Non-higher-order moment estimation based method for detection of frequency of signal from its multiplicatively corrupted version

A non-higher-order cumulant and non-higher-order moment estimation based method for detection of frequency of a signal from the multiplicatively corrupted version of the signal is presented. It is shown that statistical characteristics of the fourth-order products of zero-mean symmetrically distributed noise make estimations of higher order cumulants (moments) of the corrupted signal unnecessary
