NdFeB磁性材料化学镀Ni-Cu-P合金沉积机理研究

通过对不同时间序列(0.5、1、10、20、40、60min)镀层的深入研究,提出Ni-Cu-P非晶态合金镀层形核与长大过程的沉积模型,并对不同时间序列非晶态合金镀层的形貌和结构研究表明:在施镀初期,Ni、Cu原子团优先沉积于基体表面能量较高的部位,并开始形核且以不规则形态长大;在施镀后期,随着P含量的不断增加,镀层形貌逐渐由不规则形态变为规则胞状形态,直至形成光滑平整的非晶态镀层。     

Effects of diazonaphthoquinone groups on photosensitive coating

Diazonaphthoquinone (DNQ)‐novolak photosensitive materials are important in lithography. DNQ groups play an important role in the photosensitive coating. However, there are no reports on the relationship between content of DNQ groups and properties of the coating. The properties include alkali resistance, isopropanol resistance, and abrasion resistance, the key factors in lithography. The experimental results show proper content of DNQ groups can ensure higher sensitivity, finer resolution, and better abrasion resistance in lithography. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Influence of undercoating on rolling contact fatigue performance of Fe-based coating

The aim of this paper was to address the influence of undercoating on the rolling contact fatigue (RCF) performance of coatings. The Fe-based alloy and Ni/Al alloy were deposited on substrates as surface coating and undercoating by plasma spraying. The failure modes were investigated for two kinds of coatings. RCF performances were compared using Weibull distribution plot. The results showed undercoating played an important role on increasing RCF life of coating for the higher bond strength, and decreasing the scatter of RCF life data. The deposited undercoating could influence the failure mode of coating and prevent the occurrence of catastrophic delamination.     

Active protection coatings with layered double hydroxide nanocontainers of corrosion inhibitor

Novel LDH-based nanocontainers of corrosion inhibitor are developed in the present work. The reservoirs are composed by nanostructured layered double Mg/Al and Zn/Al hydroxides with divanadate anions located in the interlayer regions. The nanocrystalline LDHs (layered double hydroxides) are able to release vanadate ions in a controllable way.XRD, EDS and SEM methods were used in this work to study morphological and structural properties of the synthesized LDH powders. Corrosion protection effect of the LDH powders directly added to corrosive electrolyte or to commercial coatings used for aeronautical application has been studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and standard accelerated corrosion tests. Aluminium alloy 2024 was used here as substrate.The results demonstrate that both of the LDH pigments being added to corrosive media confer corrosion inhibition effect, especially Zn/Al based nanocontainers obtained by the anion-exchange approach. The coatings doped with Zn/Al LDH-nanocontainers provide well-defined self-healing effect and confer corrosion protection properties superior than currently used environmentally unfriendly chromate-based systems.     

水性镍系电磁屏蔽涂料导电与屏蔽效能研究

以导电镍粉与丙烯酸乳液为主要原料,制备针对建筑物内墙使用的水性镍系电磁屏蔽涂料,对其导电镍粉和涂层的微观形貌进行表征,并对其导电性和屏蔽效能进行检测。结果表明,导电镍粉由于具有毛刺状突起,因此可以增加涂层的电导率,降低渗滤值;涂层的电磁屏蔽效能取决于涂层的厚度与镍粉含量。     

浅析涂料生产工艺中的静电危害及防护措施

文章分析了静电产生的原因与危害,并针对涂料生产的工艺特点,总结了主要产生静电的工艺过程以及预防静电的措施和实例。     

感官评价优化冷却牛肉可食性涂层的研究

研究以大豆分离蛋白、豌豆淀粉和三乙酸甘油酯为主要原料的可食性涂层对冷却牛肉感官品质的影响。以冷却牛肉的感官评价值为响应值,采用响应面分析方法优化可食性涂层的最佳配方。实验结果显示,当可食性涂层中大豆分离蛋白含量为3.00g/100mL、豌豆淀粉含量为4.90g/100mL和三乙酸甘油酯为1.49g/100mL时,冷却牛肉的感官品质最佳,并且显著优于未包装的冷却牛肉,验证实验表明预测值与真实值相对偏差仅为2.4%,为可食性涂层在冷却肉保鲜中的应用提供了理论支持。     

工程机械用丙烯酸中涂树脂的制备及应用

以苯乙烯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸乙酯为原料，通过溶液聚合法合成了丙烯酸中涂树脂，用该树脂、填料和助剂制备了工程机械用丙烯酸中涂漆，并讨论了各组分对涂料性能的影响。     

环氧树脂涂层耐冲蚀性能研究

采用冷喷涂的方法进行环氧树脂涂层的制备,通过失重法和扫描电镜对涂层进行耐冲蚀性能分析,结果表明:冲蚀试样呈现先增重后失重的情况,冲蚀角度和压力对涂层有明显的影响,其失重速率与冲蚀压力成正比;相同角度下,冲蚀压力越大,冲蚀失重速率越大;相同压强下,锐角的失重速率比直角的更大;锐角条件下,涂层表面形貌主要表现为切割磨损,并伴有冲击破碎作用;直角条件下,主要表现为冲击破碎作用,涂层表面明显存在应力释放的裂纹。     

Research of Electrochemical Noise Technology on Corrosion Resistance

This paper is focus on the corrosion resistance property analysis on three electric blasting of the coating-FeAl,FeCrAl,FeCrAlRE by electrochemical noise technology,acceleration of copper acetate salt spray accelerated corrosion test.According to a comparative analysis of three tests coated by the Impedance curve,FeCrAlRE coating power spectral density(SPD)curve and Power curve,FeAl,FeCrAlRE coating has two more notable for the corrosion resistance properties than FeAl,FeCrAl coatings.
