炭粒床高效工业除尘装置的设计与开发

The new dust removal technical route using the carbon-granular bed filter,packed of carbon particles with appropriate grade derive from an online-process vibration sieve,to replace the traditional baggy filter had been developed successfully for capturing the micro-carbon dusts produced from pulverization of petroleum coke,and the green close loop of carbon materials is thus completed in the combined pulverizing and classifying system and pulverized carbon dust removal process.The high dust removal efficiency greater than 99%,low outlet dust concentration less than 100 mg.m-3,low pressure drop through dust filtration chamber less than 980 Pa,simple and easy design,and flexible and stable operation were achieved also with the carbon-granular bed filter in both bench and industrial scale operations.     

鼓泡床内气体分布器设计及其对水力学的影响

本文比较了目前常用的几种分布器，通过照像法观察了三种分布器（单孔板、多孔板和烧结金属板）上的气泡形成过程，然后测定了这三种分布器的于板压降和湿板压降，并就它们对水力学条件的影响进行了考察。其结果对鼓泡床内分布器的设计具有一定的参考价值。     

A Sedimentation-Dispersion Model for both Non-attached and Attached Particles in Three-Phase Batchwise Fluidized Beds

The axial concentration distribution of both particles with better wetting (forming non-attached system) and poorer wetting (forming attached system) was investigated in a vertical gas-liquid-solid fluidized bed of 4.2 cm in diameter and 130 cm in height with the solids holdup less than 0.05. The one-dimensional sedimentation-dispersion model could be used satisfactorily to describe the axial distribution of solids holdup by modifying only a model parameter, i.e. by means of the terminal settling velocity minus a certain value, which is a function of gas velocity and considers the effect of an additional drag force resulted from attached rising bubbles. The axial profiles of solid concentration predicted are in good agreement with experimental results. This model also explains reasonably the different axial distributions of solid concentration, i.e. the solids holdup decreases as the axial height increases in non-attached system, but increases with the axial height in attached system at a given gas veloc

洗涤油再生回收装置

日本三井物产化学工厂这次开发了洗涤油再生回收装置,并开始销售。 该装置是使用硫氢化合物系洗涤油的洗涤装置。 主要特点: 1.能够连续蒸馏再生处理,而且再生回收率高,典型的溶剂再生回收率达99％以上; 2.加热体/被加热体温差小,并且因加热时间短,所以能够防止洗涤油的加热降解; 3.与回收率相反,溶剂的污染程度小; 4.虽装置小,但处理能力容易扩大。
