6-BA、NAA及其组合对诱导薄荷茎段分化与增殖的影响

对激素6-BA，NAA及其组合诱导薄荷茎段的分化与增殖进行研究。结果表明：6-BA在0.5～5mg/L范围内有利于茎段芽的诱导，且诱导芽数随着6-BA浓度的升高而增加；NAA在0.05～lmg/L范围内苗的生长明显，且在0.05～0.3mg/L有利于根的诱导；激素组合6-BA2mg/L NAA0.1mg/L最有利于芽的诱导，增殖系数达到7.7。     

维生素E和硒对正常及其恶性细胞增殖的联合作用

为进一步评价补充维生素Ｅ和硒的安全性，本文以正常仓鼠幼肾成纤维细细胞株及其多瘤病毒转化的恶性细胞株为对象，探讨了不同浓度的维生素Ｅ和硒对该对细胞增殖情况的单独和联合作用。结果显示：７μｍｏｌ／Ｌ的维生素Ｅ使ＢＨＫ－２１／ｃ１３和ＢＨＫ－２１／ＰｙＹ细胞株在９６ｈ的细胞计数分别增加１１％和１６％；０．１μｍｏｌ／Ｌ的亚硒酸钠对上述二株细胞的增殖无影响；同时补充以上相同浓度的维生素Ｅ和亚硒酸钠，９６ｈ

Summary Coitus, which precedes internal fertilisation, is a unique physiological event which allows motile allogeneic spermatozoa to enter the female host and invade her tissues. The cyclic cellular proliferation observed in the thymus of the female rat may be an important preparation of her immune system for this event.     

MNNG诱发WISTAR大鼠胃癌癌变早期的研究

本实验用Wistar雄性大鼠作为实验动物，用MNNG作为诱变剂，以灌胃方法给大鼠用药，然后辅以高浓度食盐水和二期口服MNNG，以促使胃癌的发生，在其胃癌癌变早期的不同时期处死大鼠，结果发现癌变过程中胃粘膜出现糜烂、溃疡，组织细胞出现单纯性增生，不典型增生高分化腺癌。     

Effect of olfactory ensheathing cells on reactive astrocytes <Emphasis Type="Italic">in vitro</Emphasis>

Olfactory ensheathing cells have been used in several studies to promote repair in the injured spinal cord. However, cellular interaction between olfactory ensheathing cells and glial cells induced to be reactive in the aftermath of injury site has not been investigated. Using an in vitro model of astrogliosis, we show that reactive astrocytes expressed significantly less glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) when cultured both in direct contact with olfactory ensheathing cells and when the two cell types were separated by a porous membrane. Immunofluorescence staining also suggested that reactive astrocytes showed decreased chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans in the presence of olfactory ensheathing cells, although the reduction was not statistically significant. No down-regulation of GFAP was observed when reactive astrocytes were similarly cultured with Schwann cells. Cell viability assay and bromodeoxyuridine uptake showed that proliferation of reactive astrocytes was significantly increased in the presence of olfactory ensheathing cells and Schwann cells. 结核分枝杆菌ClpX与人UBC9蛋白的相互作用抑制宿主细胞增殖

ClpX是原核生物中高度保守的基因,其编码丝氨酸蛋白酶ClpXP的ATP结合亚基,具有底物识别及ATP水解活性.ClpX参与调控细胞周期与应激反应,且为多种病原微生物致病所必需,但目前相关研究仍非常有限.为了探索结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis)ClpX在感染宿主细胞过程中的作用机制,本文首先通过酵母双杂交技术在人类淋巴细胞cDNA文库中筛选得到了一个新的与结核ClpX相互作用的蛋白UBC9,并利用GST pull-down和Co-IP技术证实了这两个蛋白在体外和体内相互作用的特异性.将ClpX转染HEK293T细胞过表达,RNA干扰与回复实验进一步证实了ClpX蛋白能够通过与UBC9的相互作用抑制宿主细胞的增殖.     

Physiological responses of osteoblasts to cyclic stretching and the change of intracellular calcium concentration

The development of bone tissues is regulated by mechanical stimulation.Cyclic stretching was applied to the osteoblasts that were delivered from rat calvarie,The results showed that stretching at 500με increased the cell proliferation while loading at 1000με and 1500με inhabited cell growth ,Loading also increased the adhesive force between cells and substrate as well as spreading areas of osteobalsts.Furthermore,the fluorescence probe Fluo-3/AM was used to investigate the effect of stretching stimulation on the intracellular calcium concentration of osteoblasts.The intracellular calcium concentration of osteoblasts that were stretched at 500 με for 5 min was 92.9% higher than the control ,After being treated with the panax ontoginseng saponins,the streteched osteoblasts still expressed 28.6% higher intracellular calcium concentration than that of the control ,which proved that both the influx of extracellualr calcium and the release of intracellular calcium store were involved in the increase of intracellular calcium concentration when osteoblasts responded to the cyclic stretching And the influx of extracellular calcium through transmembrance channel played a main role.     

杜仲愈伤组织的诱导及增殖效应

以杜仲（Eucommia Umoidues Olive）的幼茎为外植体，接种于附加NAA、2，4-D、KT、6-BA及其组合的MS培养基上，均能产生愈伤组织，但MS 2，4-D的培养基上愈伤组织容易褐化，其他均可正常生长，MS NAA0.5mg/L 6-BA0.5mg/L KT1.0mg/L的培养基是适合愈伤组织的增殖培养的。
