为推进病历数字化发展,并确保其信息的安全性,将以HIS电子病历系统为基础,采用安信数字签名技术和PKI或PMI系统搭建相信并加以任用的授权服务,经过针对实际的PKC和CA的确认、委托与管控构建整体的数字签名平台,完成电子病历数字签名功能设计,以加强电子文件的完整性、真实性和不可抵赖性。最后以某医院的XML结构化的电子病历系统为基础进行项目实施,完成了医护人员通过HIS的快速身份认证,和准确地数字签名。 相似文献

This study examines how influence tactics can be used to manipulate user resistance and subsequent usage behaviors in the context of large-scale, newly implemented information systems (IS). To do so, we integrate the theory of interpersonal influence and leadership, adaptive structuration theory, and the literature on user resistance and behavioral IS theories, and develop a comprehensive theoretical model anchored in (a) social influence tactics, (b) IT artifact perceptions, and (c) user resistance and subsequent behaviors. The resultant theoretical model explains how influence tactics modulate user perceptions, user resistance to the system, and ultimately the unfaithful use of the system. This model is tested in the context of an electronic medical record (EMR) system implementation, with a sample of 442 clinicians who were exposed to various influence tactics and with the use of SEM techniques. The results indicate that certain influence tactics are beneficial in reducing user resistance while others can unintentionally increase resistance. Resistance, in turn, drives adaptive user behaviors in the form of unfaithful use of the system. Thus, it is possible to manipulate resistance and resultant adaptive behaviors through influence tactics, without necessarily altering the IT artifact. The paper presents the application of a new risk-informed methodology for the identification of the Emergency Management Requirements (EMR) to a Generation II, Large size Reactor and a Generation III+ Small Modular Reactor.The results obtained in this test case demonstrate that the actual EMR is conservative, as expected, for the GenII reactor, while the new methodology could be applied for the definition of EMRs for the new generation Nuclear Power Plants, with a possible reduction of the emergency area without loss of safety level.By adopting both probabilistic and deterministic approaches, the study addresses possible accidents and corresponding release scenarios for the two types of reactor, calculates the areas where the accidents have an impact on the population and defines the new EMR considering the health effects on the population. 相似文献

文章针对传统病历书写中存在的医疗信息传递慢,历史病历调阅繁琐等问题,提出并实现了基于XML技术的电子病历系统设计方案。该系统作为临床信息数据的载体,以患者诊疗信息为主线,借助Web Services开发平台,集成了医嘱、医技、护理及传染病报病等信息,实现了数据查询与集成。本系统克服了传统手写病历管理只重病历的终末监控的问题,强化了对病历的多点、多方位监控。 相似文献

Electrolytic manganese residue (EMR) is a waste from electrolytic manganese industry that contains high concentration of toxic substances. Since the EMR disposal in landfill sites has a serious environmental impact, new ways of EMR utilization are being sought. Considering the melting of EMR to a glass at high temperature was a relatively less energy-intensive process, EMR was first made into a base glass and then the ground base glass was heat-treated in a certain procedure to make a glass-ceramic and the crystallization process was studied. It was determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) that the primary crystalline phases of the EMR glass-ceramic were diopside and anorthite, which formed the surface crystallization mechanism with a crystallization activation energy of 429 kJ/mol. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation showed that a layer of small spherical particles with an average size of about 0.5 μm were covered on the glass matrix surface, and among them there were some big particles. The low melting temperature and crystallization activation energy make it promising to reuse EMR for glass-ceramic production. 相似文献

The influences of co-sintering temperature on the physical properties of EMR (electrolytic manganese residue) ceramic aggregate were investigated over the gradient of co-sintering by EMR, CFA (coal fly ash), and P (perlite) that were used as raw materials. Seven EMR samples were prepared to sinter at different temperatures that were decided by the data of a thermal mass spectrometer, and four ceramic aggregate embryos were sintered at 1120, 1140, 1160, and 1180°C. The mechanisms of co-sintering temperature action on performance were determined by means of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The optimal temperature of 1160°C and the temperature increment lead to an enhancement of cylinder compressive strength and a damping of 1-h water absorption, softening coefficient, and grain shape coefficient was discovered. Gypsum of EMR dissolved and exhausted gas during co-sintering resulted in CaO. The crystalline transformation of wollastonite and gehlenite produced anorthite, which boosts the strength of aggregate and the content of anorthite, was proportional to the co-sintering temperature and the pressure strength of cylinder. The liquid phase of “overfiring”-coated crystal contributed to the further improvement of strength, but the aggregate sphere deformation generated a reduction of comprehensive performance. The formation of bustamite calcian in co-sintered ceramic aggregate realized the solidification of Mn, and the solidification rate of leaching toxicity test was 99.92%, and the absence of radioactivity was demonstrated. 相似文献
