目的:建立一种用手性流动相拆分并测定 DL-(±)蛋氨酸对映异构体的方法。方法:迪马公司 Dinmonsil C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),含有3 mmol·L~(-1)硫酸铜、6 mmol·L~(-1) L-苯丙氨酸的水溶液-乙腈(98:2)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min~(-1),在254 nm 检测。结果:D-(-)和 L-(+)蛋氨酸峰的保留时间分别为9 min 和10 min,分离度为1.4。结论:方法的重复性好,操作简单,可用于 L-(+)蛋氨酸原料中可能残存的 D-(-)蛋氨酸的测定。 相似文献

BackgroundNurses’ use of personal mobiles phones at work is a growing trend in healthcare organizations. Although recent studies have explored the positive and negative implications of nurses using personal mobile phones at work, none has yet analyzed the interactions of sociotechnical components (users, technology and policy) on nurses’ use of personal mobile phones at work.ObjectivesIdentify sociotechnical interactions by analyzing each sociotechnical component (users, technology and policy) that affects nurses’ use of personal mobile phones at work.MethodsIn-depth interviews were conducted with 30 nurses employed in 13 hospitals in the Philippines. The respondents include staff nurses (n = 23), charge nurses (n = 4), and nurse managers (n = 3). Staff nurses were asked on their use of personal mobile phones at work, while charge and nurse managers were asked on their observations regarding staff nurses’ use of personal mobile phones at work. Responses were analyzed qualitatively using sociotechnical analysis.ResultsSociotechnical analysis indicated that staff nurses used their personal mobile phones at work in various ways because its use helped in their nursing work, but inevitably altered a few of their routines. Although most hospitals had policies that prohibit the use of mobile phones, staff nurses justified their use of personal mobile phones by using it for work purposes and for the benefit of their patients. Staff nurses highlighted the absence of hospital-provided mobile phones as a key reason for using personal mobile phones at work. Charge nurses and nurse managers also influenced staff nurses’ use of personal mobile phones at work.ConclusionsNurses could use their personal mobile phones at work for work purposes to enhance their clinical performance and improve patient care. Hospital administrators can leverage on nurses’ use of personal mobile phones at work by formulating policies that consider both the benefits and potential drawbacks of mobile phone usage. Recommendations are made for the formulation of hospital policies to optimize the use of personal mobile phones of nurses at work. 相似文献

AbstractMobile technology has been a significant development. With the advent of smartphones and many applications, it is possible to integrate endoscopic instruments. This is a study where the authors were able to use a smartphone as the capturing device for endoscopic examinations and were able to get satisfactory results on all but two of the 52 patients, doing four endoscopic examinations commonly being performed in otolaryngology clinics: rigid nasal endoscopy, rigid laryngoscopy, otoscopy and flexible fiberoptic naso-laryngoscopy. There is a drive in the UK to revise chemotherapy provision for people living in rural communities. Using a different model of treatment delivery might impact positively upon the experience of receiving chemotherapy. In 2007 the first nurse‐led mobile chemotherapy unit (MCU) in the UK was launched in the South West of England with the intention of providing treatment closer to home. The aim of the research was to explore experiences of people with cancer who received chemotherapy treatment in outpatient clinic and/or onboard the MCU using an interpretive phenomenological approach. Interviews were conducted with 20 people and data were interpreted using thematic analysis. The cancer and chemotherapy journey was described as being undertaken by the participant and their significant other. Available car parking and travelling impacted upon quality of life, as did the environment and accessibility of nurses to discuss issues with participants. The most important, distinguishing feature between receiving chemotherapy in outpatient clinic and the MCU was the amount of time spent waiting. Having treatment on the MCU was perceived to be less formal and therefore less stressful. Participants reported significant savings in time spent travelling, waiting and having treatment, expenditure on fuel and companion costs. 相似文献

Objective: This paper explores possible connections among existing literature on parental stress, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and use of mobile technology for persons with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Methods: A narrative review of the literature. Results: Parental support contributes to positive outcomes for children who use AAC. Parents identify communication as a high priority, but describe the process as challenging. AAC is often used with children with ASD, a population in which parental stress is especially high. Though there is research evidence that mobile technology is a promising tool for individuals with ASD, potentially misleading media anecdotes exist, and the effects on parental expectations and stress remain unstudied questions. Conclusion: Increased understanding of the connections in these research areas should help clarify the potential impact of mobile technologies on parental stress level, help to define appropriate future research directions, and contribute to development of appropriate caregiver training. 相似文献
