高性能新型工模具材料的设计、制造与应用研究是先进制造技术及相关领域的重大课题之一,也是当前该领域发展最迅速、最活跃的课题之一。本文将工模具材料的设计制造技术与微纳米复合陶瓷结合在一起,采用人工神经网络、遗传算法、免疫算法或几种算法相结合,对陶瓷工模具材料的组分、结构、烧结工艺等进行计算,得到最优的组分和制备参数,并在此基础上,研制Al2O3、ZrO2和Ti(C,N)基高性能新型陶瓷工模具材料。复合陶瓷具有高硬度、高耐磨的优势,可以提高工模具的使用寿命和加工质量。 相似文献
