The optimization of technological parameters for fabrication of the inclined texture [0001] in ZnO films has been conducted. It is shown that the inclination of the texture axis is determined by at least two factors: the average vector of falling the deposited particles and the intensity of bombardment of the growing film with negative ions of oxygen. Optimum displacements of the substrate position relative to the axis of the sputtering system and the distance between the planes of the target and the substrate are determined. Films of zinc oxide with optimum angles of inclination of texture axis have been obtained by the RF sputtering technique. 相似文献

The possibility of increasing the sensitivity of a neutron detector based on a TlInSe2 crystal by introducing the 6Li isotope into this crystal is investigated. Introduction of the isotope is conducted by the method of electrochemical intercalation from aqueous and nonaqueous solutions of LiCl and also from the melt of the LiCl–KCl eutectic. It is shown that intercalation by the electrochemical method from a LiCl solution in propylene carbonate, performed along the “c” axis of the crystal (along strong bond chains) is efficient. The attained concentration of introduced lithium amounts to (1–1.2) × 1021 cm–3, which increased the sensitivity of the detector by approximately four times. Good agreement between the calculated and experimental values of the detector sensitivity is demonstrated. 相似文献

Radial-shear rolling (RSR) plays an important role in the production of titanium alloys in OAO VSMPO-AVISMA (Verkhn. Salda), having a number of advantages over other processes of metal formation. A software complex for modeling formation and heat transfer in the metal volume has been developed during this investigation on the basis of engineering computation techniques, and the rolling of a bar of the VT6 alloy with a diameter of 155 mm has been studied using it. The ThemoRSR program, making it possible to image computational data in the Mathcad environment, is developed; rolling is modeled with a DEFORM-3D package; and conditions of its application are shown. Multilayered nitride heterostructures AlN/AlGaN/GaN/AlGaN are grown using a Nanofab-100 multichamber domestic complex involving a STE3N3 specialized installation of molecular beam epitaxy.
