我国社区体育志愿服务发展的问题研究

社区体育志愿服务是志愿服务体系的重要组成部分,其在带动社区居民广泛参与体育活动,组织、开展社区体育工作,创造和谐融洽的社区环境中发挥着不可替代的作用.运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对当前我国社区体育志愿者服务发展问题进行研究,指出应该立足国情为社区体育志愿服务提供法律保障,稳定与扩大社区体育志愿服务者队伍,加强服务管理,建立激励机制,弘扬志愿精神,旨在为我国社区体育志愿服务的健康发展提供思路.     

大学生志愿者活动的现状与对策——基于芜湖职业技术学院的调查

通过问卷调查和个案访谈的方法,对芜湖职业技术学院大学生志愿者活动的类型、动因、存在的问题等方面进行调查和分析,发现大学生志愿者活动存在志愿者主动性不强、活动的质量和层次不高、志愿者培训缺失等问题,并从完善组织建设和创建协会品牌等方面提出了提升大学生志愿者活动实效性的对策。

运用问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、专家咨询法,在多元主体需求下,分析社区体育志愿者服务的必要性,并结合辽宁省社区体育志愿者服务现状和问题,对社区体育志愿者服务的策略选择进行了分析与探讨,旨在通过需求满足,提供科学、健康的社区体育志愿者服务,完善社区体育志愿者服务体系,提升社区体育志愿者的服务水平,推动社区体育发展。

体育志愿者研究论文的统计分析

采用文献法、文献计量法、逻辑推理法、比较分析法等研究方法,对近10年我国体育志愿者科研论文文献计量特征进行统计分析.结果表明:我国体育志愿者科研论文发表数量具有一定的年代特征且研究主题较少;应加强对特殊体育赛事的体育志愿者的研究.     

有效运用课程资源开展留守幼儿支教活动的分析与思考——以《全纳式学前教育读本》运用为例

近年来随着社会对于留守幼儿的广泛关注,南京晓庄学院学前教育专业志愿者运用《全纳式学前教育读本》(以下简称《读本》)陆续开展了多次留守幼儿的支教实践活动。本文分析了开展留守幼儿支教活动中存在的问题及对策,并对支教过程提出反思:支教应拒绝"不足模式";支教课程需要创新表格;支教需充分利用家庭资源。     

Building and Application of the “Relay” Volunteer Teaching Model for Pre-service Teachers under “Internet Plus”

The educational practice of pre-service teachers is an essential part of teacher training. As an important form of educational practice, volunteer teaching can effectively improve the quality of teacher training and bridge the serving of basic education. Upon the literature review on existing volunteer teaching models, this paper develops a teaching community of teachers under “Internet Plus” and the prototype of a “relay” volunteer teaching model towards the integrated design of training undergraduate pre-teachers and improving the educational quality of small rural schools. The sound “relay” volunteer teaching model has been formed upon revisions around checking its completeness, optimizing its operability, and enhancing its stability using the design-based research paradigm according to the research path of “planning-application-reflection-improvement.” The practice has indicated positive effects of the new model in promoting the academic development of students in small rural schools, enhancing the classroom teaching competency of rural teachers, and improving the professionalism of pre-service teachers. The quality and efficiency of the new model can be improved through initiatives such as providing timely and efficient technical support, establishing a favorable and harmonious relationship between teachers and students, adopting guidance with double-qualified instructors for instant companionship, and implementing flexible incentives and restraints.     

Ultramarathon runners’ perception of place: a photo-based analysis

ABSTRACT

Sport events that depend upon natural landscapes tend to draw athletes from urban centres to peripheral areas. In doing so these events function as tourist attractions but little is known about the way participating athletes understand these places. This study explores the ways that one type of sport traveller (i.e. ultramarathon runners) understands the host destination (Grande Cache, Canada) as a place of training and competition. A volunteer employed photography data collection method was used along with an inductive thematic analysis. Four themes emerged including place as: (a) landscape, (b) sport competition, (c) community, and (d) an introspective self-portrait. First, under the landscape theme runners saw place as sublime nature during the training camp (TC) and a terrain to be conquered during the race. Second, the sport competition theme reflected place as the event with the competition being the filter through which all other aspects of the setting were understood. Third, the setting was characterized as a place of community that fostered social connection and celebration. Finally, the introspective self-portrait theme focused on the runners themselves as they centred their identity within the setting. While landscape was a dominant theme during the TC visit, the sport competition and community themes became more salient during the competition weekend. The introspective self-portrait theme was strong during both visits. Study findings suggest that runners were attached to the setting through ‘place identity’ in addition to their dependence on it to facilitate the ultramarathon event.     

宁波大学青年志愿者服务的现状与策略

目前,青年志愿者是社会的重要组成部分,在各项社会活动中都发挥着重要作用。宁波大学在青年志愿者工作方面投入了很大精力,出台了各项规章制度将其规范化,并进行有效化管理。通过对宁波大学青年志愿服务现状进行各项调研,包括问卷、走访,在了解现状的同时,分析其存在问题,进而提出解决宁波大学青志服务中前期准备、活动过程及活动反馈等三部分问题的方案。
