重稀土元素在金属镁中有较大的固溶度,且固溶度随温度的降低急剧减小,热处理后固溶强化及时效强化效果明显,因此,重稀土耐热镁合金成为研究的热点。重点介绍了Mg-Y、Mg-Gd、Mg-Ho几种重稀土耐热镁合金及其研究现状,分析了Y、Gd、Ho重稀土元素的性质,在耐热镁合金中的作用及强化镁合金的机理,总结了重稀土耐热镁合金在应用中存在的问题,并对其发展及应用提出了具体看法。  相似文献

采用高能球磨法和放电等离子体烧结(SPS)技术,以包含100%长周期堆垛有序结构(LPSO)相Mg85Zn6Y9镁合金为原料,通过将其球磨成纳米晶颗粒后与Mg-9Al-1Zn(AZ91)镁合金雾化颗粒进行机械混合,并在350℃烧结温度下成功制备出不同质量分数(0~30wt%)的LPSO相Mg85Zn6Y9颗粒增强AZ91复合材料(Mg85Zn6Y9/AZ91)。采用光学显微镜(OM)、SEM及TEM对Mg85Zn6Y9/AZ91复合材料的微观组织结构进行表征;采用XRD分析其固溶处理前后的相转变;与此同时对复合材料进行显微硬度与压缩试验,综合研究其微观组织与力学性能的关系。相关结果表明,Mg85Zn6Y9颗粒经3 h高能球磨后颗粒尺寸显著减小,硬度随晶粒细化而提升。Mg85Zn6Y9增强颗粒主要分布在AZ91基体颗粒边界处,随着Mg85Zn6Y9质量分数的增加,增强相颗粒有相互结合成连续网格状趋势。增强颗粒与基体界面处未见明显过渡层,基体界面处的β相经400℃×24 h固溶处理后进入基体,部分增强颗粒亦转变为Mg相。本实验条件下制备的最佳性能的20wt% Mg85Zn6Y9/AZ91复合材料经固溶处理后的室温屈服强度从200 MPa转变为230 MPa,屈服强度均较未添加Mg85Zn6Y9的AZ91镁合金有较大的提高。  相似文献

Gadolinium (Gd) solubility in magnesium (Mg) matrix and precipitate composition in Mg-Gd binary alloys were investigated. The alloys containing different Gd contents (10wt.%-35wt.%) were employed to identify Gd solubility after annealing at different temperatures. Mg-6Al--4RE-0.4Mn (mass fraction, %, RE=Ce rich mischmetal) alloy was prepared by steel mould casting technique. Solid solution and artificial aging (T6) were carried out. The microstructure and mechanical properties of both as-cast and T6 treated alloys were investigated at room temperature and 423 K. It is found that the intermetallic compounds of the as-cast and T6 treated alloys were mainly composed of Al11RE3, Mg17Al12 and Al6REMn6. The Vickers hardness (Hv) of the as-cast alloy is 63 and it increases to 70 after T6 heat treatment. T6 heat treatment plays a slight role in the tensile properties at room temperature, but the yield strength and elongation of T6 state at 423 K are distinctly improved. The yield strength and elongation of the as-cast alloy at 423 K are 71 MPa and 18%, respectively, and the values increase after T6 heat treatment, which is attributed to Al11RE3, Mg17Al12 and Al6REMn6 precipitates that impede the dislocation movement and gliding of grain boundaries effectively.  相似文献

Mg-20Gd( %, mass fraction)samples were prepared using melt-spinning and copper mold casting techniques. Microstructures and properties of the Mg-20Gd were investigated. Results show that the melt-spun ribbon is mainly composed of supersaturated a-Mg solid solution phase and the as-cast ingot mainly contains a-Mg solid solution and MgsGd phase. The differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) curve of the ribbon exhibits a small exothermic peak in the temperature range from 630 to 680 K, which indicates that the ribbon contains a metastable phase (amorphous). Tensile strength at room temperature of the melt-spun ribbon and as-cast specimen are 308 and 254 MPa, respectively. The elongations of the two samples are less than 2 %. The fracture surfaces demonstrate that the fracture mode of the as-cast Mg-20Gd is a typical cleavage fracture and that of the melt-spun sample is a combination of brittle fracture and ductile fracture.  相似文献

摘要:通过二乙烯三胺的还原反应与1-十六烷基溴化吡啶的调控.在室温下化学还原制备均匀单分散的稳定银纳米颗粒。得到的银颗粒尺寸分布在60-90纳米之间。形成银纳米颗粒的反应过程表现出明显的燕山变化,由无色到苍黄色,最终变化到椋黄色。制备的银纳米颗粒对于刚果红与罗丹明B表现出良好的光催化性能。  相似文献
