根据团队创造力相关理论,基于变革型领导、团队沟通和个体创造力的作用,构建大学生科技创新团队创造力的结构和关系模型,提出它们之间的假设关系。本研究通过采集90个大学生科技创新团队的样本数据,采用探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析、结构方程等方法对假设进行检验。结果表明,变革型领导对团队沟通、个体创造力及团队创造力皆具有正向影响作用;团队沟通和个体创造力对团队创造力也具有正向影响作用;个体创造力在变革型领导与团队创造力之间起部分中介作用;团队沟通没有起中介作用。建议高校要重视大学生科技创新团队的团队领导培养,提高大学生团队沟通能力和个体创造力,进而提升团队创造力。 相似文献

P-MASE是南开大学研究性教学团队于2018年提出的新型教学模式。该模型源于科研,以培养学生的探究和思维能力为核心,与研究性教学的内容和本质相一致。其包括5个相互关联的环节,即引入问题、寻找方法、科学分析、有效解决及效果评价。本文以化学与生物学专业伯苓试验班有机化学实验教学改革为例,介绍了基于P-MASE的拔尖人才培养模式的相关研究。教学实践表明:P-MASE模型能够显著提高拔尖学生的学习主动性,有利于培养大学生的创新思维和科研能力。 相似文献

该文从建立基础型英语阅读语料库(English Reading Corpus,ERC),然后采用结构方程模型(Structural EquationModeling,SEM)及语言统计学方法,从英语阅读语料库的语篇复杂度、学习者个体的信息获取水平及情感因素三方面进行了建模及相关关系的探索性研究,在数据统计和分析的基础上,找到了满足置信度及可拟合的数学模型,以期能对英语阅读教学和学习有所启示。在通过对SEM的ERC建模之后的数据进行全面、准确的统计分析,能够为提高英语阅读教学质量提供有价值的统计数据和分析资料。 相似文献

近年来,国内外学者对主观幸福感影响因素的研究一般涉及个体的主、客观因素,在遗传、文化、家庭环境、经济、社会支持、生活事件、人格、自我效能感、应对方式与主观幸福感的关系上得出了一些重要结论.但这些研究普遍存在着测量工具不一致、因果关系模糊及测量中存在着的社会赞许性、认知偏差、反应定势等,难以形成较有说服力的结论.因此,将来的相关研究中,在研究对象上应更多关注特殊群体;在研究技术上应充分整合认知神经科学和生物学的研究技术;在研究方法上则应尽可能多地运用结构方程模型、多层线性模型、元分析和数据追踪技术. 相似文献

Comprehension of science topics occurs when learners meaningfully generate relationships and conceptions about what they read.
In this generation process, learners’ cognitive and metacognitive regulation is one of the most critical factors influencing
learning. However, learners are not always successful in regulating their own learning, especially in computer-based learning
environments (CBLEs) where they are alone. Based on this rationale, the present study was designed to examine the effects
of two scaffolding strategies—generative learning strategy prompts and metacognitive feedback—on learners’ comprehension and
self-regulation while learning the human heart system in a CBLE. Participants were 223 undergraduate student volunteers. Structural
Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed to conceptualize and empirically test a model that explains mediating processes among
variables. Results revealed that the combination of generative learning strategy prompts with metacognitive feedback improved
learners’ recall and comprehension by enhancing learners’ self-regulation and better use of highlighting and summarizing as

The main purpose of this paper is to demonstrate how to apply the Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) technique to multi-wave
Curriculum-Based Measurement (CBM) measures in modeling academic growth and assessing its relations to student- and instruction-related
variables. HLM has advantages over other statistical methods (e.g., repeated measures ANOVA, Structural Equation Modeling)
in modeling academic growth. The advantages include allowing more flexible research designs in collecting multiple data points
and estimating growth rates and their relations to correlates in more reliable, accurate ways. CBM, as a multi-wave progressmonitoring
system, also has distinctive psychometric features that facilitate longitudinal research on academic skill development. These
features include provision of multiple data points within short time periods, good validity and reliability, and sensitivity
for detecting small degrees of change. Finally, research questions related to assessing the academic growth of students with
learning difficulties and using assessment results to improve educational practices for them are discussed 相似文献

Assessment of student learning outcomes is often discussed in relation to curriculum, standards and even administration practices. However, assessment of learning outcomes is rarely discussed in light of students’ socio-emotional contexts, which might help or hinder learning outcomes. For example, do students’ perceptions of the teacher as trustworthy influence their empathic views on classmates, learning engagement, academic achievement and wellbeing? The present paper reports the results of a theoretically-driven, short-term longitudinal study designed to explore the effects of socio-emotional variables, specifically students’ trust in teachers and empathy towards self and peers on engagement for learning, academic achievement, and wellbeing. Grounded in attachment theory and the LEAFF model, Panel Structural Equation Modeling (P-SEM) results revealed three significant pathways, which provide evidence that student trust in teachers may serve to launch a domino effect of outcomes, predicting students’ empathic views of classmates, learning engagement, academic achievement, and wellbeing. 相似文献

This study, conducted in Israel, examined how learning strategies and motivational orientations contributed to high school students’ sense of achievement in a massive open online course. The objective was to integrate an innovative teaching–learning strategy into the educational system that is based on online learning for students in subjects that are rich in knowledge and technology. The researchers used a motivated strategies learning questionnaire modified to fit the purpose of this study. In addition, the researchers built and used a sense of achievement index based on social pedagogy as a leading principle in the current learning model. Structural Equation Modeling path analysis results suggested that projects-based learning subjects had a significant positive impact on motivational orientations and learning strategies, and they in turn had a significant positive impact on students’ sense of achievement. 相似文献
