拼接镜面合成孔径光学系统子镜的失调将对系统成像质量造成较大影响。不同方向的子镜失调误差有不同的误差-评价函数关系,因此有各自严格的公差分配。研究重点是通过对子镜的干涉图和波前判研以及对系统的物理光学分析获得失调特征和数据,从而指导装调。对比了三种结构相似但F数和口径不同的拼接主镜形式合成孔径光学系统,对三个实际系统拼接产生的位置误差进行分析,总结出各误差对系统像质影响的规律,由此提出了类似系统的设计要点。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Phytase is increasingly used as an ingredient in swine and poultry feeds to improve the bioavailability of phytate‐bound phosphorus and reduce the supplement of elemental phosphorus in feeds. Recently, a transgenic rise (TGR) with phytase appA gene from E. coli has been developed in Taiwan. To assure the food safety of this TGR, we performed a sub‐chronic whole‐food feeding study with Wistar rats. RESULTS: Weaned feeding male and female rats were divided into TGR and non‐TGR (NTGR) groups (20 rats per group), and fed diets containing 76.8% rice flour of TGR and NTGR, respectively. After 93 days feeding, although some hematological findings and blood chemistry values differed significantly between the TGR and NTGR groups, all values were still within the normal range for rats of this age and sex. No adverse effects of TGR were observed in terms of animal behavior, weight gain, or feed utilization rate. Necropsy at the end of the experiment indicated that neither pathological lesions nor histopathological abnormalities were present in organs such as liver, kidney, intestines and testes of rats in TGR and NTGR groups. In addition, no significant differences (P > 0.05) were observed in relative organ weights, hemograms and blood indices of rats between the two groups. CONCLUSION: These results demonstrated that in a 93‐day feeding study with Wistar rats a diet containing 76.8% of TGR flour having a phytase activity of about 1500 U kg?1 body weight per day has no adverse effects. Prototheca mastitis has recently become an emerging disease; although its incidence is increasing steadily, its epidemiology remains largely understudied. The aim of this work was to investigate the prevalence of Prototheca spp. in dairy cows and their environment in Lublin province, covering most of southeastern Poland. Between December 2015 and July 2016, a total of 172 milking cows from 10 dairy farms were inspected for mastitis using clinical examination and the California Mastitis Test (CMT). Quarter milk samples (QMS, n = 179) and body site swabs (n = 151) from CMT-positive cows were collected for microbiological culture. In addition, we evaluated QMS and body site swabs from 23 healthy cows, along with 91 environmental samples. Of 100 CMT-positive cows, 71 had at least one QMS positive for microbial growth. In 8 (11.3%) of these cows, originating from 7 dairy farms, Prototheca spp. were cultured. The average somatic cell count of the Prototheca-containing milk was 4.02 × 106 cells/mL compared with 0.13 × 106 cells/mL of the Prototheca-free milk (collected from control animals). No significant differences were observed between mastitis and control cows with respect to counts of total white blood cells, lymphocytes, neutrophils, and eosinophils. Half of the cows with Prototheca spp. in their milk did not yield the algae from other anatomical sites. Eight cows were negative for the presence of Prototheca spp. in their milk but positive for the algae in swabs from anatomical sites. Among the environmental sources that were positive for Prototheca growth were watering troughs, manure, feed, and mud. All (45) Prototheca isolates recovered in this study were subjected to species- and genotype-level molecular identification. All QMS and most of the animal swabs (90%) yielded Prototheca zopfii genotype (gen.) 2. Of the animal samples, P. zopfii gen. 1 and Prototheca blaschkeae were isolated only from feces and rectum. Environmental samples grew either P. zopfii gen. 2 (67%) or P. zopfii gen. 1 (33%). This study demonstrates that P. zopfii gen. 2 is the third most common pathogen of mastitis in cattle in southeast Poland, with an overall incidence of 4.6%. Finding Prototheca spp., including P. zopfii gen. 1 and 2 and P. blaschkeae, in stool and rectal swabs from healthy animals may suggest their role as nonpathogenic microflora of bovine gut.  相似文献

针对直线电机动子位置测量,引入一种基于扩展采样相位相关法(E-SPCM)的亚像素位移图像检测方法,以提高测量精度和抗干扰性。首先建立了直线电机位置检测系统,通过高速相机实时采集条纹图像序列;其次对条纹图像进行边缘特征提取,利用相位相关得到相邻条纹图像的互功率谱,即动子位置的整像素位移;进而对整像素邻域的互功率谱进行上采样相位相关计算,实现高精度的亚像素位移测量,进一步由系统标定得到实际位移值。对比传统相位相关算法,所采用的方法能够提高测量精度且有很好的噪声抑制性能,最后搭建了实验检测平台,验证了算法的有效性。  相似文献

为了满足计算机视觉标定与精密测量对图像边缘定位的精确度高和抗噪性强的要求,提出一种基于Franklin矩的亚像素级图像边缘检测算法。首先,建立亚像素边缘模型,利用各级Franklin矩的卷积来提取图像边缘点的细节特征;然后,依据Franklin矩的旋转不变性原理,分析图像边缘旋转至垂直方向后各级Franklin矩之间的关系,从而确定图像中亚像素边缘的关键参数;最后,根据改进的边缘判断条件,确定图像中的实际亚像素边缘点。大量实验结果表明,与基于Zernike矩的亚像素级算法、基于小波变换与Zernike矩结合的亚像素级算法、基于Roberts算子与Zernike矩结合的亚像素级算法相比,本文提出的基于Franklin矩的亚像素级图像边缘检测算法速度更快,精度更高且抗噪性强,更好地满足了对于图像边缘定位稳定可靠及高精度测量的要求。  相似文献

Carbonization experiments were conducted on four kinds of sub‐bituminous coal particles at a temperature range of 450–1200 °C. The effect of treating temperature on the grindability of produced carbonaceous materials was investigated, and its mechanism was analyzed through various means. Results show that the grindability of all coals, whether caking or slightly‐caking, exhibit the same variation trend with an increase in carbonization temperature. Moreover, the entire process can be divided into four stages. (1) After the most intense devolatilization stage, the grindability of carbonaceous material exhibited different degrees of increase compared with that of raw coal because of the development of a pore structure. (2) The first significant decrease in the grindability occurred from the plastic stage to the complete resolidification of the coal matrix. (3) After the aromatic polycondensation stage accompanied by a large amount of H<sub>2sub> release, the coal molecular structure became compact, such that the grindability of semi‐coke considerably decreased again. (4) At high temperatures, the coal matrix underwent graphitization, which changed semi‐coke to coke. The molecular structure of coal became ordered, and the grindability decreased again. The analysis shows that a change in the internal chemical structure of carbonaceous material has a much more pronounced effect on grindability than a change in its pore structure, except in the first stage. The constant compaction and regularization of the coal molecular structure continued happening throughout the entire process and play a decisive role in the change in grindability.  相似文献

Beer is an alcoholic beverage made from a cereal grain extract and is widely consumed in sub‐Saharan Africa and the world at large. However, beer consumption could expose consumers to mycotoxins. In this review, we appraised the different mycotoxins associated with beer contamination, elucidating their structures and incidence in cereals involved in beer production. The common mycotoxins that are found within the brewing process are reviewed. These include aflatoxin B<sub>1sub> (AFB<sub>1sub>), fumonisin (FB), ochratoxin A (OTA), zearalenone (ZEA) and deoxynivalenol (DON), which are the prime contaminants in beer produced in sub‐Saharan Africa. Residual levels of <20% of AFB<sub>1sub>, OTA and FB<sub>2sub> together with the transformation of ZEA (into a less toxic compound β‐zearalenol) can be achieved during the production of beers originating from Europe/America, while >50% of DON and higher ratios of FB<sub>1sub> can be recovered in finished beer. Adsorption is the major means of mycotoxin removal during beer production. In contrast, traditional African beer processes show no significant efficient removal of mycotoxins. This is because the prevailing environmental conditions during beer production are favourable to mycotoxigenic fungal proliferation. This subsequently leads to relatively high concentration of mycotoxins in freshly processed beer, with a possible increase during the beer shelf‐life owing to the absence of appropriate microbial stabilisation treatments in the finished processed beer. © 2019 The Institute of Brewing & Distilling  相似文献

利用奶粉豆粕培养基,采用稀释平板分离法,以H/C(透明圈直径/菌落直径)为指标,从日本传统食品纳豆中分离出9株蛋白酶产生菌。将这些初筛菌株进行发酵培养,采用Folin-酚法测定酵上清液的蛋白酶活性,选出蛋白酶活性最高的菌株H2,并依据形态特点和主要生理生化特征,鉴定为芽孢杆菌纳豆亚种(Bacillussubtilis sub.Natto)。最后以蛋白酶活性为指标,考察培养基初始pH值、温度、装液量、接种量和种龄等因素对H2菌株液态发酵的影响。结果表明,该菌株液态发酵产蛋白酶的适宜条件是:培养基初始pH值7、培养温度40℃、装液量40 mL/250 mL、接种量3%、种龄25 h。  相似文献
