Influence of Zn ion implantation on structures and field emission properties of multi-walled carbon nanotube arrays

龙须草纤维的预水解特性的初步研究

对龙须草弱酸性预水解工艺、水解前后的纤维形态变化进行了研究。结果表明,相同温度和时间下,预水解酸浓度越高,聚戊糖去除率则越高,相应的水解得率也越低;且温度越高,变化越显著。当水解酸为1%时,在160℃下处理60 min,聚戊糖去除率达88.61%,水解得率为55.06%。与未水解原料相比,水解样的纤维细胞发生明显的断裂,长纤维含量降低,短纤维含量增加;纤维长度从2.05 mm降为1.44 mm,细小纤维量则从30.47%提高至40.97%。     

高效液相色谱法测定南、北五味子中木脂素含量

建立了用高效液相色谱法测定南、北五味子中5种木脂素成分(五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙、五味子酯甲、五味子甲素和五味子乙素)的分析方法。以甲醇和水为流动相,采用梯度洗脱,对21个不同产地的南、北五味子样本进行了色谱分离,并利用标准物质、保留时间和紫外光谱对木脂素进行定性。结果表明,样品中各组分的色谱峰基本达到基线分离,该方法重复性好、灵敏度高,为评价南、北五味子中的木脂素活性成分提供了一种可靠的分析方法。     

杨木乙醇木素羟甲基化改性反应的研究

用甲醛对杨木乙醇木素进行羟甲基化改性并对其反应机理和反应条件进行了研究。通过测定改性后产物的羟甲基含量值,确定了杨木乙醇木素羟甲基化改性的最优条件:甲醛用量7.37 mmol.g-1(对木素),pH值10.0,反应温度65℃,反应时间90 min。在该条件下对杨木乙醇木素进行羟甲基化改性,测得改性后木素的羟甲基质量分数可达到12.84%。
