有机发光器件（OLED）具有固体平板化的优点，用OLED制做平板显示器不仅重量轻和功耗低，而且能实现低成本的彩色大屏幕显示。本文从有机发光器件的原理出发，阐述了有机发光器件平板显示器的三色象元的一些实现方案和目前的发展状况，并对它们的基本结构及技术特点进行了比较。     

Cellular mechanisms for developmental toxicity of chlorpyrifos: targeting the adenylyl cyclase signaling cascade

Developmental neurotoxicity caused by chlorpyrifos exposure is generally thought to target cholinesterase but chlorpyrifos may also act on cellular intermediates, such as adenylyl cyclase, that serve global functions in the coordination of cell development. In the current study, neonatal rats were exposed to apparently subtoxic doses of chlorpyrifos (no weight loss, no mortality) either on Postnatal Days 1-4 or on Postnatal Days 11-14, and the effects on components of the adenylyl cyclase cascade were evaluated in brain regions that are enriched (forebrain) or sparse (cerebellum) in cholinergic innervation, as well as in a nonneural tissue (heart). In all three, chlorpyrifos evoked deficits in multiple components of the adenylyl cyclase cascade: expression and activity of adenylyl cyclase itself, functioning of G-proteins that link neurotransmitter and hormone receptors to cyclase activity, and expression of neurotransmitter receptors that act through this cascade. Disruption of signaling function was not restricted to transduction of cholinergic signals but rather extended to adrenergic signals as well. In most cases, the adverse effects were not evident during the immediate period of chlorpyrifos administration, but appeared after a delay of several days. These results suggest that chlorpyrifos can affect cell development by altering the activity and reactivity of the adenylyl cyclase signaling cascade, a major control point for trophic regulation of cell differentiation. The effects are not restricted to cholinergic targets, nor even to the central nervous system. Hence, disruption of cell development by chlorpyrifos is likely to be more widespread than previously thought.

采用水解酸化-A/02-SMBR工艺处理高浓度含氮合成制药废水,设计处理水量700 m3/d,实际处理水量400 m3/d.在实际进水CODCr约6 000 mg/L,NH3-N约200 mg/L,有机氮150 mg/L的情况下,处理后CODCr＜200 mg/L,NH3-N＜10 mg/L.介绍了组合工艺的特点、具体设计参数,并对系统调试运行情况和经济效益进行了探讨分析.     

The feature-based posterior crown design in a dental CAD/CAM system

This paper presents a newly developed CAD approach for a quick and accurate design of a dental posterior prosthesis. The approach arises from the basic idea that every human tooth has its own specific features. Based upon the features of the standard posterior tooth, the initial data containing the defined feature points are firstly acquired from the scanned points of the standard tooth. The standard prosthetic profile is thereby formulated using the bicubic Nurbs surface fitting technique. This profile has the two functions of possessing the same features with the patient’s missing posterior tooth, and the adjustability with the feature points and the defined B-spline profile feature curves. For the purpose of the adjustment of the established model, the global and occlusal feature curves are proposed considering the individual patient’s original information. According to these curves, the corresponding standard prosthetic profile is locally adjusted to meet the fit of the global size and occlusal surface. Finally, a close and continuous profile of a posterior crown is generated. Using this design, a posterior prosthesis is successfully manufactured in the computer-aided machining process.

特征提取在雷达目标识别中具有重要地位,提取有效、可靠的目标特征,是建立目标识别系统的基础和关键。在常规低分辨雷达目标识别系统中,难以根据电磁散射理论进行有效建模。本文在观察和分析大量实测数据的基础上,根据雷达操作员进行目标判性的思维过程和描述方法,以雷达目标动态回波序列的视觉效果为切入点,建立了一整套雷达目标特征提取方法。在多个雷达目标识别项目中的实际应用,证明了该方法的有效性、稳健性和可推广性。     

IMS业务会话在3G和WLAN间的切换方案

介绍了3GPPR6版本中的3G-WLAN融合网络架构,分析了其移动性管理机制的不足,然后在分析比较了潜在的移动性管理协议后,提出了基于SIP实现3G/WLAN（无线局域网）间IMS（IP多媒体子系统）业务会话的切换方案,并探讨了进一步改进的思路.     

大朝山水电站碾压混凝土重力坝台阶式溢流面设计

大朝山水电站碾压混凝土重力坝的最大坝高为111m,设计洪水位为899m(500年一遇),此时,表孔下泄的设计流量为9992m3/s,堰顶设计单宽流量为132.7m3(/s·m)。通过多次表孔水工模型试验研究和近三年表孔泄水运行,验证了大朝山水电站碾压混凝土重力坝的表孔采用宽尾墩、台阶式溢流面和戽式消力池联合消能的设计方案是合理可行的,为全段面碾压混凝土重力坝和表孔溢流面的设计开拓了新的思路。     

A 4-MB on-chip L2 cache for a 90-nm 1.6-GHz 64-bit microprocessor

A 4-MB L2 data cache was implemented for a 64-bit 1.6-GHz SPARC(r) RISC microprocessor. Static sense amplifiers were used in the SRAM arrays and for global data repeaters, resulting in robust and flexible timing operation. Elimination of the global clock grid over the SRAM array saves power, enabled by combining the clock information with array select signals. Redundancy was implemented flexibly, with shift circuits outside the main data array for area efficiency. The chip integrates 315 million transistors and uses an 8-metal-layer 90-nm CMOS process.     

广义频率响应函数的鲁棒建模新方法

针对基于非线性谱分析的故障诊断技术的需要,研究了非线性系统的广义频率响应函数的鲁棒在线建模方 法。首先将次元分析算法应用于Volterra级数模型的辨识,并通过对此算法的修正,得到了一种改进的Volterra系统的鲁 棒辨识算法。对其鲁棒性能进行的分析表明,改进算法的鲁棒抗噪性能被明显提高。在此基础上,提出了一种广义频率响 应函数的两步鲁棒建模新方法。仿真实验表明,该方法具有良好的鲁棒收敛性能,能够有效解决GFRF的在线建模问题。
