The term Internet of Things (IoT) represents all communicating countless heterogeneous devices to share data and resources via the internet. The speedy advance of IoT devices proposes limitless benefits, but it also brings new challenges regarding security and forensics. Likewise, IoT devices can generate a massive amount of data that desires integrity and security during its handling and processing in an efficient way. IoT devices and data can be vulnerable to various types of cyber-crimes at each IoT layer. For combating these cyber-crimes in IoT infrastructure, IoT forensic term has shown up. The IoT forensic is the process of performing digital forensic investigation in the IoT environment in a forensically sound and timely fashion manner. Sundry challenges face the IoT forensics that requires urgent solutions and mitigation methods; digital evidence needs to be collected, preserved, analyzed, processed, and reported in a trusted manner to be acceptable for presenting in the court of law. Preserving the evidence unchanged or tampered with is the most critical challenge in digital forensics. Authentication is another challenge facing digital forensics; who is allowed to deal with the evidence? One of the most recent solutions for supporting IoT forensics is the use of Blockchain. Using Blockchain in digital forensics guarantees data integrity, immutability, scalability, and security. Therefore, this paper presents a comprehensive review of IoT security and forensics with the integration with Blockchain technology. It begins by providing an inclusive discussion of IoT security, as well as the need for IoT forensics, and the concepts of Blockchain. Then, a review of Blockchain-based IoT security and forensics issues is presented. Finally, a discussion of open research directions is provided.

Distributed generation (DG) can be integrated into distribution systems to meet the increasing load demand while expansion and reinforcement of these systems are faced by economical and environmental difficulties. This paper presents an efficient methodology for integration of DG power into distribution systems, in order to maximize the voltage limit loadability (i.e. the maximum loading which can be supplied by the power distribution system while the voltages at all nodes are kept within the limits). The proposed methodology is based on continuation power flow (CPF). The effectiveness of the presented methodology is demonstrated in a test distribution system that consists of 85 nodes with integration of different penetration levels of DG power. The proposed method yields efficiency in obtaining more benefits from the same amount of DG power, decreasing the losses and improving the voltage profile.  相似文献

The dynamic response of a premixed curved flame interacting with sinusoidal acoustic waves has been numerically studied in the present work. Flame/acoustic interactions are particularly important both from a theoretical point of view and for practical purposes, as a possible trigger mechanism for combustion instabilities. Flames found in practical devices show a complex geometry, far from the planar configuration usually considered in theoretical studies. The particular purpose of the current study is to assess quantitatively the effects of acoustic waves on curved premixed flames, considering both single and wideband frequencies in order to mimic the conditions encountered in practical systems. The interaction process is studied by using Direct Numerical Simulation (DNS) including detailed physicochemical processes and differential molecular diffusion. The chemical reactions are modeled by a 25-step skeletal scheme involving 16 species to describe methane oxidation. The numerical results show strong flame front oscillations back and forth during interaction of the wave with the curved premixed flame. Moreover, the results demonstrate that a single-frequency acoustic wave has a magnifying effect on the preexisting wrinkling of the flame. This extending flame front leads to increasing fuel consumption rate. The effect is found to be maximum at an intermediate excitation frequency of 500 Hz. Interestingly, a wideband excitation from 100 to 1000 Hz leads to significant flame oscillation and the fuel consumption rate is highly increased in that case. As a whole, this study shows that curved flames are much more sensitive to acoustic excitations compared to planar flames, due to the baroclinic torque in combination with other inherent instabilities. An oblique acoustic wave has a similar but slightly enhanced disturbance to the premixed flame. Moreover, non-unity Lewis numbers have significant effects on curved flame-acoustic interaction, even in the present stoichiometric methane flame. However, it presented highly sensitive to the interaction.  相似文献

Cyclone separators are technically simple and robust devices for the separation of solid or liquid materials from fluids and widely used in industry. Their layout and design is mostly based on empirical calculation methods. However, due to the advancing computer technology numerical flow calculation methods (Computational Fluid Dynamics CFD) are increasingly applied to the design and optimization of particle separators. In the present paper, standard procedures and novel numerical flow simulation methods for the design of cyclon-separators for industrial purposes are presented and described. We discuss the pros and conts of both methods and give hints regarding the potential of numerical flow simulation for further improving the separation efficiency.  相似文献

In recent years, Digital Twin (DT) has gained significant interest from academia and industry due to the advanced in information technology, communication systems, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing (CC), and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). The main concept of the DT is to provide a comprehensive tangible, and operational explanation of any element, asset, or system. However, it is an extremely dynamic taxonomy developing in complexity during the life cycle that produces a massive amount of engendered data and information. Likewise, with the development of AI, digital twins can be redefined and could be a crucial approach to aid the Internet of Things (IoT)-based DT applications for transferring the data and value onto the Internet with better decision-making. Therefore, this paper introduces an efficient DT-based fault diagnosis model based on machine learning (ML) tools. In this framework, the DT model of the machine is constructed by creating the simulation model. In the proposed framework, the Genetic algorithm (GA) is used for the optimization task to improve the classification accuracy. Furthermore, we evaluate the proposed fault diagnosis framework using performance metrics such as precision, accuracy, F-measure, and recall. The proposed framework is comprehensively examined using the triplex pump fault diagnosis. The experimental results demonstrated that the hybrid GA-ML method gives outstanding results compared to ML methods like Logistic Regression (LR), Naïve Bayes (NB), and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The suggested framework achieves the highest accuracy of 95% for the employed hybrid GA-SVM. The proposed framework will effectively help industrial operators make an appropriate decision concerning the fault analysis for IIoT applications in the context of Industry 4.0.  相似文献

Developing anatase/rutile phase-junction in TiO2 to construct Z-scheme system is quite effective to improve its photoelectrochemical activity.In this work,the anatase/rutile phase-junction Ag/TiO2 nanocomposites are developed as photocathodes for hydrogen production.The optimized Ag/TiO2 nanocomposite achieves a high current density of 1.28 mA cm-2,an incident photon-to-current con-version efficiency(IPCE)of 10.8%,an applied bias photon-to-current efficiency(ABPE)of 0.32 at 390 nm and a charge carriers'lifetime up to 2000s.Such enhancement on photoelectrochemical activity can be attributed to:(i)the generated Z-scheme system in the anatase/rutile phase-junction Ag/TiO2 photocath-ode enhances the separation,diffusion and transformation of electron/hole pairs inside the structure,(ii)Ag nanodots modification in the anatase/rutile phases leading to the tuned band gap with enhanced light absorption and(iii)the formed Schottky barrier after Ag nanodots surface modification provides enough electron traps to avoid the recombination of photogenerated electrons and holes.Our results here sug-gest that developing phase-junction nanocomposite as photocathode will provide a new vision for their enhanced photoelectrochemical generation of hydrogen.  相似文献

A design of a log periodic SPIFA (spiral planar inverted-F antenna) is proposed. A way of tuning the SPIFA to work in the ISM band (2.45 GHz) is discussed. The purpose of the antenna is to detect any tumor in the liver depending on the change in the conductivity and the permittivity of the liver after being infected. Detecting liver cancer on its early stages will help in the treatment process and makes it much faster as cancer in early stages can be treated easily. The antenna is designed, simulated and measured in a rabbit's liver. The simulated and measured results show great agreement with each other.  相似文献
