Abstract

The paper describes the identification and discrete-time optimal control design of a generating unit, operating in a multimachine environment. The system comprises three generating units which are interconnected to supply a common load area in addition to their local loads. The generating unit, which is the most effective candidate for optimal control application, is selected first on the basis of eigenvalue analysis. A low-order state-space model of this unit is obtained by using recursive least-squares identification. On the basis of this model, a local state-feedback optimal controller is designed by using the dynamic programming procedure. The controller provides integrated control to the generator exciter and turbine-valving, and is implemented on a fairly detailed non-linear model which simulates the interconnected system. A comparison is made between this optimal controller and conventional controllers which are in common use in power stations. The simulation results, which include 3-phase fault tests and stability boundaries, show the appreciable improvement in system performance obtained by adopting the optimal controller based on the identified model.  相似文献

本文对小型加速器驱动的次临界系统(ADS)--PDS-XADS散裂靶进行了热工水力分析。分析的XADS型实验堆基于欧洲PDS-XADS实验项目的设计,使用铅铋合金(LBE)作为冷却剂。散裂靶是ADS的核心部件之一,用以确保反应堆功率维持在指定水平。本文利用计算流体力学软件ANSYS CFX 11.0对散裂靶的下部区域进行热工水力分析。分析采用稳态计算、剪切应力输运(SST)湍流模型,在壁面边界条件处采用自动壁面函数法,针对不同的散裂靶设计进行计算流体力学(CFD)分析,最后根据散裂靶设计限值选择最优设计方案。  相似文献

In this paper, we consider an optimization problem in fuzzy queuing theory that was first used in web planning. This fuzzy optimization problem has no solution algorithm and approximate solutions were first produced by computing the fuzzy value of the objective function for only sixteen values of the fuzzy variables. We introduce our fuzzy Monte Carlo method, using a quasi-random number generator, to produce 100,000 random sequences of fuzzy vectors for the fuzzy variables, which will present a much better approximate solution.  相似文献

The spermatogenesis of Piaractus mesopotamicus was investigated under light and transmission electron microscopy. The specimens were captured from their natural environment (Rio Miranda and Rio Aquidauana, Pantanal Matogrossense, Brazil) during April and September. The results were compared with the spermatogenic data of specimens under captivity condition. In both conditions, P. mesopotamicus presented the typical spermatogenesis pattern of the teleost fishes, showing no significative differences. The spermatozoon was classified as type I, which has a globular head without acrosome, a short middle piece and a long tail constituted only by the flagellum. This type of spermatozoon is considered the basic type in fishes.  相似文献

The main concerns in the world today, especially in the energy field, are subjected to clean, efficient, and durable sources of energy. These three aspects are the main goals that scientist are paying attention to. However, the various types of energy resources include fossil and sustainable ones, but still some challenges are chasing these kinds from energy conversion, storage, and efficiency. Hence, the most reliable and considered energy resource nowadays is the utilized one which is as highly efficient, clean, and everlasting as possible. So, in this review, an attempt is made to highlight one of the promising types as a clean and efficient energy resource. Solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) is the most efficient type of the fuel cell types involved with hydrogen and hydrocarbon-based fuels, especially when it works with combined heat and power (CHP). The importance of this type is due to its nature of work as conversion tool from chemical to electrical for generation of power without noise, pollution, and can be safely handled.  相似文献

Activated carbon (AC) and multiwall carbon nanotubes (CNT) doped with 1, 5 and 10% Ni in the form of nickel oxide nanoparticles were prepared using the wetness impregnation method. These percentages were denoted by the endings NI1, NI5 and NI10 in the notations ACNI1, ACNI5, ACNI10 and CNTNI1, CNTNI5, CNTNIL10, respectively. The physicochemical properties for these adsorbents were characterized using N 2 adsorption–desorption surface area analyzer, thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, field-emission transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectrometre. Adsorption isotherms were obtained and desulphurization kinetics were carried out on solutions of dibenzothiophene (DBT) and thiophene in a model fuel. The efficiencies of DBT and thiophene removal were reported. The adsorption isotherms fitted the Langmuir and Freundlich models. The highest adsorption capacity for DBT was 74± 5 mg g?1 on ACNI5; the maximum adsorption capacities of the other adsorbents followed the trend ACNI1 > ACNI10 > AC > CNTNI5 > CNTNI1 > CNTNI10 > CNT. The adsorption rates for DBT and thiophene followed pseudo-second-order kinetics. The selective removal by these adsorbents of DBT relative to thiophene and naphthalene was evaluated. The adsorbents’ reusability and the effect of the percentage of aromatic compounds on their adsorption capacity were also reported.  相似文献
