某低压乙二醇接管管线在运行过程中膨胀开裂。对爆管进行了宏微观检验、化学成分分析和厚度测试。结果表明,由于管段受到较大压力的作用,使管段产生较大的塑性变形,随着塑性变形的增大首先在接管焊缝热影响区的部位产生断裂破坏,最终导致爆管。提出了预防措施。 相似文献

Regulating molten steel level in continuous casting is difficult because it suffers from various disturbances, among which the bulging disturbance is the most prominent. Moreover, as the casting speed increases in continuous casting, the phase lag due to the system delay increases. To eliminate the bulging disturbance in the presence of system delay, we propose an adaptive sine estimator based disturbance observer and a phase lead adaptive fuzzy controller. We tested the proposed method using a 1:1 scale hardware simulator and confirmed that the method successfully decreased the bulging disturbance effect from the molten steel level. 相似文献

Aluminum parabolic workpieces were formed with hydromechanical deep-drawing technology. The deep-drawing process was analyzed by using the explicit finite element method with various process parameters. Defects of wrinkling and rupture are predicted for some forming conditions, and the thickness distribution results are in good agreement with the experimental results. Thinning mainly takes place during the first third of the punch travel, while wrinkling mainly takes place during the final half-stage of the punch travel. The effects of chamber pressure and blank holding force on the deformation of the workpieces are discussed. The numerical results are compared with those obtained in the experiments. 相似文献

The quality of a continuously cast product depends on the process condition, which, in turn, depends on process parameters. To be able to set the correct parameter values, it is important that behavior of the steel being cast under different casting conditions is well understood. This will need the knowledge of the mechanical behavior of steels at temperatures near the solidus. This paper presents, in detail, how these properties were modeled as a function of steel grade, temperature, and stresses that arise during casting. These models have been used to develop an integrated system that is capable of simulating various process conditions that may be encountered during continuous casting. The details of how these models were developed, verified, and used to develop the integrated system are presented in this paper. 相似文献
