This study investigated the changes of CD4 CD25 regulatory T cells (Tregs) in periph-eral blood of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma before and after transcatheter arterial chemoem-bolization (TACE). The proportion of CD4 CD25 Tregs among CD4 T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of 33 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma was determined by flow cytometry before, 1 week and 1 month after TACE. And 25 healthy volunteers served as control. One month after TACE, the patients were divided into two groups: 22 in group A, who were in stable condition or getting better; and 10 in group B, who were deteriorating. One patient died and was excluded. The results showed that the percentage of CD4 CD25 Tregs among CD4 T lymphocytes did not significantly change in the 33 patients 1 week after TACE as compared with that before TACE, however, the difference was significant (P<0.01) between the patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and the healthy subjects. The percentage of CD4 CD25 Tregs among CD4 T lymphocytes in group A 1 month after TACE was decreased significantly in comparison with that before and 1 week after TACE (P<0.01), whereas, that in group B was increased significantly 1 month after TACE (P<0.01). It was concluded that patients with hepatocellular carcinoma had a higher proportion of CD4 CD25 Tregs in peripheral blood. TACE did not significantly affect the level of CD4 CD25 Tregs within short time (such as 1 week). The proportion of CD4 CD25 Tregs in peripheral blood 1 month after TACE was related to the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.  相似文献

目的探讨移植性肝癌门脉癌栓的微血管结构及供血特征.方法将VX2瘤株颗粒(2~3粒)直接接种于兔门脉的不同分支内,于接种后2、3、4周分别行造影检查,将所得结果与组织病理对照.结果种植后2周,ABS丙酮门脉铸型可见门脉分支(4~5级)内微小癌栓,表面见纡曲的微小门静脉;3~4周,癌栓向肝实质浸润,门脉主干癌栓形成,瘤体与癌栓表面有细小门脉供血.结论早期癌栓供血主要为门静脉,中、晚期为动脉与门脉双重供血.  相似文献

目的 通过将复合有重组人类骨形态发生蛋白 2 (rhBMP 2 )的注射型磷酸钙人工骨 (rhBMP 2 /CPC)应用于体外经皮椎体成形术 (PVP)实验中 ,观察并评价其生物力学性能 ,以探寻rhBMP 2 /CPC能否有效替代聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)而应用于PVP手术。方法 选取 6具尸体脊柱标本 (T8~L5)并测试骨密度 ,然后将其游离成 60个椎体并随机分为 4组 :I组为空白对照组 (n =3 0 ) ;II组为PMMA组 (n =10 ) ;III组为CPC组 (n =10 ) ;IV组为rhBMP 2 /CPC组 (n =10 )。在“C”形臂X线机导引下 ,II~IV组椎体经双侧椎弓根分别充填PMMA、CPC及rhBMP 2 /CPC ;在万能材料实验机上将所有椎体压缩至原始高度的 5 0 % ,测得最大载荷及刚度 ;随后将I组再进一步划分为IA、IB及IC组 ,分别充填PMMA、CPC及rhBMP 2 /CPC ,按前述加载方法再次压缩至充填后椎体高度的 5 0 %。结果 实验开始前 ,各组椎体BMD为 ( 0 .3 10~ 0 .689)g/cm2 ,高度为 ( 1.64~ 3 .0 9)cm (组间比较 ,均P >0 .0 5 )。IA、IB及IC组充填后椎体前缘高度分别增加 ( 0 .16±0 .0 5 )cm ,( 0 .18± 0 .0 7)cm和 ( 0 .2 1± 0 .0 9)cm ,与充填前比较 ,差异无显著性意义 (均P >0 .0 5 )。材料充填量方面 :IA组是 ( 2 .8± 0 .7)ml,IB组是 ( 2 .3± 0 .3 )ml,IC组是 ( 2  相似文献

目的:研究和评估骶骨肿瘤术前经导管超选择性动脉栓塞的价值和作用。方法:对16例骶骨肿瘤用明胶海绵或白芨粉行超选择性动脉栓塞,栓塞后平均3.5天行手术切除。疾病包括:骨巨细胞瘤3例、脊索瘤8例、动脉瘤样骨囊肿2例、转移瘤3例。结果:本组16例栓塞后造影的显示肿瘤染色均较术前减少85%以上。术中失血500~1500ml之间,平均为780ml。所有肿瘤均被顺利切除。结论:超选择性动脉栓塞手术治疗骶骨肿瘤  相似文献

目的 探讨脾动脉参与肝癌供血的DSA表现及超选择性介入栓塞治疗的方法与价值.方法 自2005年3月至2008年6月,于897例肝癌患者中经血管造影证实脾动脉参与肝癌供血7例.采用5 F Yashiro导管联合3 F SP导管超选择脾动脉肝癌供血支造影,行化疗栓塞术后注入适量明胶海绵颗粒或无水乙醇行栓塞治疗.结果 造影示脾动脉肝癌供血支2例为主要供血动脉,5例为非主要肝癌供血动脉.所有病例脾动脉肝癌供血支均完全栓塞.术后AFP下降均>50%,2例降至正常.术后4~6周CT复查显示肿瘤直径缩小2.5~4.6 cm.结论 脾动脉分支参与肝癌供血比较少见.对脾动脉参与肝癌供血者,超选择并充分栓塞脾动脉肝癌供血支对提高肝癌介入治疗的效果具有重要意义.  相似文献

目的 探讨肢体和颅面部血管畸形的血管造影诊断及介入治疗的临床价值.资料与方法 56例肢体和颅面部血管畸形患者,颅面部14例,上肢18例,下肢24例.先行血管造影,了解病变部位、累及范围、供血动脉、引流静脉及侧支循环情况.然后行栓塞治疗,超选择插管至病变供血动脉内,根据病变性质、造影表现、插管的具体位置及治疗目的 ,选择不同种类、大小的栓塞剂及栓塞方法.对四肢近端局限性动静脉瘘患者置入带膜支架封堵瘘口.结果 56例患者通过选择性动脉造影均明确诊断,其中44例表现为动静脉畸形,供血动脉与引流静脉之间有明显迂曲扩张畸形血管团;12例表现为动静脉瘘.23例行介人治疗,其中21例栓塞后临床症状和体征均有不同程度的缓解,表现为局部包块缩小,血管杂音减轻或消失,心脏功能改善等,2例带膜支架置入后血管杂音消失.随访4~48个月,除2例臀部血管畸形患者栓塞后1年左右又出现临床症状而接受相应治疗外,其余患者均未出现明显临床症状.结论 经导管动脉造影是肢体和颅面部血管畸形的可靠诊断方法;介入治疗血管畸形创伤小、安全、有效,并发症少.  相似文献

目的建立兔股骨头坏死模型,探讨双介入治疗方法的可行性,检测治疗后股骨头的转染率及表达。材料与方法用激素建立兔股骨头坏死模型80只,随机分为钻孔注入组、动脉灌注组、双介入组、对照组。实验组采用经皮穿刺于股骨头钻孔,直接注入携带血管生成素-1(Ang-1)的骨髓间质干细胞(MSCs),或/和经颈动脉穿刺,行超选择插管至双侧股骨头供血动脉,缓慢注入携带Ang-1的MSCs,对照组不作治疗。术后2、4、6、8周分别处死动物,取股骨头进行组织学观察、荧光检测、免疫组织化学检测。结果介入组转染增强型绿色荧光蛋白(pEGFP)/Ang-1质粒的MSCs分化的细胞在荧光显微镜下见高表达Ang-1基因,同时局部循环血管和成骨细胞增多。明显好于单独治疗组、对照组。结论携带Ang-1的MSCs经双介入治疗不仅能促进毛细血管的生成,而且能定向进行骨分化。  相似文献

This study investigated the inhibitory effect of the extract of fungi of Huaier (EFH) on the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells. Hep-G2 cells, a human HCC cell line, were cultured in DMEM containing 10% fetal bovine serum and treated with EFH of different concentrations (1, 2, 4, 8 mg/mL) for 24, 48 and 72 h respectively. The apoptosis rate of the cells was flow cytomet-rically measured. Thirty-six tumor-bearing New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups group A (control group), in which the rabbits were infused with 0.2 mL/kg normal saline via the hepatic artery; group B (transhepatic artery cbemoembolization [TACE] group), in which the rabbits were given lipiodol at 0.2 mL/kg plus MMC at 0.5 mg/kg via the hepatic artery; group C (TACE + EFH group ), in which EFH (500 mg/kg) were orally administered after TACE. Two weeks after TACE, the rabbits were sacrificed and the implanted tumors were sampled. The tumor volume and the necrosis rate were determined. The tumor tissues were immunohistochemically detected for the expressions of factor Ⅷ, VEGF, P53, Bax and Bcl-2. The microvessel density (MVD) was calculated by counting the factor Ⅷ-positive endothelial cells. Our results showed that after treatment with EFH the apoptosis rate of Hep-G2 cells was enhanced in a concentration- and time-dependent manner. Two weeks after the treatment, the average tumor volume, the necrosis rate and the growth rate of the implanted tumor in group C were significantly different from those in groups A and B (P〈0.05). MVD and VEGF expressions were significantly decreased in the group C when compared with those in groups B (P〈0.05 for all). The Bax expression was weakest in group A and strongest in group C. The expressions of P53 and Bcl-2 were minimal in group C and maximal in group A. There were significant differences in the expressions of P53, Bax and Bcl-2 among the 3 groups (P〈0.05 for all) and there was significant difference between group B and group C (P〈0.05). It was concluded that EFH could suppress not only the growth of HCC cells but also tumor angiogenesis and it can induce the apoptosis of HCC cells. EFH serves as an alternative for the treatment of HCC.  相似文献
