal between adjacentcells takes place either unrestricted or with higher probability inthe direction of a higher habitat quality (restricted dispersal).Connectivity is maintained by corridors and stepping stones ofoptimal habitat quality in our fragmented model landscape containinga mosaic of different habitat suitabilities. The cellular automatonmodel serves as a basis for investigating different combinations ofparameter values and spatial arrangements of cells with high and lowquality.This revised version was published online in May 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

利用远缘杂交创造核果类果树新种质的研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
以桃、杏、李、樱桃、杏梅等果树的 1 4个品种为亲本 ,3年来共进行了 80余个组合的远缘杂交试验 ,探讨了核果类果树远缘杂交的亲和性 ,并对远缘杂种幼胚进行了胚抢救。结果表明 ,铃铛花期授粉的坐果率显著高于初花期授粉 ;同一杂交组合 ,正反交坐果率差异显著 ,母本对远缘杂交亲和性影响很大 ,选择自交亲和或自然坐果率高的种或品种做母本容易克服远缘杂交的不亲和性 ;适宜场强的静电场、He -Ne激光处理及60 Coγ射线与He -Ne激光联合处理花粉 ,均能显著提高花粉离体萌芽率 ,用上述处理的花粉进行的远缘杂交坐果率也明显高于对照 ;60 Coγ射线单独处理则降低了花粉离体萌芽率 ,远缘杂交的坐果率也低于对照 ;对远缘杂种幼胚及时地进行胚抢救 ,并诱导形成多丛芽 ,是克服核果类果树远缘杂种不育性的有效方法。研究并筛选出了李、樱桃胚萌发与生长、多丛芽诱导与增殖以及生根培养等最佳培养基配方。目前已将欧洲甜樱桃×中国樱桃、大石早生李×泰安巴旦水杏及凯特杏×总统李等一批核果类果树远缘杂种定植于露地 ,其中欧洲甜樱桃与中国樱桃的种间杂种是国内外首次获得  相似文献

通过检测除氮型改性凹凸棒土(Al@TCAP-N)和火山石的内部及周围水体有关氮、磷、有机物分解的酶活性和水质指标,利用高通量测序对材料和水体中的细菌和真菌进行分析,以研究尾水处理系统初沉区中水质净化材料处理尾水营养盐的机制。结果表明,Al@TCAP-N和火山石能增加其周围水体微生物碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、硝酸盐还原酶(Nar)活性;火山石能在早期(0~6 h)提高其内部有机磷水解酶(OPH)、氨单加氧酶(AMO)的活性;Al@TCAP-N能在后期(36~48 h)增加其内部脱氢酶(DHO)的活性;净化材料相互对比发现,火山石内部的酶活性整体高于Al@TCAP-N内部的酶活性;本试验表明水质处理最佳时间为36 h,总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)的去除率分别为22.61%、9.52%和22.16%。在实际应用过程中,可通过Al@TCAP-N的吸附和火山石负载的微生物的双重作用降低水中营养盐的含量。浮霉菌门(Planctomycetes)、变形菌门(Protepbacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)和壶菌门(Chytridiomycota)分别是材料表面微生物细菌和真菌中的主要门类。火山石能在净化初期促进有机磷化合物分解和硝态氮(NO3--N)转化为亚硝态氮(NO2--N),Al@TCAP-N在净化后期促进有机物的分解。Al@TCAP-N和火山石能促进水体中含磷化合物的分解和氮的转化。  相似文献

通过对中原地区古民居的调研,选取几个典型古民居作为案例,结合碉楼民居特点,对其特征进行细致分析。为了合理诠释中原地区碉楼类民居的抗震价值,基于构造视角,从平面形式、结构布置和抗震构造措施的角度入手,归纳出该类民居的抗震结构特征:①平面形式为塔形;②平面和立面布局规整、均匀;③墙体高厚比合理,门窗洞口少而小;④墙体中设置有拉结石,起到类似拉结钢筋、圈梁和构造柱的作用。  相似文献

The relative virulence ofPhytophthora cactorum andP. syringae originating from almond trees, and ofP. citrophthora originating from citrus, to apple, pear, peach, cherry and plum rootstocks, was studiedin vivo andin vitro. Results of the different experiments were in good agreement. All testedPhytophthora isolates showed little virulence to pear rootstocks-causing only minor crown rot symptoms - and no virulence at all to apple rootstocks. In contrast, they were highly virulent to stone fruit rootstocks, causing crown rot disease. The non-pathogenicity of these isolates to pome rootstocks could be interpreted as strict host specificity.  相似文献

Molecular Variability of the Capsid Protein of the Prune Dwarf Virus   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Sequences of the capsid protein gene and the preceding intergenic region of eleven isolates of prune dwarf virus from central Europe were determined. The isolates were obtained from plum, cherry and peach trees. Comparison of all sequenced isolates (including two sequences published previously) revealed high (88%) conservation of the capsid protein gene. The highest degree of identity was observed in the C-terminal half, where only 13 amino acid substitutions could be observed in contrast to the N-terminal half with 22 substitutions. No reasonable correlation between amino acid substitutions and host species and/or geographic origin of the isolates was observed. Alignment with capsid protein genes of other ilarviruses revealed apple mosaic virus, elm mottle virus, lilac ring mottle virus and prunus necrotic ringspot virus as the most related to prune dwarf virus. Unlike the isolates of related prunus necrotic ringspot virus all the isolates of prune dwarf virus shared extensive conservation of the intergenic region. Portions of RNA3 were selected for design of universal primers for PCR detection.  相似文献
