固体酸的酸性和结构对苯与乙烯烷基化的影响

在搅拌高压釜中,研究了纯磷钨酸、负载磷钨酸、工业Y-分子筛、工业β-分子筛和纳米β-分子筛5种固体酸催化剂进行苯与乙烯的液相烷基化反应的催化活性和反应选择性。实验结果表明,固体酸催化剂的烷基化反应活性高低主要取决于表面酸强度和酸量;乙苯的选择性主要取决于催化剂的孔道结构;乙基化的选择性则与催化剂的表面酸强度、酸性中心位置和孔道结构等因素有关。     

The influence of various reaction parameters on the performance of (α‐diimine)nickel(II) catalysts in ethylene oligomerization reactions

Modified (α‐diimine)nickel(II) catalysts are suitable for ethylene oligomerization reactions. Due to the mechanism (“chain running”), the formation of double‐bond isomers and branched olefins can be observed. The obtained oligomer mixtures show a Schulz–Flory distribution. Increasing ethylene pressure favors the selectivity of α‐olefin formation. The same effect can be observed when Lewis bases like thiophene or furane are added to the oligomerization reaction mixture. These results can be related to an interaction of the additives with the catalytic active species during the oligomerization process. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Associative properties of perfluorooctyl end‐functionalized polystyrene–poly(ethylene oxide) diblock copolymers

The synthesis of 2,2,3,3‐tetrahydro‐perfluoroundecanoyl end‐functionalized polystyrene–poly(ethylene oxide) block (PS‐block‐PEO‐R_F) copolymers and their matching PS‐block‐PEO diblock copolymers was carried out by sequential anionic polymerization. Viscometry and ¹⁹F NMR studies show that the PS‐block‐PEO copolymers, in contrast to their matching PS‐block‐PEO‐R_F copolymers, exhibit a micellar rather than the associative behavior seen for the latter. However, the presence of an excess of fluorinated acid, used for end‐functionalization, produces a reduction of the associative behavior above the overlap concentration, with the fluorinated acid acting like a surfactant. 乙烯裂解炉辐射炉管施工技术

乙烯裂解炉辐射炉管的施工比较复杂,文章结合吉林石化分公司15万t／a乙烯装置节能改造项目的施工实践,介绍了辐射盘管系统施工的准备工作、辐射盘管组装顺序、集管箱开孔及组焊、猪尾管预制安装、辐射盘管吊装等方面的施工经验。     

催化裂化干气回收乙烯用于制备环氧乙烷的研究

叙述了在YS型银催化剂作用下，利用催化裂化干气回收的乙烯制备环氧乙烷的实验研究。结果表明：在银催化剂上催化氧化生成环氧乙烷的过程中，使用回收的乙烯，催化剂的初选择性可达80％；在保持环氧乙烷时空产率不变，经过2000h催化剂稳定性试验后，选择性下降了3—4个百分点，反应温度上升约10℃，与用聚合级乙烯为原料进行比较，催化剂初选择性低2—3个百分点、稳定性略差。该结果为用回收乙烯生产环氧乙烷提供了试验依据。     

以杂多酸为催化剂合成乙二醇-乙醚的研究

研究了杂多酸催化无水乙醇和环氧乙烷(EO)制备乙醇乙醚的醚化反应,考察了不同种类的杂多酸以及醚化反应工艺条件对反应活性和选择性的影响.结果表明,PW_(12)催化剂的反应活性高、反应温度低、选择性好,当用PW_(12)作催化剂,乙醇与环氧化乙烷之比为3.0(mol),反应温度45℃,反应时间1h时,转化率和选择性均超过97%.     

草酸二乙酯气相催化加氢合成乙二醇的研究

对草酸二乙酯气相催化加氢生成乙二醇反应进行了实验研究。研制了不含铬的铜基催化剂,并考察了催化剂的制备条件对反应结果的影响。结果表明,Cu/SiO_2质量比为0.67,活化温度为350℃时最佳。在上述催化剂制备的基础上,提出了最佳反应条件。     

Effect of antioxidant contained in poly(ethylene glycol) on cell fusion

The effect of antioxidants contained in poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) on cell fusion was studied using L929 cells in the monolayer state. Hydroquinone monomethyl ether (HQME), 2-mercaptobenzimidazole (MB), butyl hydroxyanisole (BHA) and 2,6-di-(t-butyl)-4-methylphenol (BHT) were chosen from the antioxidants that have currently been used to protect commercially available PEG from oxidation. Cell culture was conducted in 40% w/w aqueous solution of PEG with a molecular weight of 3000 in the presence of different concentrations of antioxidants. BHA clearly enhanced membrane fusion of L929 cells with increasing concentration in PEG solution, whereas HQME, MB and BHT had no significant effect on cell fusion. The enhancement of cell fusion by BHA might be ascribed to balanced hydrophobicity and high water solubility in comparison with the other three antioxidants.     

生物降解型聚碳酸顺丁烯二酸亚乙酯 1、合成和表征

用CO_2、环氧乙烷、顺丁烯二酸酐进行三元共聚首次得到聚碳酸顺丁烯二酸亚乙酯(PECM),并用IR、~1H NMR、DSC等进行了表征,共聚物链中CO_2和MA单元随机分布,不饱和单元可在0～0.5mol分数之间调节。共聚过程不发生双键交联和构型转化。环氧乙烷的转化率可高达到93％。控制PECM链上的双键含量并使之发生自由基加成反应,得到对热较稳定的可溶性产物。
