现场FT—IR光谱电化学方法及应用研究

介绍了常规FT-IR光谱仪上的现场电化学测定,分析讨论了这一方法在溶液反应及其定量处理,修饰膜电极,金属的氧化,腐蚀与缓蚀等方面的应用。     

超短光泵NH3远红外激光器

在对光泵远红外激光器样品管最佳长度研究成果的基础上发现,如果泵浦频偏和泵浦功率密度总是保持不变,激光器的工作气体压强越高则激光器的样品管长度就越短。我们安装了长度只有1cm的光泵NH_3远红外激光器并成功地出光。     

组织间和表面光动力治疗恶性肿瘤疗效分析

运用激光-血卟啉光动力效应治疗恶性肿瘤49例,总有效率达87.8％。其中运用组织间照射方法治疗的显效率达100％,完全效应者占 92.3％。应用表面照射方法治疗的显效率为 47. 8％,完全效应者仅占 17.4％。说明不同照光方法直接影响治疗效果。     

二维裂纹传播的动光弹性分析

本文用动光弹性法分析探讨二维裂纹传播动态特性,用多火花高速照相机记录双悬臂梁试件中裂纹传播的光弹性等差线条纹图,在几个包含从起裂到止裂的试验中取得这些条纹图的试验数据,给出时间对裂纹长度t-a和裂纹长度对动态应力强度因子a-K_Id两组曲线。讨论了运动方程和它的解。给出裂纹传播的裂尖附近的动态应力场和提供一个光弹性估计动态应力强度因子的实用分析程序。从本文解出发,将数值分析等差线条纹图和试验的等差线条纹图对照,可见两者能很好的符合。     

超低空目标的广义布儒斯特效应

超低空预警是当今研究的热点,而多径干扰是影响超低空目标探测的主要因素。针对多径干扰的问题,从电磁散射的角度出发,提出"广义布儒斯特效应",以降低多径干扰的影响。运用小面元高频近似方法(PO+MEC)快速计算目标散射场并生成回波信号;在物理光学法的基础上推导了复反射系数公式;根据"四路径"建立多径回波信号模型。以此为基础,研究了多径信号的广义布儒斯特效应的产生机理,找出多径干扰最小的入射角,并研究其存在的条件。通过改变环境类型及相关参数和入射频率,得出广义布儒斯特效应的内在规律,为超低空对抗打下基础。     

利用弹簧模型提取物体轮廓

复杂背景下的物体轮廓提取是一个实际的图象处理系统必须面对的问题,而传统的轮廓提取方法在此情况下往往因为大量的噪声而失效,本文所处理的胃部的SDC图象中物体的边缘就处在与边缘的斜率和灰度梯度极为相近的噪声中,所以较难提取,我们利用UBF图象已提取的轮廓建立弹簧模型,根据两种图象中胃部的形变关系,较好的提取了SDC图象中的胃部轮廓,该方法对其它复杂前景下的图象处理有较好的参考价值。     

Recombinant PsbF from Synechococcus sp. PCC 7002 forms β:β homodimeric cytochrome b559

All organisms with oxygenic photosynthesis contain two photosystems:photosystem Ⅰ(PSⅠ)and photo-systemⅡ(PSⅡ),The minimal photosystem Ⅱ particles which are photochemically active contain three subunits:D1,D2 and cytochrome b559 (Cyt b559),The function of Cyt b559 remains unclear,We have successfully overxpressed the psbF gene,encoding the β subunit of Cyt b559,from a marine cyanobacterium Synechoccous sp.PCC 7002 as a fusion gene and obtained a redox-active from of Cyt b559,When the N-terminal GST protein of the fusion gene product was removed with thrombin ,the PsbF protein was still redox-active,suggesting that the recombinant PsbF can form dimer in Escherichia coli.The absorption spectra of either the oxidized from or the reduced form of both GST fusion protein and the purified PsbF dimer and the difference Spectra between the two forms are the same as that of the Cyt b559 isolated from the higher plants .Redox titration analysis of recombinant PsbF showed that the mid-point redox potential of the recombinant Cyt b559 was approximately 50 mV, which is close to the low potential of Cyt b559 ,The results are helpful to the understanding of locatlization and function of Cyt b559 on thylakoid membranes.Ⅰ     

Novel phototherapeutic agents： Investigation and progress of hypocrellin derivatives

Hypocrellins, as a kind of novel phototherapeutic agents, have several advantages over the clinically used hematoporphyrin derivatives, including high-excited triplet state yield, high phototoxicity, low dark toxicity, and rapid metabolism. However, they exhibit little absorption in the photodynamic window (600--900 nm) and are not water soluble, which limits their application in photodynamic therapy. Sulfonated and metal-ioned hypocrellins have been designed and synthesized to improve their water solubility.Unfortunately, the water-soluble derivatives obtained exhibit lower photodynamic activity than the parent hypocrellins.Thiolated and aminated hypocrellins have also been designed and synthesized to enlarge their photoresponse. Among them,the aminated hypocrellins possess the highest photodynamic activity. We recently have further designed and synthesized some amphiphilic aminated hypocrellin derivatives. Thus,not only the photoresponse but also the water solubility is enhanced. The experiments in vitro and in vivo on the derivatives are under way at present.     

东海真光层深度的遥感反演与影响机理研究

利用水色遥感资料,通过建立遥感反演模型获得了我国东海海域1998年逐月真光层深度的时空分布.对东海真光层深度的季节性变化特征进行了总结,并分析了关键影响因素的控制机理.结果表明,季节性温度变化、长江入海冲淡水、海流的季节性分布(黑潮及东海暖流)以及不同物理、化学特征水团的锋面过程,是导致我国东海海域真光层深度季节性变化的主要控制因素.
