Physico-chemical analysis techniques, including X-ray diffraction and Scanning Electron Microscope–Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy, were employed to construct the isothermal section of the Er–Fe–Al system at 800 °C. At this temperature, the phase diagram is characterized by the formation of five intermediate phases, ErFe12?xAlx with 5  x  8 (ThMn12-type), ErFe1+xAl1?x with ?0.2  x  0.75 (MgZn2-type), ErFe3?xAlx with 0.5 < x  1 (DyFe2Al-type), Er2Fe17?xAlx with 4.74  x  5.7 (TbCu7-type) and Er2Fe17?xAlx with 5.7 < x  9.5 (Th2Zn17-type), seven extensions of binaries into the ternary system; ErFexAl3?x with x < 0.5 (Au3Cu-type), ErFexAl2?x with x  0.68 (MgCu2-type), Er2FexAl1?x with x  0.25 (Co2Si-type), ErFe2?xAlx with x  0.5 (MgCu2-type), ErFe3?xAlx with x  0.5 (Be3Nb-type), Er6Fe23?xAlx with x  8 (Th6Mn23-type), and Er2Fe17?xAlx with x  4.75 (Th2Ni17-type) and one intermetallic compound; the ErFe2Al10 (YbFe2Al10-type).  相似文献

The dynamic behavior of a two stage spur gear system used in a typical wind turbine is investigated in this paper. With the purpose of having an accurate simulation, for a given excitations, of the dynamic response of bearings, shafts and teeth in contact.In this study, we developed a lamped mass dynamic model with 12 DOFs. This model is excited by external and internal issues sources. The main factors of these excitations are the variability in the wind resource and the time varying mesh stiffness fluctuation.The aerodynamic torque is calculated from an empirical approach of the power coefficient. The incoming flow is modeled by an analytic equation test varies with time. The differential equations governing the system motion are solved by an implicit Newmark algorithm.  相似文献

A single crystal structure determination of the complex (C5H9N3)CuCl4 [henceforth I] has been carried out. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Cmca, with the cell parameters a=6.7053(5) Å, b=22.4171(19) Å, c=13.4173(9) Å, V=2016.8(3) Å3, and Z=8. In the complex, the anion is comprised of infinite zigzag chains of monochloro-bridged $\mathrm{CuCl}_{4}^{2-}$ units ?–CuCl3μ–Cl–CuCl3μ–Cl–CuCl3–? surrounded by the pyridinium-ammonium cations. The Cu ions are five-coordinate to chloride ions in a distorted square-pyramidal geometry with the zigzag chains formed by corner-sharing polyhedra. The Cu ion is located 0.151 Å above the basal plane. In the crystal, there are four intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions, linking the CuCl chains to the cations to form a 2D-network. The resulting 2D-networks are further linked by aryl?aryl (π?π) interactions within the cationic chains leading to a 3D-network. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibility data were fit to a one-dimensional S=1/2 antiferromagnetic chain model yielding C=0.44(1) emu-K/mol-Oe and J=?37(1) K.  相似文献

Tuna cooking juices contain high organic load preventing the rejection in the environment without treatment. But the effluents present an interesting fishy odour and it is worth recovering aroma compounds. In this work, two industrial tuna cooking juices were concentrated by nanofiltration. Nanofiltration performance was discussed in terms of permeation fluxes, organic matter retention and impact on the aromatic properties of juices.NF sharply decreases the global intensity of juices and modifies their aromatic equilibrium. However, the main characteristics and the marine nature of juices were kept. A pre-treatment by microfiltration (MF) induces a marked increase in permeation fluxes during NF concentration while it slightly affects the aromatic properties of juice.  相似文献

The phase equilibrium of the ternary Nd-Fe-Co system at 800 °C was investigated by means of powder x-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy–energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy. Seven binary compounds, i.e., Nd2Co17, NdCo5, Nd5Co19, Nd2Co7, NdCo3, NdCo2, Nd2Fe17 were identified to exist at this isothermal section. This isothermal section consists of ten single-phase, ten two-phase and six three-phase regions. All measured compositions and unit-cell refinements were performed at room temperature from quenched samples annealed at 800 °C for one week. The maximum solubility at 800 °C of Fe in NdCo2?x Fe x (MgCu2-type structure, Fd-3 m), NdCo3?x Fe x (PuNi3-type structure, R-3 m space group), Nd2Co7?x Fe x (Ce2Ni7-type structure, R-3 m), Nd5Co19?x Fe x (CeCo19-type structure, R-3 m space group), NdCo5?x Fe x (CaCu5-type structure, P6/mmm), Nd2Co17?x Fe x (Th2Zn17 type structure, R-3 m) and Nd2Fe17?x Co x (Th2Zn17 type structure, R-3 m) are about 31.6 at.% Fe, 47.9 at.% Fe, 13.3 at.% Fe, 8.6 at.% Fe, 10.37 at.%, 36.35 at.% Fe, and 58.23 at.% Fe respectively. The solid solubility range of Co in Nd2Fe17 form discontinuous series of 2 ranges is about 0-30.14 at.% Co, and 51.9-100 at.% Co and the solid solubility range of Fe in Nd2Co17 is about 0-48.1 at.% Fe, and 69.86-100 at.% Fe.  相似文献

The modeling of the dynamic behavior of a two-stage gear system is made for a general configuration of wheels location. The excitation is induced by the periodic variation of the mesh stiffness. This case describes the real working of the gearings. The variation of the mesh phasing is related to the number of teeth and also to the wheels location. We developed a plane model of a two-stage gear system. The modal analysis of the system was then treated. The calculation of the dynamic response was done by a step-by-step time integration method (Newmark algorithm). Three cases of wheels location are treated. The solutions are presented both in the frequency domain and in the time domain. Three types of geometric defects of the toothed wheels are introduced in the model: defect of eccentricity, profile error and assembly defect. An analysis of the effects of these defects on the gear system dynamic behavior is then treated.  相似文献
