In order to measure three-axis intersection error, two crosshair targets were fixed in the inner axis frame of a three-axis turntable. Also a theodolite was used to point its telescope to the targets and to measure the horizontal angles when three axes were on equi-spaced angle positions. The calculation equations of the axis intersection were deduced from the mounting position of the theodolite, positions of two targets, angular positions of three axes, and the measured horizontal angles with the theodolite. 为了准确测量四轴精密离心机的3条工作半径,确保离心机产生的向心加速度精度,首先通过经纬仪引出回转轴线的方法,准确测量了3条半径之间的夹角,以及半径差值,在三个A、B、C轴端各安装3个基准圆柱,将基准圆柱所确定的轴线调整到相应的回转轴线上,然后测量各个圆柱的直径,并用游标卡尺测量A,B,C圆柱各外沿之间的距离,再换算出各轴轴线之间的距离,并根据3条半径之间的夹角,以及各个半径的差值,换算出了准确的3个工作半径.误差分析表明,采用该方法,工作半径测量误差的标准差满足要求. 相似文献

为了准确标定陀螺加速度计的二阶非线性误差系数K2与三阶非线性误差系数K3,首先在带反转平台的离心机上建立坐标系,进而在考虑离心机误差源的基础上,推导出了陀螺加速度计上的精确比力输入和角速度输入,再根据陀螺加速度计的误差模型,给出了离心机各个误差源对K2、K3项标定误差的贡献.仿真试验给出了各误差项对于K2、K3项标定的具体影响大小,可通过误差补偿提高陀螺加速度计K2、K3项的标定精度,并且给出了不同精度加速度计在进行标定时要重点考虑的离心机误差项:同时仿真表明。采用带反转平台的离心机对陀螺加速度计进行标定时可以不进行加速度计调心:另外,主轴速率与反转平台回转轴角速度矢量大小不完全相等,方向不完全相反对标定结果几乎无影响. 相似文献
