Bi0.85Pb0.15Sr0.8CaCu1.4O y superconductor was quenched to room temperature after annealing at several temperatures in air. From the initial magnetization curve measurement for the annealed samples, it was found that the volume fraction of superconducting phases of the sample annealed at 650°C greatly decreased. TEM observation revealed that a second phase often appeared in the grain-boundary region for the sample annealed at 700°C. The second phase was identified as Bi1Pb2Sr2.6Ca1.6O y by energy dispersive spectroscopy.  相似文献

We report a 4-year-old boy with benign partial epilepsy (BPE) with affective symptoms associated with hyperkinetic behavior during interictal periods. He had had hypermobility and restlessness since about age 3. At 4 years, 6 months, he developed episodes consisting of an expression of terror without complete loss of consciousness. Although we first suspected an acute psychic problem, the ictal EEG was abnormal. After carbamazepine (CBZ) therapy, the frequency of the attacks decreased dramatically and the hyperkinetic behavior gradually diminished.  相似文献

In order to improve the solubility of C60 fullerene in conventional solvents, grafting of hydrophilic poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) by utilizing the radical-trapping nature of C60 fullerene was investigated. Macroazo initiators containing a poly(ethylene oxide) unit, known as Azo-PEO, were prepared at various molecular weights by the reaction of 4,4′-azobis(4-cyanopentanoyl chloride) with poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether. PEO radicals formed by thermal decomposition of Azo-PEO were successfully trapped by C60 fullerene to give PEO-grafted C60 fullerene. Their structures were confirmed by FT-IR spectroscopy, size exclusion chromatography, UV-vis spectroscopy, and differential scanning calorimetry. When Azo-PEO with low-molecular weight was reacted with C60 fullerene, a bis-adduct, C60-(PEO)2, and a tetrakis-adduct, C60-(PEO)4, were formed. In contrast, in reactions with Azo-PEO of higher molecular weight, only the bis-adduct was formed, and no formation of the tetrakis-adduct was observed. The structure of bis-adduct was found to be 1,4-type. The solubility of C60 fullerene in water, THF, methanol, and other conventional organic solvents was remarkably improved by grafting of PEO. In addition, the thermal stability of PEO was dramatically increased by grafting onto C60 fullerene.  相似文献

Thermocapillary deformations of an ultra-thin liquid film caused by temperature distribution were three-dimensionally analyzed using the unsteady and linearized long wave equation considering the temperature and film thickness dependence of surface tension. The temperature and film thickness dependence equation for the surface tension of a liquid was firstly established. The temperature dependence of the surface tension was obtained experimentally using a surface tensiometer and the film thickness dependence was obtained theoretically from the corrected van der Waals pressure equation for a symmetric multilayer system. Time evolutions of depression and groove of the ultra-thin liquid film caused by local heating were obtained quantitatively.  相似文献

PID control has widely used in the field of process control and a lot of methods have been used to design PID parameters. When the characteristic values of a controlled object are changed due to a change over the years or disturbance, the skilled operators observe the feature of the controlled responses and adjust the PID parameters using their knowledge and know-how, and a lot of labors are required to do it. In this research, we design a learning type PID control system using the stochastic automaton with learning function, namely learning automaton, which can autonomously adjust the control parameters updating the state transition probability using relative amount of controlled error. We show the effectiveness of the proposed learning type PID control system by simulations. Crystal orientation changes of Ag thin films due to the tribo-assisted recrystallization have been studied using grazing incidence X-ray diffraction with synchrotron radiation. After preparation of an Si(111) √3 × √3-Ag surface, a 5-nm-thick Ag film was deposited on the surface at the substrate temperature of 303 K in an ultra-high vacuum chamber. The friction experiments were carried out using a diamond pin-on-plate type tribometer just after the Ag deposition in the same UHV chamber. We found that the coefficient of friction of the Ag films on the Si(111) √3 × √3-Ag surface decreases from 0.07 to 0.03, with increasing reciprocal sliding cycles. In synchronization with the coefficient change, Ag{100} grains are gradually disappearing. As a result, the Ag{111} grains cover the entire surface after 50 sliding cycles. Moreover, we found that the domain size of the Ag{111} grains increases with increasing reciprocal sliding cycles by measuring the rocking curve width. These results directly show that the Ag(111) plane is the sliding plane of friction and the coefficient of friction of Ag films is determined by the fraction of the Ag(111) grains in the Ag films. Moreover, to clarify the reaction between the Ag film and the Si substrate due to the tribo-assisted recrystallization, the substrate strain has been studied by an extremely asymmetric X-ray diffraction technique using synchrotron radiation.  相似文献

The dependence of silicon oxycarbides' chemical composition and molecular structure on their reaction conditions was tested by varying the atmosphere under which pyrolysis was performed. To obtain the silicon oxycarbides, densely cross‐linked silicone resin particles with an averaged diameter of 2 μm were pyrolyzed in various atmospheres of H2, Ar, and CO2, in the temperature range 700°C–1100°C. The residual mass of resin after pyrolysis was almost constant at 700°C, although their apparent colors varied distinctly. The sample obtained from the H2 atmosphere was white, whereas that obtained from the CO2 atmosphere was dark brown. Fourier‐transform infrared (FT‐IR) spectra of the residues suggested that the Si–O–Si network evolution was accelerated in the CO2 atmosphere. Beyond 800°C, the chemical compositions of the compounds obtained from a H2 atmosphere increasingly approached near‐stoichiometric SiO2xSiC composition with increasing the pyrolysis temperature. Compounds from a CO2 atmosphere approached a composition of SiO2xC with no free SiC as the pyrolysis temperature increased. In the products from an Ar atmosphere, SiO2xSiC–yC compositions were typically obtained. The observed effects of the pyrolysis atmosphere on the resulting chemical compositions were analyzed in terms of thermodynamic calculations. Electron spin resonance (ESR) spectra revealed broad and intense signals from products obtained from either Ar or CO2. Estimating from the signal intensity, the residual spin concentrations were in the range 1018–1019 g?1. Meanwhile, the spectra from the samples obtained in H2 showed weak and sharp signals with estimated spin concentrations ranging from 1016–1017 g?1. This signal attenuation may have been due to the hydrogen capping of dangling bond formed during pyrolysis.  相似文献
