High initial cost of power plant, limited power capacity of the existing plant and the frequent black out of many districts due to the continuous increase in electrical demands, in addition to the adverse effect of the blackout on hypermarkets, especially on foodstuff such as meat, chicken, etc. strongly encourage the adoption of a regenerating process and the principle of combined heat and power. This work investigates the upgrading of the combined cooling heat and power system and improving the regenerating process adopted in the first design of an existing project. Linking between refrigeration and air-conditioning systems is proposed in scheme-II. A single-effect absorption chiller operating in the range of refrigeration scale (i.e. aqueous-ammonia refrigeration, not air-conditioning scale, LiBr–H2O employed in scheme-I) will be adopted using pressurised hot water recovered from the generators. The chilled water system will be serving three categories in the following order, namely, refrigeration stores, cold stores and air-conditioning units, respectively. The chilled water output of the first category will be the input of the second one. This will enhance the overall system efficiency, reduce the generator load and lessen the fugitive refrigerant emissions, which mainly participate in ozone-depleting potential and global-warming potential. This is in addition to the dramatic reduction in initial and operating cost, which can be estimated to be 50% and 79.6%, respectively.  相似文献

简要回顾了国内外变浓度(容量)热泵系统中混合工质的研究进展,结合理论和试验结果,提出了在变浓度空气源热泵系统中使用三元混合工质的概念,并与二元混合工质进行了比较。通过数值模拟优选出具有较大潜力的R32/R125/R227ea,R32/R143a/R22Tea,R32/R143a/R134a和R32/R125/R134a三元非共沸混合工质,分析了它们在变浓度热泵系统中的运行特性,结果表明,它们在满足热泵变浓度容量调节方面具有较大潜力,是替代R22的理想工质,其中首推R32/R125/R227ea。  相似文献

The best control structures for the energy optimizing control of propane precooled mixed refrigerant (C3MR) processes were examined. A first principles‐based rigorous dynamic model was developed to analyze the steady‐state and dynamic behaviors of the C3MR process. The steady‐state optimality of the C3MR process was then examined in a whole operation space for exploring the feasibility of the energy optimizing control for possible control structures. As a result, the temperature difference (TD) between the warm‐end inlet and outlet MR streams was exploited as a promising controlled variable to automatically keep the liquefaction process close to its optimum. The closed‐loop responses were finally evaluated for every possible control structure candidate. Based on the steady‐state optimality and the dynamic performance evaluation, several control structures with a TD loop were proposed to be most favorable for the energy optimizing control of the C3MR process. 通过实验研究了环境友好型制冷剂R1234yf在内径为0.5mm的水平圆形微通道内的流动沸腾换热特性,测量了不同工况下R1234yf的沸腾换热系数(HTC),并与传统制冷剂R134a进行了对比,分析了质量流速、热流密度和干度对换热系数变化规律的影响。实验条件为:饱和温度(17±1)℃,质量流速1000~2500kg/(m2·s),热流密度25~143kW/m2。实验结果表明:R1234yf的换热系数随着热流密度的增大而显著增大,而质量流速和干度的影响较小,核态沸腾为其主导换热机制。对比R1234yf和R134a在相同工况下的换热特性,发现两种工质的平均换热系数差别较小,并均随着热流密度增大而逐渐增加,但是R1234yf发生干涸(Dryout)时的热流密度小于R134a。将实验数据与已有文献中的核沸腾主导的经验关联式的预测结果进行了对比,得到了较好的吻合。  相似文献

This paper focuses on the novelty pumpless organic Rankine cycle (ORC) and its choice of working fluids. Based on the selection criteria, the refrigerant of R1233zd(E) is firstly chosen and investigated in the pumpless ORC system. In the system, the feed pump is removed, and the refrigerant flows back and forth between two heat exchangers, which act as the evaporator or condenser, respectively. The impacts of the heating water temperature and loads on the system performance are studied to find out the best operating conditions. The low‐grade heat source is simulated by an electric boiler. The temperature of the heat resource ranges from 80°C to 100°C with the interval of 5°C. The temperature of the cooling water inlet is 10°C and is kept constant. The largest average power output is 127 W under the condition of 100°C heating water with nine loads. Because the cycle efficiency with heating steam temperature of 100°C cannot be determined, the highest energy and exergy efficiencies are 3.5% and 17.1%, respectively, for heating water of 95°C with seven loads. The experimental results show that the energy and exergy efficiencies increase with the increase of the heating temperature. The power and current outputs increase when the loads increase under the condition of the constant heating water temperature, whereas the voltage output decreases meanwhile. The generating time increases when the loads increase. This phenomenon is mainly caused by the increasing evaporating pressure and decreasing condensing pressure when the loads increases.  相似文献

为了检验人的失误概率预测技术(technique of human error rate prediction,THERP)的合理性及不足,以汽车内饰冷媒加注工序为例,采用E-prime实验的方法分析了冷媒加注工序的人因失误概率。通过比较发现,汽车冷媒加注工序的4个任务的人因失误概率的实验结果与THERP的理论计算结果基本一致,说明了THERP方法的合理性。并说明了THERP的不足在于计算人因失误时忽略了操作行为中的认知过程。  相似文献

With increasing consumption of natural gas (NG), small NG reservoirs, such as coalbed methane and oil field associated gas, have recently drawn significant attention. Owing to their special characteristics (e.g., scattered distribution and small output), small-scale NG liquefiers are highly required. Similarly, the mixed refrigerant cycle (MRC) is suitable for small-scale liquefaction systems due to its moderate complexity and power consumption. In consideration of the above, this paper reviews the development of mobile miniature NG liquefiers in Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry (TIPC), China. To effectively liquefy the scattered NG and overcome the drawbacks of existing technologies, three main improvements, i.e., low-pressure MRC process driven by oil-lubricated screw compressor, compact cold box with the new designed heat exchangers, and standardized equipment manufacturing and integrated process technology have been made. The development pattern of “rapid cluster application and flexible liquefaction center” has been eventually proposed. The small-scale NG liquefier developed by TIPC has reached a minimum liquefaction power consumption of about 0.35 kW·h/Nm3. It is suitable to exploit small remote gas reserves which can also be used in boil-off gas reliquefaction and distributed peak-shaving of pipe networks.  相似文献

In this paper, five conventional LNG processes were investigated by energy and exergy analysis methods. On the basis of the energy analysis, three‐stage process of Linde AG and Stat oil (mixed fluid cascade [MFC]) has less energy consumption than the other ones (0.254 kWh/kg liquefied natural gas). Also, coefficient of performance of the cycles of this process is higher compared with the other ones. Exergy analysis results showed that the maximum exergy efficiency is related to the MFC process (51.82%). However, performance of the MFC process in terms of quality and quantity of energy consumption is considerable. But using three cycles in this process needs more components and consequently more fixed costs. In this study, sensitivity of coefficient of performance, specific energy consumption, and indexes of exergy analysis were also analyzed versus important operating variables for all cases.
