摘    要:提出陶瓷刀具抗破损系数的概念,用以不征刀具的抗破损性能。建立了基于抗破损性能的复相陶瓷刀具材料的组分设计模型,并以A12O3/SiC/(W,Ti)C和A12/O3SiC/Ti(C,N)陶瓷刀具材料组分系统为例,进行了相应的优化设计。探讨了陶瓷刀具可靠性与刀具材料组分之间的关系,认为建立二者之间的间接关系可行的。以此为基础,就能最终实现基中靠性的复相陶瓷刀具材料的组分设计。

Abstract:A concept,coefficient of the fracture resistance,is proposed for the characterization of the fracture resistance of the ceramic tool materials.Then,a model for the composition design of the composite ceramic tool material has been built based on the fracture resistance.The optimum designs are carried out with examples of Al 2O 3/SiC/(W,Ti)C and Al 2O 3/SiC/Ti(C,N) ceramic tool materials.Relationships between the reliability of the ceramic tools and the material constituents are also discussed theoretically.It seems that it is feasible to build an indirect relations between them.As a result,the composition design of the composite ceramic tool materials based on the tool reliability can eventually realized.
