Nested array enables to enhance localisation resolution and achieve under-determined direction of arrival (DOA) estimation. In this paper, we improve the traditional nested planar array to achieve more degrees of freedom (DOFs) and better angle estimation performance. The closed-form expressions for sensor positions of the improved array are given and the optimal array configuration for largest available DOFs is derived. Meanwhile, a computationally efficient DOA estimation algorithm is proposed. Specifically, we utilise two dimensional Discrete Fourier Transform (2D DFT) method to obtain the coarse DOA estimates; Subsequently, we achieve the fine DOA estimates by 2D spatial smoothing multiple signals classification (SS-MUSIC) algorithm. The proposed algorithm enjoys the same estimation accuracy as SS-MUSIC algorithm but with lower complexity because the coarse DOA estimates enable to shrink the range of spectral search. In addition, estimation of the number of signals is not required by 2D DFT method. Extensive simulation results testify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

Reservoir geochemistry has traditionally used the gas chromatographic fingerprinting method and star diagrams to provide evidence of petroleum reservoir compartmentalization. Recently alternative techniques such as Fourier Transform Infra Red (FTIR) spectroscopy have been postulated to aid the evaluation of reservoir compartmentalization, and to characterize the geochemical evolution of oils from individual reservoirs. FTIR spectroscopy was applied successfully in the Tarragona Basin, Offshore N.E. Spain, validating the method to identify oils from different reservoirs. Moreover the method was successfully applied to provide evidence of compositional differences in oils from a faulted reservoir (El Furrial field, Venezuela), in which GC fingerprints failed to differentiate the oils. FTIR spectroscopy therefore, proves to be a complementary tool for reservoir compartmentalization studies.  相似文献

A digital image watermark embedding and extracting algorithm is presented based on the multi-scale Ridgelet Transform (RT) which can efficiently represent image with linear singularities, RT also has directional sensitivity so that among the transformed coefficients the most significant one represents the most energetic direction of straight edges in an image. To get straight edges the digital image with curvilinear edges or texture is partitioned into small pieces, Then these pieces are treated by RT and the most energetic directions of pieces whose energy are greater than some threshold are selected. And eventually the watermarks are embedded in the middle ridgelet subband of the selected directions. Different noises with different SNRs are added into the watermarked image in the experiments and the results are of robustness and transparency.  相似文献

提出了一种用于音乐作品版权保护的数字音频水印嵌入算法,该算法首先将视觉可辨的二值水印图像降维成一维水印序列并进行随机置乱,再从原始数字音频信号中随机选取采样数据并进行快速傅立叶变换(FFT),最后结合人类听觉系统(HAS)掩蔽特性选取绝对值较大的FFT系数嵌入水印信息。仿真实验表明:该数字音频水印嵌入算法不仅具有较好的透明性,而且对诸如叠加噪声、有损压缩、低通滤波、重新采样、重新量化等攻击均具有较好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

The techniques of Conformal Computing are introduced with an application to the Fast Fourier Transform. Conformal Computing is a design methodology, based on a rigorous mathematical foundation, which provides a systematic approach to the most efficient organization of all levels of the software and hardware design hierarchy from high-level software constructs all the way down to the design of the integrated circuits. We show that using these general design principles, without any specialized optimization, leads to portable, scalable, code that is competitive with other well-tuned machine specific routines. Further improvements are straightforward within our formalism by taking into account specific hardware details (e.g., cache loops) in a portable parametric way. We also argue that the present theory constitutes a uniform way of reasoning about physics and the data structures that define physics on computers.  相似文献

针对汽车牌照的自动识别中倾斜问题,对Hough变换提出了新的用法。首先,根据灰度确定汽车图像中车牌的位置和范围,取出包含车牌的子图像;然后对子图像中的点作二级Hough变换算法,计算出子图像中主要直线的角度,该角度被认为是车牌的倾斜角度;最后,用插值旋转的方法进行校正。仿真实验验证了本文算法的有效性。  相似文献

本文提出了一种小波图像在进行小波系数四叉树分类后运用二维网格编码量化(2D-TCQ)的新方法。首先根据小波图像中各子带系数的带间相关性对其进行四叉树分类,然后在扩展的二维码书空间对重要类系数进行网格编码量化,运用维特比算法寻找最优量化序列,最终形成有序的嵌入式编码比特流。仿真结果表明,该方法在相同编码率下与SPIHT算法相比,PSNR获得了0.4dB左右的改善;使用小一倍的码书,相同编码率下比四叉树分类后使用一维TCQ获得了0.1dB左右的改善。由于本方法可以采用较小的码书尺寸,计算量较小,所以适用于低存贮、低功耗的编解码环境。  相似文献
