The joint operation of inter-basin water transfer-supply(IBWTS)project can be more complex when there is joint water demand in multi-reservoir system and multi-importing reservoirs simultaneously transferring water from exporting reservoir.In this study,a joint operating rule is proposed for the purpose of solving such complex operation problem.This rule is composed of a set of sub-rules,including hedging rule curves of virtual aggregation reservoir(i.e.equivalent reservoir)and other individual reservoirs,water-transfer rule curves of each individual reservoir,as well as some of important assisted rules.These assisted rules refer to allocation models for water transfer-supply.In the proposed rule,an equivalent reservoir is established to determine under what condition the water supply should be reduced and specify the total supplied water for joint water demand(i.e.aggregation method).Allocation models are developed to distribute the total transferred water into each importing reservoir and determine the water releases for joint water demand by each member reservoir of the aggregation system(i.e.decomposition method).And these models are integrated with a set of influence factors such as hydrologic characteristics,reservoir storage or vacant storage,regulating ability,water-supply pressure,and so on.The aggregation of multi-reservoirs and the disaggregation of water quantities are taken into a whole consideration to reduce the complexity in reallocation of water target storage or water release.Finally,the proposed rule is applied to the North-line IBWTS Project in Liaoning Province,China.The results indicate that the proposed rule can take full advantage of hydrologic compensation in basins and capacity compensation in reservoirs.Thus it can improve the utilization efficiency of water resources in system.  相似文献

The wind-induced vibration of a remote sensing tower is the key factor affecting the stability of image sensing and structural reliability. Monitoring the vibration of a long-time unattended tower is critical to its proper operation. Currently, most monitoring devices are supplied with wired power or battery, significantly limiting their practical applications in remote areas. In this paper, a self-powered vibration sensing device based on hybrid electromechanical conversion mechanisms is proposed. The device depends on a cylindrical magnetic levitation structure sensitive to ambient vibration for transferring mechanical energy and takes as a dual-functional heterogeneous integrated system comprising electromagnetic, piezoelectric, and triboelectric generators. When the device vibrates under environmental force driving, the suspension magnet reciprocates vertically and generates induced electromagnetic energy, which is used to power the device. Moreover, the triboelectric and piezoelectric voltages, respectively originating from magnet impact on two separation friction materials and magnetic field repulsion-induced strain deformation of a piezoelectric sheet, are used as the synergistic sensing signals. To improve the output energy, a set of dual-segmented annular coils is designed in an electromagnetic generator, which greatly avoids the obstructive effect of the suspended magnet on the magnetic flux change at its end. Compared with a whole isochoric coil, it increases the output voltage by 78.3%. For the triboelectric sensing module, a silicone film with a large specific surface area is fabricated via 3D modification, which improves the output voltage by 29.4%. Furthermore, a pair of piezoelectric sensing modules is set to improve the accuracy of comparative sensing data. The experimental measurement shows that the device maintains a high sensitivity of 6.711 V (m s?2)?1 and excellent linearity of 0.991 in the range of 0–14 m s?2. This work provides a practical strategy for the vibration monitoring of remote sensing tower and exhibits attractive potential in early warning and data analysis.

The harmonic reducer is an essential kinetic transmission component in the industrial robots. It is easy to be fatigued and resulted in physical malfunction after a long period of operation. Therefore, an accurate in-situ fault diagnosis for the harmonic reducers in an industrial robot is especially important. This paper proposes a fault diagnosis method based on deep learning for the harmonic reducer of industrial robots via consecutive time-domain vibration signals. Considering the sampling signals from industrial robots are long, narrow, and channel-independent, this method combined a 1-dimensional convolutional neural network with matrix kernels (1-D MCNN) adaptive model. By adjusting the size of the convolution kernels, it can concentrate on the contextual feature extraction of consecutive time-domain data while retaining the ability to process the multi-channel fusion data. The proposed method is examined on a physical industrial robot platform, which has achieved a prediction accuracy of 99%. Its performance is appeared to be superior in comparison to the traditional 2-dimensional CNN, deep sparse automatic encoding network (DSAE), multilayer perceptual network (MLP), and support vector machine (SVM).
