In this paper, we report the fabrication of small-molecule-based thin-film layers with a thickness of several tens of nanometers on a release layer by bar coating and subsequent stacking onto other organic layers by the developed film transfer method using driving belts and rollers as a prototype roll-to-roll technique. We use novel thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) materials in this process, achieving multilayered organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) with high external quantum efficiency (EQE), which is comparable to those of OLEDs prepared by conventional vacuum deposition. The developed film transfer method shows great potential to realize OLEDs with high efficiency at low cost.  相似文献

Nanomaterials with ultraviolet/near-infrared (UV/NIR) shielding property have great potential for developing energy-saving windows. In this work, we report low-cost W18O49 nanorods as UV/NIR shielding material. W18O49 nanorods with the length of ~20 or ~60 nm were prepared by simple solvothermal method, and they exhibited strong size-dependent absorption in the UV/NIR region. By mixing W18O49 nanorods with polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), W18O49@PDMS films were constructed and they could shield 55.58% of UV and 75.89% of NIR light while transmit 58.03% of visible light. A sealed box with W18O49@PDMS-coated glass as the window exhibited a minimal temperature elevation (△T = 9.2 °C) compared to those coated with pure glass (△T = 18.2 °C) or ITO glass (△T = 12.1 °C), under the irradiation of solar light (0.6 W cm−2). Additionally, the films had a contact angle of 122 ± 2°, showing self-cleaning ability. Therefore, W18O49@PDMS films can act as cost-efficient UV/NIR-shielding and self-cleaning film.  相似文献

Molecular dynamics simulation is employed to study the depletion behaviors of perfluoro-lubricants under scanning laser heating for heat-assisted magnetic recording hard disk drives. A partial lubricant near the substrate is irradiated by the laser beam to mimic nano-scale heat transfer from disk to lubricant. The lubricant surface morphology and thickness profiles are examined to reveal the dynamic depletion behaviors. The localized temperature evolution is also evaluated to illustrate the direction-dependent ridge formation around the depletion zone. In addition, the effects of laser power and film thickness on lubricant depletion are explored. Although evaporation is enhanced significantly at high laser powers or for lubricant with thickness around one monolayer, thermodiffusion is the primary mode of lubricant depletion under scanning laser heating.  相似文献

在光固化光敏树脂成型过程中,聚四氟乙烯离型膜会在树脂液位的波动影响下发生变形,进而影响光固化制件的精度,因此需要减小离型膜在制件过程的变形量,确保其相对稳定。首先分析树脂液位变化,通过液位变化量,等效出树脂液波动带给离型膜的载荷,建立离型膜受力模型。然后基于离型薄膜的挠度变形理论,应用Ansys软件进行模拟研究,对不施加预应力和施加不同预应力作用下的离型膜变形结果分析,结果表明施加预应力有利于提高离型膜稳定性,且施加预应力为2. 645M Pa时离型膜受到树脂波动影响最小,位置精度变化在0. 01 mm。  相似文献

Cinema as an influential mass medium continuously represents different spaces, environments, events, and symbols, and through which it reproduces viewers’ social reminiscence and merges imagination and reality in a constant manner. This paper attempts to illuminate the outlook of Iranian cinema on urban spaces (In this paper, urban space means “outdoor space” or “open space.” However, our purpose of applying the term “urban space” is an emphasis on the word “urban.” This includes what is connected with a city and its spaces and buildings, residents, and even social, economic, and political issues.), and to analyze the quality of their representation during the last two decades (1979–2006). Identifying displayed urban spaces and determining their strength and limitations, this endeavor not only offers guidelines on urban design pedagogy but also examines impacts of cinema on audiences’ visual literacy and perception, thereby exploring their expectations of urban environment.Based on content analysis of selected movies, we find that the Iranian films only occasionally involve urban spaces, and if they do, this practice is confined to historical or cultural spaces. This failure could be attributed to the poverty of urban spaces and limitations facing the film industry in such spaces on the one hand, and lack of the directors’ appropriate understanding of contemporary urban spaces and their mere attention to nostalgic spaces on the other hand.  相似文献

Two films were prepared from single component monomer solutions. In these monomers, diacetylene and two acid groups are licked by flexible side chains. The side chain serves as the spacer between diacetylenes. After UV-irradiation, monomer films were transformed to polydiacetylene films and one of films exhibited conductivity drastically increases. This conductivity is two orders of magnitude greater than the conductivity value of reported nondoped polydiacetylene films.  相似文献

As one of the most important developments in air cooling technology for hot parts of the aero-engine,film cooling technology has been widely used.Film cooling hole structure exists mainly in areas that have high temperature,uneven cooling effectiveness issues when in actual use.The first stage turbine vanes of the aero-engine consume the largest portion of cooling air,thereby the research on reducing the amount of cooling air has the greatest potential.A new stepped slot film cooling vane with a high cooling effectiveness and a high cooling uniformity was researched initially.Through numerical methods,the affecting factors of the cooling effectiveness of a vane with the stepped slot film cooling structure were researched.This paper focuses on the cooling effectiveness and the pressure loss in different blowing ratio conditions,then the most reasonable and scientific structure parameter can be obtained by analyzing the results.The results show that 1.0 mm is the optimum slot width and 10.0 is the most reasonable blowing ratio.Under this condition,the vane achieved the best cooling result and the highest cooling effectiveness,and also retained a low pressure loss.  相似文献
