为满足智能制造领域物联网当前发展的需求,研究了相应制造场景的5G应用技术。介绍了5G的关键技术,包括5G支持的应用场景、网络切片、网络功能虚拟化(NFV)/软件定义网络(SDN)、多接入边缘计算、设备对设备通信技术等;给出了基于扩展的信息物理系统5层框架,基于该框架分析了多个智能制造场景的5G应用(包括人机界面和生产信息技术、流程自动化、工厂自动化、物流和仓储、设备监控和维护等);给出了以上应用的5G边缘计算开发框架,以集成上述场景;探讨了5G应用于智能制造场景所面临的多个挑战,以助于5G使能智能制造的落地应用。  相似文献

Understanding the underlying role of microstructural design in polymers allows for the manipulation and control of properties for a wide range of specific applications. As such, this work focuses on the study of microstructure–property relationships in l‐ lactide/?‐caprolactone (LL/CL) copolymers. One‐step and two‐step bulk ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) procedures were employed to synthesize LL/CL copolymers of various compositions and chain microstructures. In the one‐step procedure, LL and CL were simultaneously copolymerized to yield P(LL‐stat‐CL) statistical copolymers. In the two‐step procedure, poly(l‐ lactide) (PLL) and poly(?‐caprolactone) (PCL) prepolymers were synthesized in the first step before CL and LL respectively were added in the second step to yield P[LL‐b‐(CL‐stat‐LL)‐b‐LL] and P[CL‐b‐(LL‐stat‐CL)‐b‐CL] block copolymers as the final products. The findings reveal that, in addition to the copolymerization procedure employed, the length and type of the prepolymer play important roles in determining the chain microstructure and thereby the overall properties of the final copolymer. Moreover, control over the degree of crystallinity and the type of crystalline domains, which is controlled during the polymer chemistry process, heavily influences the physical and mechanical properties of the final polymer. In summary, this work describes an interesting approach to the microstructural design of biodegradable copolymers of LL and CL for potential use in biomedical applications. © 2019 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

采用Ni-P复合改性HZSM-5催化剂催化木质素降解制备高附加值的单酚类化学品,探讨了催化剂种类、金属负载量、反应温度、反应时间以及溶剂种类对木质素催化降解制备酚类化合物的影响。同时采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、比表面积和孔径分析仪(BET)、化学吸附仪(NH3-TPD)、热重分析仪(TG)以及气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC/MS)对催化剂以及液相产物进行分析表征,同时探讨其催化失活以及再生机制。结果表明:Ni、P高度分散在HZSM-5催化剂的表面,Ni的添加有效地弱化了C-C键,致使β-O-4和α-O-4发生断裂,有效地提高了木质素加氢解聚的活性,减少了焦炭的生成,但催化剂的再生水热稳定性较差,重复使用性较低。当采用甲醇为供氢试剂,在反应温度为220℃,氢气压力为2MPa,反应时间为8h,催化剂负载量为10%,NaOH为共催化剂时,其木质素的转化率为98.6%,酚类化合物的含量达到74.97%。产物以苯酚、愈创木酚和紫丁香酚为主,低温促进了紫丁香酚的产生。  相似文献

为了预估发射装药的内弹道性能,建立了一种基于密闭爆发器试验检测发射药的静态燃烧性能参数进而预测其装药内弹道性能的方法,采用不同批次的单樟-5/7发射药进行了装药性能预估计算,并基于30 mm火炮对内弹道性能预估精度进行了试验验证。结果表明,采用所建立的基于密闭爆发器试验的发射装药内弹道性能预估方法计算获得的最大膛压为376.0 MPa,与试验测试的膛压平均值388.7 MPa的计算误差为3.27%;计算的炮口初速为1143.5 m/s,与试验测试的炮口初速平均值1156.3 m/s的计算误差为1.11%。所建立的基于密闭爆发器试验的发射装药内弹道性能预估方法具有较高的精度,可对发射药样品不同批次间的内弹道性能进行高效精确的预估,为长期贮存发射药使用寿命的判定及发射药产品的出厂校验提供了一种高效低成本的弹道性能评价方法。  相似文献

在1400℃下,将平均尺寸φ15 mm?10 mm的石灰块投入CaO?SiO2?FeO及CaO?SiO2?FeO?P2O5两组渣系中,研究了静态条件下石灰在两组渣系中的溶解行为。结果表明,两组渣系在反应界面周围形成四个区域,即基体渣层、C2S渗透层、铁酸钙渗透层和石灰层。渗透层为石灰中的Ca2+与液渣中的Fe2+相互渗透所形成的一个多相共存区域,存在致密固相层影响石灰的溶解。渗透层中的铁酸钙层逐渐被C2S层取代,C2S层厚度不断增加最终溶解于液相渣中。5~60 s两组渣系石灰溶解速度相近,60~80 s含磷渣系石灰溶解速度显著加快。当渣中加入P2O5时,磷会固溶于C2S中形成C2S?C3P固溶体层,该层的形成会排挤FeO进入渣中,提高渣的渗透能力,加速石灰溶解。  相似文献

针对某5A06铝合金鞍型横梁,设计了等温挤压近净成形试验。通过Deform有限元分析研究了鞍型横梁等温挤压过程中金属流动规律和缺陷产生原因,并进行了毛坯尺寸和热挤压件图的优化。设计了鞍型横梁等温挤压近净成形模具,可实现在普通压力机上加热管加热方式升温、成形后多顶杆同步脱模功能。通过等温挤压近净成形方法制备了长为580 mm、最薄壁厚为4 mm、筋高为8 mm、筋宽为6 mm的薄壁复杂多筋鞍型横梁,该构件90%以上部位尺寸精度可达到±0. 3 mm,其余部位尺寸精度可达±0. 5 mm,抗拉强度达340 MPa,伸长率约为25%。对等温挤压件装配部位进行少量机加,可获得3种不同尺寸的鞍型横梁。  相似文献

A series of random polyesteramides (PEAs) with a range of molar composition from 90/10 to 50/50 were synthesized by direct melt polycondensation of ε‐caprolactone and l ‐alanine. Their structure was fully characterized by Fourier transform IR and NMR spectroscopy. The resulting copolymers are completely amorphous with the exception of PEA‐90/10 which possesses a semicrystalline structure. These PEAs present increasing glass transition temperatures at increasing l ‐alanine contents and exhibit fairly good thermal stability with 10% mass loss temperatures reaching 315 °C. © 2020 Society of Industrial Chemistry  相似文献

Low-permittivity Ca1−xSrxSnSiO5 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.45) microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared via traditional state-reaction at 1400°C-1450°C for 5 hours. Moreover the microwave dielectric properties of SnO2 ceramic were obtained for the first time. SnO2 ceramic was difficult to densify, and SnO2 ceramic (ρrel = 65.1%) that was sintered at 1525°C exhibited the optimal microwave dielectric properties of εr = 5.27, Q × f = 89 300 GHz (at 14.5 GHz), and τf = −26.7 ppm/°C. For Ca1−xSrxSnSiO5 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.15) ceramics, Sr2+ could be dissolved in the Ca2+ site of Ca1−xSrxSnSiO5 to form a single phase, and the partial substitution of Ca2+ by Sr2+ could improve the microwave dielectric properties of CaSnSiO5 ceramic. Secondary phases (SnO2 and SrSiO3) appeared at 0.2 ≤ x ≤ 0.45 and could adjust the abnormally positive τf value of CaSnSiO5 ceramic. The highest Q × f value (60 100 GHz at 10.4 GHz) and optimal microwave dielectric properties (εr = 9.42, Q × f = 47 500 GHz at 12.4 GHz, and τf = −1.2 ppm/°C) of Ca1−xSrxSnSiO5 ceramics were obtained at x = 0.05 and 0.45, respectively.  相似文献

In order to improve the stability of PZT-based sensors, the mechanical, dielectric, ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties of PZT-5H under impact load were studied experimentally by using the separated Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) with an electrical output measurement device. At the same time, the experimental study on the material properties of PZT-5H before and after the impact was carried out. The effect of impact cracks on the output voltage of PZT-5H was also analyzed. The results show that the dynamic piezoelectric constants of PZT-5H under low stress impact (10–50 MPa) are different from those under quasi-static state, and the empirical relationship between them and the peak stress is obtained through experiments. The dielectric properties of PZT-5H did not change under low stress impact, but micro-cracks occurred in the material and dielectric loss increased at high frequencies. Under short circuit, the residual polarization intensity of PZT-5H decreases sharply due to impact load. While the impact load causes the secondary polarization and the increase of the residual polarization intensity of PZT under open circuit. When the stress is over 45 MPa, the PZT-5H breaks. The formation of cracks causes abnormal discharge voltage and gap discharge.  相似文献

Regeneration of auditory hair cells in adult mammals is challenging. It is also difficult to track the sources of regenerated hair cells, especially in vivo. Previous paper found newly generated hair cells in deafened mouse by injecting a DNA methyltransferase inhibitor 5-azacytidine into the inner ear. This paper aims to investigate the cell sources of new hair cells. Transgenic mice with enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) expression controlled by the Sox2 gene were used in the study. A combination of kanamycin and furosemide was applied to deafen adult mice, which received 4 mM 5-azacytidine injection into the inner ear three days later. Mice were followed for 3, 5, 7 and 14 days after surgery to track hair cell regeneration. Immunostaining of Myosin VIIa and EGFP signals were used to track the fate of Sox2-expressing supporting cells. The results show that (i) expression of EGFP in the transgenic mice colocalized the supporting cells in the organ of Corti, and (ii) the cell source of regenerated hair cells following 5-azacytidine treatment may be supporting cells during 5–7 days post 5-azacytidine injection. In conclusion, 5-azacytidine may promote the conversion of supporting cells to hair cells in chemically deafened adult mice.  相似文献
