在肾脏移植过程中,经常存在一个病人的亲属愿意将自己的一个肾脏捐赠给此病人,但是他们的肾脏匹配不够好,只能放弃的情况,这明显是一种资源的浪费.一个可行的方案就是肾脏交换系统.在这篇论文中,我们提出了两种解决方法,分别代表了解决此问题的两个解决方向.给一些相应的组织,如美国的OPTN,一定的改进建议,并对其他国家建立类似的组织起到一定的指导作用.  相似文献

本文提出了一种基于单片机并采用数字化单总线技术的温度测控系统应用于商场温度集中监控的设计方案,采用DS18820数字式温度传感器.这种设计方案能对商场各楼层、多点进行温度实时巡检,根据主控制机的指令对温度进行定时采集,测量结果通过RS-485总线及通信协议传送至计算机,进而进行存档、处理.该系统不需要任何固定的网络支持,安装简单方便,系统稳定可靠,可维护性好.  相似文献

The microgravity environment of space is an ideal place to study the complicated protein crystallization process and to grow good-quality protein crystals. A series of crystal growth experiments of 10 different proteins was carried out in space on a Chinese re-entry satellite FSW-2 in August, 1992. The experiments were performed for about two weeks at a temperature of 18.5 +/- 0.5 degrees C using a tube-like crystallization apparatus made in the Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics, Academia Sinica. More than half of 48 samples from 6 proteins produced crystals, and the effects of microgravity on protein crystal growth were observed, especially for hen-egg white lysozyme and an acidic phospholipase A2 from the venom of Agkistrodon halys Pallas. Analyses of the crystallization of these two enzymes in this mission showed that the microgravity environment in space may be beneficial to improve size, external perfection, morphology, internal order, and nucleation of protein crystals. Some of these positive microgravity effects were also demonstrated by the growth of protein crystals in gelled solution with the above two enzymes. A structural analysis of the tetragonal lysozyme crystal grown in space is in progress.  相似文献

This paper presents a large anisotropic damage theory of continuum damage mechanics. It is developed via a new hypothesis of incremental complementary elastic energy equivalence. This hypothesis is more versatile and accurate if compared to the original hypothesis of total complementary energy equivalence. To model the large damage, we assumed that it occurs as a series of incremental small damage. An expression for the damage effect tensor M(D) for large damage is derived. It is shown that when the damage is small, that is, D i1, the proposed large damage theory reduces to the small damage model of Chow and Wang [1]. To demonstrate this large damage theory, it is applied to model the following cases: (a) uniaxial tension, (b) pure torsion and (c) elastic perfectly-plastic material behavior. In all three cases, the results clearly show that when the damage is small, Chow and Wang's model is recovered. However, for large damage, there are significant differences in predictions. Since this large damage theory is formulated on the basis of the incremental complementary energy, it is applicable to a wider range of problems.  相似文献

Investigations of Y1–x M x Ba2Cu3O7– (M=Ce, Th)c-axis oriented thin film specimens show that the rate of depression ofT c withx is larger for M=Th, than for M=Ce and Pr, and suggest that Ce, like Th, is tetravalent in this compound. Hall effect measurements on Y1–x Pr x Ba2Cu3O7– single crystals reveal aT 2 dependence of the cotangent of the Hall angle in the normal state and a negative Hall anomaly belowT c in the superconducting state, in agreement with recent reports. Our research shows that the depth, , of the negative Hall signal scales withT/T c and that the maximum value of decreases linearly withx and vanishes atx0.24. Magnetoresistance measurements on Y1–x Pr x Ba2Cu3O7– single crystals indicate that the irreversibility lineH(T *) obeys a universal scaling relation characterized by anm=3/2 power law nearT c, with a crossover to a more rapid temperature dependence of belowT/T c 0.6, similar to that observed for polycrystalline specimens.  相似文献

Tantalum oxide film formation by plasma-enhanced chemical vapour deposition (PECVD) using TaCl5 as a source material was examined. The effects of deposition temperature on the formation, structure and electric properties of the Ta2O5 film were investigated for Al/Ta2O5/ p-Si (MTS) capacitors. The deposition rate and refractive index increased with increasing deposition temperature. It was found that the structure of Ta2O5 deposited by PECVD was amorphous as-deposited. However, crystalline -Ta2O5 of hexagonal structure was formed by a 700 °C, 1 h heat treatment in argon. Capacitance and relative dielectric constant of the PECVD Ta2O5 were found to be 2.54 fF m–2 and 23.5, respectively. The PECVD films obtained in this study have higher dielectric constants and remarkably better general film characteristics than those obtained by other deposition methods.  相似文献

Summary A poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide) (PPO, 1) macroinitiator having carbonylcaprolactam groups was prepared through metalation of methyl group of PPO and subsequent modification to introduce carboxyl group, acid chloride group, and finally carbonylcaprolactam group. Anionic ring opening copolymerization of -caprolactam took place onto the macroinitiator to give a graft copolymer of PPO and Nylon 6. The structure of intermediate materials and the graft copolymer were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and IR spectroscopy. Glass transition temperatures and melting temperatures of these materials are also reported. It is found that the copolymer has a microphase-separated morphology even with segment molecular weight as low as 3000.  相似文献

We have investigated heat conduction of single crystal Ba1–xKxBiO3 in the temperature range of 2–300 K and in a magnetic field of up to 6 Tesla. Temperature dependence of thermal conductivity(T) reveals the participation of both electrons and phonons with their relative contributions that depend critically on the potassium doping concentration. Crystals underdoped with potassium (samples with higherT c) exhibit a strong suppression of and a glass-like temperature dependence. In contrast, those with a higher potassium content (lowerT c) show an increase as temperature decreases with a peak near 23 K. Field dependence of(H) is also very sensitive to the level of potassium doping. Crystals exhibiting a large phonon contribution show an initial drop in(H) at low fields followed by a minimum and then a slow rise to saturation as the field increases. The initial drop is due to the additional phonon scattering by magnetic vortices as the sample enters a mixed state. The high field behavior of(H), arising from a continuous break-up of Cooper pairs, exhibits scaling which suggests the presence of an unconventional superconducting gap structure in this material.  相似文献
