目的 探索模拟马术训练对后循环卒中共济失调患者姿势控制、平衡、步行和日常生活活动能力的效果。     

Simultaneous Determination of Six Compounds in Rat Plasma by Ultra‑Performance Liquid Chromatography with Tandem Mass Spectrometry: Application in the Pharmacokinetic Study of Qing Gan‑Shu Yu‑Fang

A rapid and high selective ultra?performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) with tandem mass spectrometry method for simultaneous determination of six compounds including albiflorin, paeoniflorin, picroside I, picroside II, saikosaponin A, and saikosaponin D in rat plasma was developed and validated using butyl p-hydroxybenzoate as an internal standard. One-step direct protein precipitation with acetonitrile was used to extract the compounds from the rat plasma samples. Chromatographic separation was achieved using an ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column (100 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.7 µm) at a flow rate of 0.4 mL/min, using gradient mode containing 0.1% formic acid in water and acetonitrile were used as the Mobile phase A and B. Electrospray ionization in negative ion mode and multiple reaction monitoring were used to identify and quantify active components. Calibration curves showed good linearity (R2 > 0.9908) over a wide concentration range for all compounds. The intra- and interday precision (relative standard deviation) ranged 2.4%–7.0% and 2.6%–8.0%, respectively. The accuracy (relative error) was from ?13.0% to 13.2% at all quality control levels. The recovery ranged from 81.1% to 92.5%. The validated method was successfully applied to pharmacokinetic study in rats after oral administration of Qing Gan?Shu Yu?Fang. The results show that one can draw a conclusion that these six active ingredients can be quickly absorbed and play a pharmacodynamic role rapidly in vivo.     

左氧氟沙星治疗非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎80例

漯河市无偿献血者ABO、Rh血型分布调查

目的：了解漯河市ABO、Rh血型分布情况。方法：共调查检出漯河市7192例无偿献血者的ABO和Rh血型，对血型结果进行汇总分析。结果：血型分布A型占28．11％；B型占30．63％；O型占30．05％；AB型占11．21％。Rh阴性占总数0．39％，表型分布为ccdee、ccdEe、Ccdee、CcdEe、CCdee。结论：了解本市无偿献血人群ABO、Rh血型分布的特征。     

18F-氟脱氧葡萄糖PET和PET-CT在结直肠癌术后复发或转移中的应用价值

临床常规检查方法对结直肠癌术后复发转移的诊断及再分期有一定局限性，^18F-氟脱氧葡萄糖（^18F-FDG）PET作为一种功能代谢显像检查，能早期探测到肿瘤有无复发，准确鉴别术后瘢痕与复发，且能提供全面、准确的再分期信息，有助于制定合理的临床治疗方案，但仍存在假阳性及假阴性诊断。PET-CT融合显像有助于PET图像的正确解释，定位、定性准确度高，应用前景广阔。

经环甲膜固定空心扩张管治疗喉狭窄2例

例 1男 ,5 2岁。因刎颈后声嘶伴夜间呼吸困难 7年入院 ,6年前曾在外院行支撑喉镜下喉狭窄瘢痕切除术。检查见声带前 2 / 3瘢痕粘连 ,声带不能启闭 ,声门裂孔 3～ 4mm宽 ,手术切除声带周围瘢痕 ,置 5号麻醉气管插管作的扩张管 ,长约 2 .5cm ,6个月后拔管。例 2男 ,19岁。因车祸后声嘶 10年入院 ,检查见右声带前 2 / 3,左声带前 1/ 2瘢痕粘连 ,声带不能启闭 ,声门裂孔约 4mm ,手术切除声带周围瘢痕 ,置 5号麻醉气管插管作的扩张管 ,长约 2 .5cm ,6个月后拔管。手术方法是全麻后 ,在支撑喉镜下先用CO2 激光切开喉瘢痕组织 ,再沿切口向两侧切断…
