??Intravenous leiomyomatosis: A clinical analysis of 7 cases LI Xuan??XIN Shi-jie. Department of Vascular Surgery??the First Hospital of China Medical University??Shenyang 110001??China

Abstract Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of intravenous leiomyomatosis (IVL). Methods The clinical data of 7 cases of IVL admitted between September 2004 and September 2015 in the First Hospital of China Medical University were analyzed retrospectively. Results Five cases of the 7 cases underwent surgical treatment, 2 cases underwent conservative treatment. All the 5 cases had pathological diagnosis of IVL. Five cases involved the uterus vein??iliac vein??vena ovarica and inferior vena cava; 4 cases involved right atrium; 1 case involved right cardiac ventrium and pulmonary artery. IVL of 5 cases originated from uterous tumor. Seven cases were followed. One case died of respiratory and circulatory failure in postoperative 2 months. Two cases of non operation died in postoperative 3 and 4 years respectively. One case of low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma recurred in postoperative 1 year. Conclusion IVL is a kind of rare and fatal diseases that should be paid more attention to the diagnosis and treatment in order to avoid misdiagnosing. 目的 探讨CTNND2基因敲除对小鼠小脑神经元发育和运动功能的影响及可能的机制。 方法 小鼠分为2组,每组10只,均为7周龄:野生型 (WT) C57BL/6J 小鼠为对照组,CTNND2基因敲除纯合子 (CTNND2-/-) 小鼠为实验组,PCR检测CTNND2-/- 小鼠的基因型。平衡木实验、悬挂实验和步态分析实验检测两组运动功能;免疫荧光染色、高尔基染色检测小脑普肯耶细胞的变化;Western blotting检测突触相关蛋白磷酸化突触蛋白1(p-Syn1)、突触蛋白1(Syn1)、ELKS和突触后致密蛋白 95(PSD95)以及磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶(PI3K)、磷酸化蛋白激酶B(p-Akt)、蛋白激酶B(Akt)、磷酸化哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(p-mTOR)和哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)的表达水平。 结果 与WT组相比,CTNND2-/-小鼠通过平衡木的时间延长,通过平衡木的比例下降,悬挂时间缩短,悬挂得分减少,前爪步幅长度和后爪步幅长度均缩短;CTNND2-/-小鼠小脑中普肯耶细胞数及其树突的分支数均减少;p-Syn1/Syn1、p-Akt/Akt和p-mTOR/mTOR比值以及ELKS、PSD95和PI3K表达水平均低于WT组。 结论 CTNND2基因敲除可能通过下调PI3K/Akt/mTOR 信号通路,影响小脑普肯耶细胞的数量和树突结构以及突触相关蛋白的合成,导致小脑发育障碍,从而影响小鼠的运动功能。 相似文献

目的:对伴发室性心律失常电风暴的Jervell-Lange-Nielsen综合征(JLNS)(先天性QT间期延长综合征伴先天性耳聋亚型)一家系进行基因突变检测,以期发现中国人特有的基因突变。方法:采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)及DNA直接测序法对JLNS一家系进行KCNE1检测。结果:先证者及7位家系成员的KCNE1基因的第112位外显子发现一错义突变:A→G,致丝氨酸密码子(AGT)变成甘氨酸密码子(GGT)。结论:JLNS可由KCNE1基因的突变引起,KCNE1基因第112位A→G错义突变是首次发现的中国JLNS的突变基因及位点。 相似文献

目的 探讨前额叶皮层(PFC)树突棘及突触发育障碍,诱发自闭症(ASD)小鼠核心症状的机制。方法 将C57小鼠按照完全随机设计,分为正常对照组(CON组),ASD模型组(VPA组),溶剂对照组(DMSO组)和Wortmannin抑制剂组(Wortmannin组),10只/组。旷场实验,青年玩耍实验和三箱社交实验评价小鼠的ASD样行为;高尔基染色观察小鼠PFC树突棘密度的变化;Western blot检测小鼠PFC信号通路相关蛋白p-PI3K、PI3K、p-AKT、AKT、p-mTOR、mTOR以及突触相关蛋白PSD95、p-Syn、Syn的表达;免疫荧光染色观察PSD95、p-Syn的变化。结果 与CON组相比,VPA组小鼠出现了ASD样表型,PFC总的、成熟型树突棘密度减少(P<0.05),未成熟型树突棘密度增加(P<0.01),信号通路相关蛋白p-PI3K/PI3K、p-AKT/AKT和p-mTOR/mTOR表达上调(P<0.05),突触相关蛋白PSD95和p-Syn/Syn表达下调(P<0.01或P<0.001)。Wortmannin能改善小鼠ASD样表型,改善树突棘发育,下调PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路及上调突触相关蛋白的表达。结论 PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路的过度激活和突触相关蛋白PSD95、p-Syn表达降低可能导致VPA诱导的ASD小鼠PFC树突棘损伤和突触发育障碍,最终导致ASD样表型。 相似文献

Abstract Objective To evaluate preoperative judgment and intraoperative identification of nonrecurrent laryngeal nerve (NRLN) during thyroidectomy. Methods The clinical data of 4 cases of thyroid surgery associated with a right NRLN from August 2008 to February 2010 in the Department of Vascular and thyroid, the First Hospital of China Medical University were analyzed retrospectively. Results The preoperative CT scan showed a retroesophageal aberrant right subclavian artery in all 4 cases. They had identification of Type??A NRLN on the right side. Postoperatively, the patient had normal vocal cord function on laryngoscopy. Conclusions It is possible to predict preoperatively a right NRLN by identifying an aberrant right subclavian artery on the CT film of the neck, which likely enabled the prevention of vocal cord paralysis. 相似文献
