丰山铜矿开启2015年新安全观

<正>"安全管理只有起点,没有终点,要时刻保持红线意识,依法治企,抓紧、抓早、抓实安全生产各项工作。"这是丰山铜矿矿长程治华在该矿201 5年安全工作会上的讲话,同时也树立了丰山铜矿2015年新的安全观,提出以"零伤害、零损失、零事故"为安全工作重点,以"一杜绝、二确保、五达标"为工作目标,落实"红线"安全思维,扎实推进安全生产工作。"严"字当头"安全奖惩办法"亮红线要做好安全生产工作,就必须牢固树立红线意识,对安全生产工作既要有敬畏,更要有措施。2015年,丰山铜矿在开展安全生产经营活动中,坚持用最高标准,加强安全管理人员     

碳/碳复合材料CVI工艺中热解碳形成机理的研究

对碳碳复合材料CVI或（CVD）工艺中热碳组织的类型，沉积机理等研究情况进行了简要的综述，并对其进一步研究提出了相应观点。     

Thermokinetics of Liquid-Liquid Reaction of Dy（NO3 ）3 with Histidine

The thermokinetics of liquid-liquid reaction of dysprosium nitrate with histidine were studied using a microcalorimeter. On the basis of experimental and calculated results, threethermodynamic parameters (the activation enthalpy, the activation entropy and the activation free enegy),the rate constant, three kinetic parameters (the activation energy, the pre-exponential constant and the reaction order) wereobtained. On the basis of thermodynamics and kinetics, the for marion reaction of the complex was discussed.     

Measurements of Enthalpy Change of Reaction of Formation, Molar Heat Capacity and Constant-Volume Combustion Energy of Solid Complex Yb（Et2dtc）3（phen）

A ternary solid complex Yb(Et2dtc)3(phen) was obtained from the reaction of hydrous ytterbium chloride with sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (NaEt2dtc), and 1, 10-phenanthroline (o-phen·H2O) in absolute ethanol.The bonding characteristics of the complex were characterized by IR.The result shows Yb3 bands with two sulfur atoms in the Na(Et2dtc)3 and two nitrogen atoms in the o-phen.The enthalpy change of liquid-phase reaction of formation of the complex ΔrHθm (l), was determined as being (-24.838±0.114) kJ·mol-1 at 298.15 K, by an RD-496 Ⅲ type heat conduction microcalormeter.The enthalpy change of the solid-phase reaction of formation of the complex ΔrHθm (s), was calculated as being (108.015±0.479) kJ·mol-1 on the basis of an appropriate thermochemistry cycle.The thermodynamics of liquid-phase reaction of formation of the complex was investigated by changing the temperature during the liquid-phase reaction.Fundamental parameters, the activation enthalpy, ΔHθ≠, the activation entropy, ΔSθ≠, the activation free energy, ΔGθ≠, the apparent reaction rate constant k, the apparent activation energy E, the pre-exponential constant A, and the reaction order n, were obtained by a combination of the reaction thermodynamic and kinetic equations with the data from the thermokinetic experiments.At the same time, the molar heat capacity of the complex cm, p, was determined to be (86.34±1.74) J·mol-1·K-1 by the same microcalormeter.The constant-volume combustion energy of the complex, ΔcU, was determined to be (-17954.08±8.11) kJ·mol-1 by an RBC-Ⅱ type rotating-bomb calorimeter at 298.15 K.Its standard enthalpy of combustion, ΔcHθm, and standard enthalpy of formation, ΔfHθm, were calculated to be (-17973.29±8.11) kJ·mol-1 and (-770.36±9.02) kJ·mol-1, respectively.     

Cu(TO)2Cl2的制备和热力学研究（英）

根据制备过程,提出了配合物Cu(TO)2Cl2在混合溶液中的晶体生长的动力学模型。通过这个动力学模型,测定了一系列的动力学参数Ea=45.37kJ·mol-1,ln(A/s-1)=14.65,Δ≠Gm=82.11kJ·mol-1,Δ≠Hm=42.85kJ·mol-1,Δ≠Sm=131.58J·mol-1·K-1。另外,用RD496-Ⅲ型微量热计测定了该化合物在298.15K时的比热容,并计算了[Cu(TO)2]2 (aq)和Cu(TO)2Cl2(s)的标准生成焓。     

GeoMountain三维观测系统设计软件的开发及应用

为了实现包括适应山地特点的三维地震勘探观测系统的优化设计,研发了GeoMountain三维观测系统设计软件,较好地解决了在观测系统的布设与设计中复杂的逻辑处理、功能间的协调关系以及计算上的精度等问题。该软件采用了先进的图片矢量化处理技术和高效率的大容量数据处理技术。应用结果表明：该软件系统能正确高效地完成包括超大面积三维工区的观测系统设计工作。     

N,N’-二四唑胺过渡金属配合物M（BTA）（H_2O）_n对RDX和HMX热分解行为的影响

利用DSC技术研究了5种N,N’-二四唑胺过渡金属配合物MBTA（H2O）n（M=Mn、Co,n=4;M=Ni,n=3;M=Zn,n=3.5;M=Pb,n=2;BTA2-=N,N’-二四唑离子）对RDX和HMX热分解行为的影响,从分解峰温、热爆炸临界温度等特征参数评价了配合物对RDX和HMX热分解行为的影响效果。     

碳/碳复合材料快速CVI致密化技术研究进展

综述了快速化学气相渗透技术在国内外的研究现状,指出并分析了应着重解决的一些问题与不足。简要概述了几种快速致密化技术的模拟研究进展。     

提高钨钼拉丝模使用寿命的探讨

从拉丝模的材质、孔型设计、拉伸工艺和模子的使用与维护等方面 ,分析了影响钨钼拉丝模使用寿命的各种因素 ,并提出了提高拉丝模使用寿命的有效途径
