目前国内含氨氮废水的处理主要采用生物脱氮技术,但这种方法对于高浓度的氨氮废水效果不佳。近年来,对于磷酸铵镁(MAP)化学沉淀法除氨氮,即铵离子可以和镁离子、磷酸根在适当的条件下生成磷酸铵镁沉淀的研究很多。本文从热力学的角度模拟了MAP体系中pH值和药剂配比对MAP形成的影响,提出了优化氨氮废水处理的措施。  相似文献

利用金属键合和激光剥离将生长在蓝宝石衬底上的GaN薄膜转移到Si衬底上。键合后采用波长为248nm的准分子脉冲激光辐照蓝宝石衬底,低温处理去除蓝宝石衬底。系统地研究不同键合温度和激光能量密度对GaN结构和光学特性的影响。AFM、XRD和PL测试表明:键合温度和激光剥离的能量密度较低,转移衬底后GaN的质量较好;激光剥离的阈值能量密度为300mJ/cm2;键合温度400℃的样品均方根粗糙度(RMS)约为50nm。  相似文献

Gallium nitride (GaN) based light emitting diodes (LEDs) with a thick and high quality ZnO film as a current spreading layer grown by metal-source vapor phase epitaxy (MVPE) are fabricated successfully. Compared with GaN-based LEDs employing a Ni/Au or an indium tin oxide transparent current spreading layer, these LEDs show an enhancement of the external quantum efficiency of 93% and 35% at a forward current of 20 mA, respectively. The full width at half maximum of the ZnO (002) ω-scan rocking curve is 93 arcsec, which corresponds to a high crystal quality of the ZnO film. Optical microscopy and atomic force microscopy are used to observe the surface morphology of the ZnO film, and many regular hexagonal features are found. A spectrophotometer is used to study the different absorption properties between the ZnO film and the indium tin oxide film of the GaN LED. The mechanisms of the extraction quantum efficiency increase and the series resistance change of the GaN-based LEDs with ZnO transparent current spreading layers are analyzed.  相似文献

PEG derived hydrogels were synthesized by a novel synthesis route under mild condition. First, we synthesized a soluble linear copolymer by amino-terminated polyethylene glycol ATPEG and Pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA), named by p (ATPEG-co-PMDA). The copolymer with imide rings on the main chain can be soluble in most of solvents. Then, the imide-rings of the copolymer were open by amino groups of Butanediamine (BDA) under ambient condition to form cross-linking network. The cross-linking network can form in few minutes. The p (ATPEG-co-PMDA) and gels were characterized by 13 C NMR and FTIR. The gels swelled significantly in water, and co-continuous porous structure was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The ring-opening cross-linked reaction of p(ATPEG-co-PMDA) provided a simple, versatile approach to hydrogel network under mild condition without initiator, which have potential as biomaterials to apply in biomedical region.  相似文献

A single-pass backward configuration superfluorescent fiber source (SFS) based on erbium-doped photonic crystal fiber (EDPCF) with a high mean wavelength stability was proposed. The EDPCF was used to improve the intrinsic temperature dependence of the SFS. Using the optimal EDPCF length of 24.2 m and pump power of 204 mW, a 20.7 ppm mean wavelength stability of a prototype SFS was demonstrated with increased temperature from -40 °C to 60 °C. The mean wavelength had an ultra stability of 10.3 ppm with increased temperature from -20 °C to 60 °C.  相似文献

Nickel aluminide powders were prepared by direct electrochemical reduction of solid mixture of NiO–NiAl2O4 (Ni:Al = 1:1 in mol) precursor in molten CaCl2 at 850 °C. The reduction process of the solid oxide cathode was investigated by analyzing the intermediate products using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It reveals that nickel is preferentially reduced and it benefits to prevent aluminum leaving from the cathode. The products obtained at the constant cell voltage electrolysis of 3.0 V for more than 4 h were stoichiometric NiAl. The energy consumption could be as low as 6.1 kWh (kg-NiAl)−1 based on the applied cell voltage and the consumed electrolysis charge. Furthermore, the NiAl powders were made into a dense rod by spark plasma sintering (SPS) technique. The corrosion behaviors of the NiAl rod in 0.5 mol L−1 NaCl aqueous solution at room temperature were investigated by polarization curve and ac impedance measurements. It was found that the NiAl rod had satisfactory anti-corrosion ability in the solution.  相似文献

以水玻璃为主要原料,硅酸铝纤维和绿色碳化硅为添加剂,通过微波加热的方法制得轻质发泡材料;再经过酸浸改性提高材料的耐温性,制备出一种新型轻质保温材料.实验结果表明,水玻璃中加入1.3%的硅酸铝纤维和7.5%的碳化硅制备出的保温材料具有优异的性能,该材料密度仅为0.161g/cm3,800℃下导热系数仅为0.113w/(m·k).  相似文献
