随着 IP 网络承载业务的不断丰富,网络接入业务高可靠性成为关键需求。为达到电信级可靠性要求,用户接入网关设备高的可靠性保证成为关键。通过系统研究用户网关电信级可靠性保证方案,包括端口级/单板级/设备级 1+1、N+1、N+M 备份方案,设计基于二层网络的冗余检测备份协议(L2SP)与用户网关业务的热备份机制,解决用户典型接入协议(PPPOE/802.1X/DHCP)设备间用户信息与业务状态热备份难题,使设备在一年的连续运行中因各种可能原因造成的停机维护时间少于 5 分钟,达成网络设备 99.999%的高可用性目标。相较于传统设备级不带用户业务热备的可靠性方案,可靠性能力提升 50%以上。  相似文献

为解决传统电能质量信号在采样时面临的采样率高,采样资源浪费和硬件成本高的问题,压缩感知理论被引入到电能质量信号的采样与重构过程。信号的稀疏表示是压缩感知理论中的关键问题,一般选择正交基作为压缩感知中的稀疏变换基。基于多重扰动的电能质量信号,本文提出了基于不同干扰的电能质量模型来选择不同的信号稀疏变换基的压缩感知重构算法。实验证明与整个信号采用单一DCT变换基或FFT变换基的压缩感知重构算法相比,本文提出的方法具有更好的信号重构性能。  相似文献

This study investigated the use of compressed speech as a modality for assessment of the simultaneous processing function for participants with visual impairment. A 24‐item compressed speech test was created using a sound editing program to randomly remove sound elements from aural stimuli, holding pitch constant, with the objective to emulate the effect of incomplete visual stimuli in gestalt closure tests assessing simultaneous processing. The participant sample included 26 college students with impaired vision and a comparison sample of 88 sighted college students. Participants completed the compressed speech on a computer, along with a general ability measure and standard scales of neuropsychological function. The compressed speech test had a statistically significant positive relationship with both of the scales associated with the simultaneous processing function. Results suggest that compressed speech may provide a viable alternative to assess the simultaneous processing function, equitable for use with persons with and without visual disability.  相似文献

Time-compressed, tape recorded messages were used to determine if listening to the message twice, in the same amount of time required to listen to the uncompressed message once, would improve listening comprehension scores of high and low aptitude men. The results indicated that for both groups of subjects, listening to the compressed messages twice improved comprehension scores over scores obtained by listening to the compressed tapes once. Comprehension of repeated time compressed messages was not improved over that obtained by a single listening to the uncompressed messages.  相似文献

Universities and colleges in the United States are actively searching for new ways to increase student enrollment as one means to offset recent government budget cuts in educational funding. One proposal at a particular institution involves transitioning a commuter university from a traditional semester length calendar to one that offers predominately online and compressed courses. University students responded to a survey, based on a number of variables, regarding their impressions of taking considerably more online and compressed courses in lieu of traditionally taught courses. While the students wanted to keep the traditional semester calendar, findings showed that some of the benefits of online and compressed teaching schedules were appealing.  相似文献

Conclusions Reading practice with accompanying compressed speech as a pacer resulted in a significantly greater increase in reading rate without an accompanying loss in comprehension for the experimental group when compared with the control group. Scores on the delayed posttest seemed to indicate that the increase in reading rate was more than temporary. The significant increase in reading rate was accomplished with only 10 practice sessions. The number of sessions in earlier studies using pacers ranged from 16 (Marvel, 1959) to 50 (Wilson & Leavell, 1956). The present study suggests that a smaller number of sessions using compressed speech as a pacer can be effective in increasing reading rate. Since there was no significant difference between gain scores for the experimental and control groups for listening, this study provided no evidence to support the use of practice with compressed speech to improve listening ability. It might be noted however that the training sessions consisted of reading short storieswhile listening to the compressed speech. Thus, subjects did not receive practice in which listening to compressed speech was the sole activity. It is perhaps for this reason that the experimental group did not improve more in listening than did the control group.
