In‐plane growth of Mg2SiO4 nanowires on Si substrates is achieved by using a vapor transport method with Au nanoparticles as catalyst. The self‐assembly of the as‐grown nanowires shows dependence on the substrate orientation, i.e., they are along one, two, and three particular directions on Si (110), (100), and (111) substrates, respectively. Detailed electron microscopy studies suggest that the Si substrates participate in the formation of Mg2SiO4, and the epitaxial growth of the nanowires is confined along the Si <110> directions. This synthesis route is quite reliable, and the dimensions of the Mg2SiO4 nanowires can be well controlled by the experiment parameters. Furthermore, using these nanowires, a lithography‐free method is demonstrated to fabricate nanowalls on Si substrates by controlled chemical etching. The Au nanoparticle catalyzed in‐plane epitaxial growth of the Mg2SiO4 nanowires hinges on the intimate interactions between substrates, nanoparticles, and nanowires, and our study may help to advance the developments of novel nanomaterials and functional nanodevices.  相似文献

Magnetite nanoparticles are found to assemble into monodisperse Fe3O4 microspheres with diameters ∼ 300 nm and open pores on the shells in ethylene glycol (EG) in the presence of polyethylene 2000 (PEG 2000) and a small quantity of polyethyleneimine (PEI). The hysteresis loops of the magnetic microspheres are measured by a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), the ferromagnetic signature emerged with the saturated magnetization of ∼ 80.0 emu g− 1, and the coercive force of ∼ 208.7 Oe. The synthesized hierarchical microspheres exhibit two microwave magnetic loss peaks: one appears at 4.0-5.0 GHz, the other appears around 16.0-17.0 GHz. The latter peak is attributed to the effect of the morphology of the hierarchical structure. Modern analysis methods SEM, TEM, XRD etc., are employed to figure the detailed structure information of the magnetic hollow spheres.  相似文献

Flexibility and changeability of assembly processes require a close interlinkage between the worker and the automated assembly system. The interaction between human and robot improves complex assembly processes, particularly when a robot can be guided by a worker and the robot provides power assistance to the worker. The close physical contact and the direct coupling of forces of human and robot necessitate a stable and robust interaction control. 温差发电器件是一种利用半导体材料的物理性能,实现热能与电能的直接转换全固态能量转换装置。温差发电器件由于没有运动部件,具有无噪音、无磨损、寿命长、稳定性高等优点。依据塞贝克效应,对温差发电器件的结构进行设计,选用氧化铍陶瓷基片,大大提高单位面积热通量;此外还研究了P/N结对数对温差发电器件的电优值的影响。以提高加工效率和质量为目标,拟定其加工流程,并对温差发电器件的组装过程进行详细说明和组装模具进行了详细设计。为温差发电器件的制作工程应用提供了一定的参考。  相似文献

This paper presents a 3D model-driven remote robotic assembly system. It constructs 3D models at runtime to represent unknown geometries at the robot side, where a sequence of images from a calibrated camera in different poses is used. Guided by the 3D models over the Internet, a remote operator can manipulate a real robot instantly for remote assembly operations. Experimental results show that the system is feasible to meet industrial assembly requirements with an acceptable level of modelling quality and relatively short processing time. The system also enables programming-free robotic assembly where the real robot follows the human's assembly operations instantly.  相似文献

探讨木棉纤维的静态热性能。以压缩木棉、未压缩木棉和90%灰鸭绒为原料,测试了它们的升温和降温特点,并研究了各原料集合体体积质量对其保暖性的影响。研究结果表明,升温速率和降温速率由低到高依次均为羽绒、未压缩木棉、压缩木棉;木棉纤维集合体的体积质量对集合体保暖性有重要影响。认为:木棉纤维经过挤压后,其保暖性会有所下降;在有限空间内,通过控制木棉集合体体积质量维持其中较多的静止空气,可以提高纤维制品的保暖性。  相似文献

IEK‐3 at Forschungszentrum Jülich successfully replaced the battery tray of a horizontal order picker (ECE 220, Jungheinrich) with a direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) hybrid system in the kilowatt class. The DMFC combined with a lithium‐ion battery forms the hybrid drive for electrically driven horizontal order pickers. Such vehicles are used to transport and collect goods for orders in warehouses. The order picker is fueled by pure methanol to achieve a maximum range with the smallest possible space for the battery tray. An advantage of such energy systems is that there is no need for the relatively complicated and time‐consuming recharging of the conventional lead‐acid batteries, nor are spare batteries required for multishift operation. This study focuses on the influence of contamination with inorganic impurities on the durability of the 1 kW DMFC system V3.3‐1. The data from a long‐term test will be presented, in which the DMFC system was subjected to a realistic dynamic load profile for 3,000 h. The impurities identified in the post‐mortem analysis of the membrane electrode assembly will be outlined as well the influence of selected impurities, the sources of these impurities and how the DMFC V3.3‐2 system was modified on the basis of these findings.  相似文献
