本文用不热形变栅状直丝化学气相沉积(CVD)法生长金刚石膜,在Si及WC-Co硬质合金衬底上金刚石膜晶面显露规律随衬底温度和甲烷浓度而异,经适当表面处理及选择合适的工艺条件,当生长初期衬底上就呈现出良好晶形的沉积膜,衬底与膜之间的粘结力能得到提高。Raman谱分析表明此膜仅具有特征金刚石1332cm ̄(-1)峰,通过SEM观察揭示出盒刚石膜可在表面、侧面及棱上生长,并与衬底有良好的联结。  相似文献

Microstructural and dielectric properties of the Pb x Ba 0.5_x —Sr0.5TiO3 system have been studied. It is found that this system forms a solid solution in the entire composition range (0.0≤ x ≤0.5) and is cubic for the x = 0, 0.1, and 0.2 compositions and tetragonal for other compositions. Measurements of the dielectric constant as a function of temperature reveal that this material is ferroelectric at room temperature for the x > 0.2 compositions and has a broad paraelectric-ferroelectric transition region. No shift in the dielectric maxima was noted; however, there is a slight spread in the dielectric constant with frequency for the x = 0.4 composition. A quantitative model to mathematically analyze the effect of composition fluctuations on the dielectric broadening for a ternary system is presented. Transmission electron microscopic studies reveal the presence of 90° ferroelectric domains oriented along the {01     } planes for the x = 0.3 and 0.4 compositions.  相似文献

Numerical prediction of the wind flow and pollutant dispersion over two-dimensional hilly terrain is presented. The wind tunnel experiments are conducted to validate the numerical results of the flow field. Measured mean velocity profiles, turbulence characteristics, and surface pressure distributions show good agreement with the numerical predictions. The hypothesis of Reynolds number independency for an atmospheric boundary layer flow over aerodynamically rough terrain is numerically confirmed. The linear theory provides generally good prediction of speed-up characteristics for gently sloped low hills. The effect of two-dimensional double hills on the dispersion of pollutants from continuously or temporally released line source of different emission heights and locations is also investigated. The ground-level concentrations are considerably reduced as emission heights are increased. The variances of ground-level concentration with respect to time from a temporally released source are strongly influenced by the flow separation.  相似文献

Amorphous silicate grain boundary phases of varying chemistry and amounts were added to 3Y-TZP in order to determine their influence on the superplastic behavior between 1200° and 1300°C and on the room-temperature mechanical properties. Strain rate enhancement at high temperatures was observed in 3Y-TZP containing a glassy grain boundary phase, even with as little as 0.1 wt% glass. Strain rate enhancement was greatest in 3Y-TZP with 5 wt% glass, but the room-temperature hardness, elastic modulus, and fracture toughness were degraded. The addition of glassy grain boundary phases did not significantly affect the stress exponent of 3Y-TZP, but did lower the activation energy for superplastic flow. Strain rate enhancement was highest in samples containing the grain boundary phase with the highest solubility for Y2O3 and ZrO2, but the strain rate did not scale inversely with the viscosity of the silicate phases. Grain boundary sliding accommodated by diffusional creep controlled by an interface reaction is proposed as the mechanism for superplastic deformation in 3Y-TZP with and without glassy grain boundary phases.  相似文献

(1 − x)SiO2-(x)ZrO2 (x = 0.1, 0.2) composite fiber mats were prepared by electrospinning their sol-gel precursors of zirconium acetate and tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) without using a polymer binder. The electrospun composite fibers were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and mercury porosimetry. The composite fibers having a tetragonal crystalline ZrO2 were obtained by calcining the electrospun composite fibers at high temperatures. The results show that the structure and crystallization of ZrO2 in the composite fibers can be controlled by sintering temperature, while the porosity and morphology of the fiber mats did not depend on the sintering temperature.  相似文献

<正>气液两相流中界面波的存在对传热、传质、阻力特性及稳定性都有很大影响。前人有关界面波的研究大多偏重于两相流中界面波的类型及其转变,而对其特征参数变化规律(如振幅、波长、频率和速度等)的研究则很少。但界面波对气液两相流流动阻力和流动结构影响机理的深入研究必须以了解界面波的各特性参数为前提,同时界面波有关特性参数的深入研究也可为气液两相流的数学理论化提供实验基础。 本文以气、水为工质,系统研究了水平矩形管内气液两相流的界面波特性。根据界面波在时域、幅域内的不同特征区别出了各种类型的波并给出了相应的波形和流型图。着重研究了界面波各特征量随气液两相流量变化的变化规律。  相似文献

The growth and characterization of an n‐GaP/i‐GaNP/p+‐GaP thin film heterojunction synthesized using a gas‐source molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) method, and its application for efficient solar‐driven water oxidation is reported. The TiO2/Ni passivated n‐GaP/i‐GaNP/p+‐GaP thin film heterojunction provides much higher photoanodic performance in 1 m KOH solution than the TiO2/Ni‐coated n‐GaP substrate, leading to much lower onset potential and much higher photocurrent. There is a significant photoanodic potential shift of 764 mV at a photocurrent of 0.34 mA cm?2, leading to an onset potential of ≈0.4 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode (RHE) at 0.34 mA cm?2 for the heterojunction. The photocurrent at the water oxidation potential (1.23 V vs RHE) is 1.46 and 7.26 mA cm?2 for the coated n‐GaP and n‐GaP/i‐GaNP/p+‐GaP photoanodes, respectively. The passivated heterojunction offers a maximum applied bias photon‐to‐current efficiency (ABPE) of 1.9% while the ABPE of the coated n‐GaP sample is almost zero. Furthermore, the coated n‐GaP/i‐GaNP/p+‐GaP heterojunction photoanode provides a broad absorption spectrum up to ≈620 nm with incident photon‐to‐current efficiencies (IPCEs) of over 40% from ≈400 to ≈560 nm. The high low‐bias performance and broad absorption of the wide‐bandgap GaP/GaNP heterojunctions render them as a promising photoanode material for tandem photoelectrochemical (PEC) cells to carry out overall solar water splitting.  相似文献

Abstract— Bit‐partitioned and conventional shifts, as well as type transformations of multimedia data, are frequently used for display image‐processing systems. A data manipulation unit with fault‐recovery capability based on redundancies is proposed for system‐on‐panel with low processing technology yield. Utilizing data manipulations that are similar to normal shift operation, a proposed data‐manipulation unit is designed with a few additional paths added to the existing barrel shifter. The design methodologies are verified with FPGA and the performance is evaluated in terms of the advantages.  相似文献

Removal efficiencies of endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs), bisphenol A and nonylphenol, during various types of water treatment processes were evaluated extensively using laboratory- and pilot-scale experiments. The specific processes of interest were coagulation/flocculation sedimentation/filtration (conventional water treatment process), powdered activated carbon (PAC), granular activated carbon (GAC), ozonation and chlorination. Batch sorption tests, coagulation tests, and ozone oxidation tests were also performed at higher concentrations with 14 EDCs including bisphenol A. The conventional water treatment process had very low removal efficiencies (0 to 7%) for all the EDCs except DEHP, DBP and DEP that were removed by 53%, 49%, and 46%, respectively. Ozonation at 1 mgO3/ L removed 60% of bisphenol A and 89% of nonylphenol, while chlorination at 1 mg/L removed 58% and 5%, respectively. When ozone and chlorine doses were 4 and 5 mg/L, respectively, both EDCs were not detected. PAC removal efficiencies ranged from 15% to 40% at 3 to 10 mg/L of PAC with a contact time of 15 minutes. In the high concentration batch sorption tests, EDC removal efficiencies by PAC were closely related to octanol-water partition coefficient (Kow). GAC adsorption was very effective water treatment process. The type and service time of GAC did not affect EDC removal efficiencies. The combination of ozonation and GAC in series appears to remove EDCs effectively to safe levels while conventional water treatment could not.  相似文献
