在正反拉延成形中,拉延次序是影响拉延成形是否成功的一个重要因素。针对某一底部具有“反鼓包”特殊结构的矩形件,根据其成形工艺特点,拟定3种不同拉延成形工艺方案,即对矩形件正反两个方向分别采用不同次序进行拉延。首先利用Dynaform软件分别按不同拉延方案对矩形件进行数值模拟,再通过对3种方案的模拟结果进行比较分析,从而得出最佳成形方案。为了验证模拟的准确性,设计与制造出实验用的变工序拉延复合模具。通过分别对这3种方案进行实验验证,证明了模拟结果的正确性和“先反向后正向拉延”方案的可行性。 相似文献
