A family of bi- and tetrametallic gold(I) phosphine dithiocarbamate complexes were synthesized, starting from cyclam and dimethylcyclam polyazamacrocycles, respectively, along with their monometallic gold(I) chloridophosphine precursors. Their antiproliferative properties were evaluated on two cancer cell lines (A549 and NSCLC-N6-L16). Most of the mono- and bimetallic complexes displayed strong activities and, in particular, one bimetallic derivative showed antiproliferative properties in the low micromolar range. Insights into the structure–activity relationships are given, along with determination of the thioredoxin reductase inhibition potential, two-photon imaging of the fluorescent derivatives, and evaluation of gold uptake.  相似文献

Clathrate hydrates most often grow at the interface between liquid water and another fluid phase (hydrocarbon) acting as a provider for the hydrate guest molecules, and some transfer through this shell is required for the hydrate growth to proceed, thus self‐limiting the reaction rate. An optical microscope and a horizontal reaction cell are utilized to capture the shell growth phenomenology and to estimate the hydrate layer growth rates from sequential pictures. Cyclopentane (CP) is chosen as the hydrate‐forming molecule to obtain hydrates at low pressure. Experimental hydrate layer growth rates are provided for the CP+brine system, using various combinations of salts and degrees of subcooling.  相似文献

The study of odor dispersion, particularly its modeling, is an important decision tool for estimating the impact of human activities on the environment and its populations. In this sense, software to model the dispersion of odorous gases was developed and is presented. It is based on the theory established by H?gstr?m on the odor dispersion of puff emissions. This theory is applied to Gaussian models and takes the frequency of values for odor intensity over any time period into account. Such a model is able to consider the instantaneous characteristics of odor perception by human beings. Nine approaches that explore several solutions within the Gaussian domain for the atmospheric dispersion problem are proposed in software named ODODIS (ODOr DISpersion Software). This software was developed to test the different solutions. Four of these solutions are based on the punctual (or point source) emission or classic equation; two are based on the instantaneous punctual emission equation; and the other three, on the prolonged punctual emission equation (puff models). Measuring units used for the input data may be g s(-1) or OU (Odor Units). The software developed here satisfies the need to obtain instantaneous data of either a passive or an odorous gas at a specific point of an area. The simulation time varies depending on the purpose of the analysis. Mean concentration values may be obtained by integrating the instantaneous results generated by the model.  相似文献

The origin of this article is the quantification of productivity gains and the improvement in surface integrity seen for a recent titanium alloy that is seeing increasing use in the aeronautical industry. The Ti555–3 titanium alloy, which is starting to find greater application in the aeronautical field, exhibits certain difficulties in terms of machining. High Pressure Coolant (HPC) assisted turning consists of projecting a high pressure coolant jet between the chip and the tool. Comparisons are made between assisted turning using variable jet pressure and conventional turning (dry and classical lubrication). It is shown that it is possible to improve productivity by using HPC-assisted machining. The results highlight good chip fragmentation and a great improvement of tool life with HPC assistance. Surface integrity is also shown to be improved, through surface roughness parameters that decrease, and surface residual stresses that become more compressive. These effects have been attributed to the thermo-mechanical action of the coolant jet resulting in lower cutting forces, lower coefficient of friction and lower temperature in the cutting zone.  相似文献
