Hybrids of the core protein of hepatitis B virus (HBcAg) have been designed which carry N-terminal insertions of B- and T-cell epitopes of HIV-1 an immunodominant B-epitope from gp41, a T-cell epitope from p34 pol, and a cluster of B- and T-cell epitopes from p17 gag. The hybrids have been synthesized using two expression systems-one based on the thermoinducible PR promoter of bacteriophage lambda and the other one based on phi 10 promoter of bacteriophage T7 with 3-5% and 7-14% yields, respectively. The hybrids have dual HBV and HIV-1 immunospecificity and are assembled into particles similar to those formed by the protein carrier HBcAg. Sandwich ELISA and immune electron microscopy revealed that HIV-1 epitopes are exposed on the surface of the particles. 相似文献

The organisation of children's neurological service was considered in terms of 25 years of medical-diagnostic work of children's consultative neurological out-patient clinic (CCNC) attached to one of Moscow children's clinical hospital (Morozov hospital). The work of appropriate departments of CCNC was presented together with the consideration of the main problems of child's neurology as well as of the peculiarities of nervous system's pathology in terms of age. We examined the situational antecedents of binge eating episodes and tested for consistency in the antecedents. We evaluated the antecedents of two successive binges via structured interviews with 50 normal-weight nonpurging females who regularly binge. Cluster analysis yielded two categories of binge-promoting situations: solitary negative affect situations and social eating situations. When this empirically derived classification of binge situations was used, the two successively occurring binges did not systematically fall into the same cluster. Consistency on other measures was also modest. Implications of these findings for conceptual models of binge eating and treatment, including the prospect of individually tailored interventions, are discussed. 相似文献

The results of studying 4H-SiC p
+-n junctions ion-implanted with aluminum as detectors of high-energy particles are reported. The junctions were formed in SiC
epitaxial films grown by chemical vapor deposition. The concentration of uncompensated donors was (3–5)×1015 cm−3, and the charge-carrier diffusion length was L
p=2.5 μm. The detectors were irradiated with 4.8–5.5-MeV alpha particles at 20°C. The efficiency of collection of the induced
charge was as high as 0.35. The possibilities of operating SiC detectors at elevated temperatures (∼500°C) are analyzed.

Issues related to the production of radiation defects in silicon carbide of various polytypes and with differing conductivity types and concentrations of charge carriers as a result of irradiation with high-energy particles in a wide range of their energies and masses (from electrons to heavy Bi ions) are considered. The effect of irradiation with high-energy particles on the optical and electrical characteristics of the devices based on SiC are also considered, including the devices that operate as detectors of nuclear radiation. Systematic trends (common to other semiconductors and characteristic of SiC) in the radiation-defect formation in SiC are established. The high radiation resistance of SiC is verified; it is shown that this radiation resistance can be increased at increased energies of incident particles and at higher temperatures of operation. 相似文献

The photoelectric properties of p +-n junctions that were based on 4H-SiC ion-implanted with aluminum and were formed in lightly doped n-type epitaxial layers grown by chemical vapor deposition were studied. It is shown that such photodetectors combine in full measure the advantages of photostructures formed on the basis of Schottky barriers and epitaxial p-n junctions. The results of the theoretical calculation of spectral characteristics of ion-implanted photodetectors are in good agreement with experimental data. The structures feature an efficiency of collection of nonequilibrium charge carriers close to 100% in the spectral range of the photon energies of 3.5–4.25 eV. 相似文献

It is established that a decrease in the wave drag of the airfoil is independent of the method of energy supply and is entirely determined by its magnitude.
