分析了现有交流稳压器的特点和不足,提出了新一代数控稳压器的理论和实际无均差系统的方法,给出了超高精度无均差稳压系统的实现方法.经全乐科技公司模拟试验,获得了很好的结果.市电220.4 V和220.5 V,试验样机采用3 V、9 V和27 V这3个变压器,已达到优于±1%的精度,符合大部分负载的实际需要,经用户单位试用半年,效果非常满意.  相似文献

A facile and economical route to preparation of highly ordered sliver pore or particle arrays with controlled pore‐shape and size extended over cm2 areas is described. The substrates are prepared at planar and curved surfaces via sphere‐imprinted polymer (PDMS) templating using polystyrene spheres with diameters of 820, 600, or 430 nm. Nano‐pore arrays are created by sputtering 80 nm of Ag directly onto the templates and nano‐particle arrays are prepared by electrode‐less deposition of Ag from Tollen's reagent. The shape of the nano‐pore or particles in the array conformed to that of the imprint of the sphere on the template. Stretching the flexible template enable creation of cuboid shaped nano‐voids and nano‐particles following Ag deposition. Diffuse reflectance from the spherical Ag nano‐cavity arrays showed absorbance maxima at wavelengths comparable similar to the diameter of the templating sphere, whereas reflectance from the cuboid arrays, showed little correlation with the sphere diameter. The cuboid nano‐particle arrays showed the most intense visible absorption which is red‐shifted compared to the spherical arrays. White light diffraction from the arrays, observed by rotating 1 cm2 substrates relative to a fixed light source, reflected exactly the symmetry axes of the periodic nano‐features in the arrays demonstrating the remarkable macroscopic order of the periodic structures. Raman spectra of 1‐benzenethiol adsorbed at the arrays indicated SERS enhancements from the substrates are attributed mainly to surface nano‐roughness with only moderate contributions from the periodically corrugated structures. Despite excitation at the major resonance dip in the reflectance spectrum, a weak, localized rim dipole mode is found to elicit a small increase in the SERS enhancement factor for the 430 nm diameter spherical arrays. FDTD studies of nano‐void arrays provided insights into v arious factors affecting the SERS experiment and confirmed the array's plasmonic spectra are dominated by propagating plasmon modes under microscope excitation/collection angles.  相似文献

Total lipid contents, fatty acid compositions, phenolic profiles and antioxidants activities of seeds from Thapsia garganica, Orlaya maritima, and Retama raetam were investigated. The oil values were more than 26 %, except seeds of R. raetam (ca. 3 %). Unsaturated fatty acids accounted for the majority of the fatty acids (more than 75 %). Oleic and linoleic acid were the predominant fatty acids. Total phenolic compounds (24–104 mg GAE g?1 DR), total flavonoids (4–102 mg QE g?1g DR), total tannins (28–85 mg GAE g?1 DR) and condensed tannins (0.62–131 mg CE g?1 DR) were also determined. The antioxidant activities using different assays were evaluated. The predominant detected classes were the phenolic acids (42–85 %) and the flavonoids (11–48 %). The major phenolic acids were caffeic, trans‐4‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxycinnamic, p‐coumaric, and gallic acid. The predominant flavonoids were quercetin, luteolin, naringin, apigenin, and kaempferol. This study brings attention to the medicinal importance of these species as a source of oil and antioxidant molecules.  相似文献

This work aims to study the thermal behavior of basic-geopolymers derived from metakaolin (clay). The geopolymers were characterized by different techniques: thermal analysis (DTA, TGA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and impedance spectroscopy. Some physicochemical properties of the products were also determined: the phases obtained after geopolymer heat treatment and their electrical properties. The results obtained after drying and heat treatment showed that the products kept their initial shapes, but revealed variable colors depending on the temperatures at which they were treated. The products obtained are amorphous between 300 up to 600 °C with peaks relating to the presence of nanocrystallites of muscovites and zeolite, thus at 900 °C it is quite amorphous but only contains nanocrystallites of muscovites. From the temperature of 950 °C, we notice that the geopolymer has been transformed into a crystalline compound predominated by the Nepheline (NaAlSiO4) with the presence of a crystalline phase by minor peaks of Muscovite, this crystalline character has been increased at 1100 °C to obtain a whole phase crystalline of a Nepheline. The treatment of this geopolymer for one hour at 1200 °C shows an amorphous phase again corresponding to corundum (α-Al2O3). This indicates that the dissolution of the grains by the liquid phase induces the conversion of the material structure from sialate [–Si–O–Al–O] to sialate siloxo [–Si–O–Al–O–Si–O–] and the formation of a new crystalline phase (α-Al2O3). This development of sialate to sialate-siloxo was confirmed by IR spectroscopy. As mentioned above, from 300 to 900 °C, Na-sialate geopolymer exhibits the same disorder structure of nepheline. The crystal structure of nepheline is characterized by layers of six-membered tetrahedral rings of exclusively oval conformation. The rings are built by Regularly alternating tetrahedral AlO4 and SiO4. Stacking the layer’s parallel to the c axis gives a three-dimensional network containing channels occupied by Na cations. This topology favors easy movement of Na+ ions throughout the structure. For this reason, ionic migration in nepheline is widely reported. The refinement of Na-Sialate geopolymer at room temperature gives bulk high ionic conductivity of about 5 × 10?5 S cm?1 and this is due to the probable joint contribution of H+ and Na+ ions. Above 200 °C, Na+ seems to remain the only charge carrier with a low activation energy of about Ea?=?0.26 eV. At higher temperatures, the characteristic frequencies become so close that it is impossible to distinguish the contributions. A total resistance comprising both grain and grain boundaries contribution is then determined.

In this paper we introduce a new security architecture and security mechanisms for vehicular networks providing a layer-2 multi-hop authentication and credential delivery scheme between vehicles and the network operator authentication server. We present a performance analysis of the proposed solution under various vehicles and Access Points (APs) densities, showing the potential of our scheme in providing a more efficient, robust and scalable authentication and credential delivery to vehicles when compared against the classical single-hop scheme.  相似文献

In this article, the authors present a porous copolymer film with pseudo‐piezoelectric effects as a new candidate material for sensing applications. Porous films of poly(ethylene‐co‐vinyl acetate) (EVA) with a thicknesses ranging from 160 to 310 μm are fabricated by a coextrusion chemical foaming process and charged using a high‐voltage contact charging process. Output performances (piezoelectric constant and relative permittivity) with related thermal/mechanical stability are specifically studied as a function of the film porosity and of the electrical charging process. The piezoelectric constant d33 increases with the cell porosity and an interesting piezoelectric constant close to 5.1 pC/N is achieved with a porous EVA film containing 65% of porosity. Actual results are then discussed using a theoretical solid–gas multilayer model to describe and predict the pseudo‐piezoelectric effect of porous polymer materials. The originality of this work lies in the fact that all the steps leading to optimize pseudo piezoelectric films are included, and also in the use of EVA which is not a standard piezoelectric material. Therefore, this work is a contribution in the development of low‐cost piezoelectric materials with potential applications as sensor in different fields such as medical, security, environment, sport, and transport. ABSTRACT

With the aggressive scaling of integrated circuit technology, parametric estimation is a critical task for designers who looked for solutions to the challenges of some Nanoscale CMOS parameters. This paper presented the prediction of primary parameters of CMOS transistor for 16 nm to 10 nm process nodes using both of Bisquare Weights (BW) method and a novel recursive least squares (RLS) parameter estimation algorithm. The proposed RLS algorithm consists of the minimisation of a quadratic criterion relating to the prediction error in order to attain the best estimated parameters of the developed mathematical model. The obtained results thanks to the proposed RLS algorithm were better than those reached using the BW method. Comparisons between Predictive Technology Model (PTM) data and parameters estimated with RLS algorithm were made to check the validity and the consistency of the proposed algorithm. These predicted primary parameters were helpful to estimate and to optimise the performances of the Variable Gain Amplifier (VGA) which was a basic circuit element with a key role in the design of new upcoming receivers.  相似文献

The magnetic properties of a spin-1 Blume-Capel nanoisland are investigated by the use of the effective field theory based on the probability distribution technique. The influence of the random crystal field and the system parameters on the hysteresis behavior and on the magnetic properties of the nanoisland is examined. The results show a number of characteristic behaviors, such as the appearance of double, triple, quadruple, and even quintuple hysteresis loops for appropriate values of the system parameters.  相似文献

The vendor lock-in is a prominent issue in cloud computing. It is caused by cloud providers who offer proprietary services, which hinders the cloud interoperability. Client-centric interoperability enables the migration of the data and applications across clouds; it gives the clients control over their workloads and a wider range of service choices. Whereas, provider-centric interoperability allows the providers to collaborate. Thus, providers, who have spare resources, can lend them to other providers who lack computational or storage capabilities to overcome the limitations of their local resources. In this article, we conduct a survey to differentiate between client- and provider-centric interoperability solutions. We aim to provide an up-to-date analysis of the current tendencies and the neglected areas of the cloud interoperability field. Thus, we study the cloud service interoperability evolution through the years. Furthermore, we propose definitions for the intra-cloud and inter-cloud interoperability. Moreover, we propose a taxonomy to classify the cloud interoperability approaches into client-centric and provider-centric categories. Then, for each category, we classify the approaches based on their interoperability environment into single cloud or interconnected clouds. Finally, we analyze and compare the approaches based on multiple criteria. The study reveals the focus on the client-centric solutions and the interoperability in interconnected clouds. We notice more interest in the data and application levels interoperability, mainly, in infrastructure as a service model. We also find that client-centric solutions are, mostly, semantic technologies and brokers. However, provider-centric solutions are middleware, protocols, and standards. We conclude that a generic cloud service interoperability model is needed.  相似文献
