麦蚜复合种群发生期预报的研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
麦蚜是曲阜地区小麦穗期的主要害虫,种类有麦长管蚜Macrosiphumavenae(Fabricius)、麦一叉蚜Schizaphumgraminum(Rondani)、禾谷缢管蚜Rhopalosiphumpadi(L、)等,其发生或早晚不同年份间差异很大.为了及时准确作出预报,指导防治,笔者依据本站1982~1994年系统观测资料,对麦蚜复合种群发生期预报进行了研究,现将结果报告如下。1资料整理1.互选取预报因子据13年系统观测资料,以麦蚜发生期(蚜量始达500头/百株的日期)为预报对象(y),为研究方便,令4月25日为儿将历年发生朝代换成自然数值,然后用单因子相关法选定相关性…  相似文献

麦蚜是小麦的主要害虫之一,麦长管蚜Macrosiphumavena(Fabricius)是河北省优势种群,其次是麦二叉蚜Schizphisgraminum(Rondani)、禾谷缢管蚜、麦无网长管蚜AcyrlhosiphondirhodumWalker。小麦蚜虫为害损失及防治指标,国内已发表多篇论文,其防治指标均为400~500头/百株。中国农科院植保所郭予元等[1]的防治指标为4.4头/茎,西北农大植保系赵惠燕等[2]防治指标为500头/百株,北京大学生物系李拮鹄鸣等[3]的防治指标为480头/百株。作者于1994~1996年对麦蚜进行了研究,确定穗期百株蚜量为2000头左右,结果如下。1材料与方法…  相似文献

试验结果表明小麦品种 (系 )的抗性对麦蚜种群数量影响很大 ,百株蚜量随着小麦品种抗性增强而下降。而同一小麦品种对不同种蚜虫的抗性存在质的差异 ,铭贤 1 69品种 ,蚜高峰期百株蚜量麦长管蚜 63 0头 ,禾谷缢管蚜只有 1 1 5头 ,两者相差 5 5倍。另一方面 ,小麦品种抗性对麦田天敌的种群数量影响不大 ,而对天敌的发生期有些影响。因此 ,小麦品种抗性、天敌对麦蚜的自然控制能力 ,可把小麦中后期的蚜虫虫口密度控制在经济损失允许水平之下。  相似文献

在河南省原阳县河南省农科院试验基地安装了吸虫塔(suction trap),2009-2010连续2年在该地区进行了昆虫诱捕及麦蚜监测,并对诱捕到的麦蚜数量动态,以及吸虫塔和黄色粘板监测的比较进行了分析。结果显示:该吸虫塔对多种小型昆虫有很好的诱捕效果,在2009年和2010年分别诱捕到了8目39科58种和8目37科61种的小型昆虫,数量较多的主要集中在双翅目、半翅目、膜翅目等。该吸虫塔对麦蚜起到了很好的监测效果,2009年麦蚜始见期比2010年早,2009年麦蚜的优势种为禾谷缢管蚜Rhopalosiphum padi(L.),2010年是荻草谷网蚜Sitobion miscanthi(Takahashi),2009年麦蚜大量发生和高峰期出现的较早,禾谷缢管蚜分别在5月1日,5月13日,5月19日到达高峰,5月19日以后数量急剧减少;2010年麦蚜大量发生和高峰期出现的相对较晚,荻草谷网蚜在5月3日、5月7日、5月19日和5月31日出现4个高峰,5月31日以后蚜量才骤减。对白天不同时段诱捕的蚜量分析可知,麦蚜在早晨和傍晚飞翔活动相对较强。吸虫塔与黄色粘板监测的相关性分析表明,吸虫塔诱集麦蚜的数量动态与黄板诱集的数量动态趋势基本一致,吸虫塔诱蚜量与黄板蚜量具有较好的相关性,但吸虫塔诱集麦蚜出现高峰期早于黄色粘板。  相似文献

在河南省原阳县麦区于2002年4~5月期间自空中诱捕到迁飞性有翅麦蚜共1092头, 其中麦长管蚜(Sitobion avenae)415头, 禾谷缢管蚜(Rhopalosiphum padi)642头, 麦无网长管蚜(Metopolophium dirhodum)22头, 麦二叉蚜(Schizaphis graminum)13头. 每日诱获的有翅蚜带回室内在试管麦苗上单头饲养7 d, 共发病死亡341头(麦长管蚜224头, 禾谷缢管蚜106头, 麦二叉蚜3头, 麦无网长管蚜8头), 全部在饲养的前5天死亡, 其中前3天的死亡占78.9%, 有翅蚜的总带菌率为31.2%. 病死有翅蚜经逐头镜检确认病因, 全系虫霉感染所致, 其中新蚜虫疠霉(Pandora neoaphidis)占84.6%, 普朗肯虫霉(Entomophthora planchoniana)占5.5%, 暗孢耳霉(Conidiobolus obscurus)占9.9%, 另有4例为新蚜虫疠霉和暗孢耳霉的复合感染. 基于迁飞性有翅麦蚜高比例带菌和田间麦蚜虫霉流行病的调查资料, 可以认为麦蚜的虫霉流行病可能主要借有翅蚜的迁飞定殖而异地传播, 并讨论了这种传播方式对蚜虫流行病研究与利用的启示.  相似文献

对杭州郊区菜蚜的数量消长规律进行了连续多年的系统调查 .结果表明 ,在杭州郊区十字花科蔬菜上发生的菜蚜只有桃蚜 (Myzuspersicae)和萝卜蚜 (Lipaphiserysimi) .2种菜蚜混生种群的数量消长 1年中有 2个明显的高峰 ,分别出现在 5~ 6月和 1 1月前后 ;一般年份高峰期田间虫量可达平均每株 50 0头以上 ,且第 2个高峰虫量较高 ,持续时间较长 .在夏末秋初气温明显偏低的年份 ,8~ 9月作物上虫量上升迅速 ,最高也可达平均每株上千头的水平 .盛夏和隆冬季节数量都很低 .每年的 1 2月至次年的 5月以桃蚜占绝对优势 ,7~ 1 0月以萝卜蚜占绝对优势 ,而 5~ 7月和 1 0~ 1 2月则 2种蚜虫的发生比例交错变换 .温度是决定菜蚜混生种群数量消长规律和导致 2种蚜虫季节消长规律差异的一个主要因子 .文中对食料、天敌等因子的作用也做了讨论 .  相似文献

对辽宁省朝阳地区1989~2001年13年的高粱蚜Melanaphissacchari(Zehntner)的系统调查资料分析结果表明,该地区高粱蚜为间歇性发生,发生频率为60%左右。在不施农药的自然情况下,田间发生表现6个阶段,消长规律明显。中等发生年一般峰期日平均百株蚜量5~15万头,严重年25~60万头。各年度田间百株蚜量与蚜虫天敌单位呈极显著相关,天敌紧密跟随蚜虫。防治适期为7月25日~8月5日,个别发生较早的年份可以提前2~3d。  相似文献

In 1996 and 1997 a field survey of the abundance and species composition of cereal aphid primary and secondary parasitoids in spring barley, winter wheat and durum wheat was conducted in Zealand, Denmark. The purpose was to create a better understanding of the mechanisms underlying aphid–parasitoid dynamics in the field. Such an understanding can be used when developing biological control methods in cereals. In both years aphid attacks in cereals began in late June and never exceeded the economic threshold. In 1996 the first aphids were found in wheat on 26 June; in 1997 the first aphids were found on 24 June on both crops. The highest densities reached in 1996 were an average of six aphids per shoot in winter wheat and one aphid per shoot in spring barley. In 1997 the highest densities reached were 11 aphids per shoot in winter wheat and four aphids per shoot in spring barley. The aphid population collapsed by the end of July to early August in 1996, but it collapsed by mid-July in 1997. The onset and peak of parasitization were delayed in comparison to aphid infestation. Parasitism was 20–60% by the end of the cropping season in spring barley, and 30–80% in winter wheat and durum wheat in 1996. In 1997 parasitism did not exceed 3–11% in barley and was less than 2% in one winter wheat field but more than 40% in the other winter wheat field sampled. In both years most parasitism was due to Aphidiidae (Hymenoptera). The two dominant species were Aphidius ervi Haliday and Aphidius rhopalosiphi De Stefani-Perez. Hyperparasitism began after primary parasitism and increased progressively during the cropping season. The two years were similar in many respects, including for species composition of aphids and parasitoids. The late start of the aphid infestation may have contributed to the high level of parasitization found in 1996, but in 1997 the aphid infestation period was so short that a parasitoid population did not have time to build up.  相似文献

1 Sitobion avenae (F.) is a serious pest in Danish cereal crops. To understand the population genetic structure, aphids were sampled in seven different winter wheat (Triticum sativum Lamarck) fields throughout Denmark. The aphids were genotyped with seven microsatellite markers. In total, 2075 aphids were collected and 1203 of these were genotyped. 2 The Danish S. avenae populations displayed very high genotypic diversity, high percentages of unique genotypes and low linkage disequilibria; this is likely to be a result of genetic recombination encompassed by their holocyclic lifestyle. The populations showed very limited differentiation and no sign of isolation by distance. Almost all the genetic variation was ascribed within the populations rather than between populations, probably due to a high migration rate at approximate 10% per generation. 3 Seasonal changes in clonal diversity and distribution of asexual summer generations of S. avenae within the infestation period in a single winter wheat field were followed over two consecutive years by weekly sampling from 60 plots each of 20 × 20 m. Clonal diversity was high in all samples with no dominant clonal lineages and no significant difference in the genotypic diversity between weeks or between years. However, a temporal genetic differentiation effect, throughout the infestation, suggests that selective factors or high temporal migration play an important role in shaping the genetic structure S. avenae. 4 Analyses of fungal infected and uninfected aphids were performed to test whether some clonal linage were more often infected by fungi from the Entomophthorales under field conditions. In total, 54 progeny from aphids with Entomophthorales were genotyped and compared with 422 uninfected aphid genotypes. The Entomophthorales‐infected aphid genotypes did not cluster out together, suggesting that these fungal pathogens did not affect the population differentiation or clonal distribution of S. avenae in a Danish agroecosystem. 5 Our findings indicate that S. avenae populations can be controlled using conservation biological control  相似文献

介绍利用水培麦苗大量饲养麦蚜的技术。在不补充营养液的条件下麦苗可以维持10~15d,一般在饲养条件下可以1周换1次麦苗。小麦种子在经过24h浸种后,平铺在底部垫有滤纸的直径9cm的培养皿中,在25℃,4d后就可以接种麦蚜。适宜的试样条件为温度在18~25℃,相对湿度50%~70%,光周期为17hr∶7hr,饲养1代大约需要5~9d时间,每皿可养麦蚜500头以上。经过40代以上的连续饲养,蚜虫体重和每蚜产幼蚜数量没有明显降低趋势。  相似文献

研究了大田栽培和自然光条件下,模拟UV-B辐射(UV-B,280~315nm)增强对麦田生态系统杂草、大型土壤动物和麦蚜种群数量动态的影响。在UV-B辐射下,杂草和大型土壤动物的种类和数量降低,物种多样性改变,杂草总生物量也降低。UV-B辐射降低麦蚜复合种群数量,并与麦叶粗纤维、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、Mg和Zn含量有显著的相关性。UV-B辐射还导致麦蚜与麦叶Mg、Fe和Zn含量均显著增加。  相似文献

Changes in aphid presence following plant washings were evaluated on hibiscus plants, Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L., that supported natural aphid infestations--primarily melon aphid, Aphis gossypii Clover. Type of plant module (such as stems, tight buds, open flowers, and sepal caps) and percent of module's surface covered by aphids were recorded for each branch tip on every plant. Plant washing was done with tap water, applied for 30 s three times a week for 3 wk. Aphid presence was recorded each week. Aphid presence on plant structures immediately before and after a single 30-s wash treatment was also examined. In the 3-wk study, mean percent coverage of plant parts with aphids was significantly affected by wash treatment, plant module type, and their interactions, as well as by time and the interaction of time with wash treatment. By the third week, unwashed plants had 33.1% of stems and branch tips scoring >5% coverage with aphids, and 17.9% of unwashed stems and branch tips had 20% or more of their surface area covered by aphids. Washing plants prevented aphid coverage from ever exceeding the 5% class on all module types. In the second experiment, buds and stems with high numbers of aphids before washing generally experienced notable declines with a single wash. When the prewash coverage was 10% or greater, reduction in coverage ranged from 50 to 100% of the prewash amount. In 64% of the cases, the reduction in coverage was 75% or more of the prewash amount. Plant washing can provide a viable means of management for small, soft-bodied arthropods such as aphids.  相似文献

This study was designed to categorize the resistance to the Russian wheat aphid, Diuraphis noxia (Mordvilko), resistant hard red winter wheat, Halt, as compared with susceptible wheat, TAM 107, at four different growth stages. Antixenosis was expressed in Halt at growth stage Zadoks 30. Antibiosis in Halt affected fecundity, number of aphids produced per reproductive day, maximum number of nymphs produced in one day, and intrinsic rate of increase. Fecundity was lower on Halt than TAM 107, and more nymphs were produced on both varieties at growth stage 20 than 10 and 40. Fewer nymphs were produced per reproductive day and on maximum production days by aphids reared on Halt than by those reared on TAM 107. The intrinsic rate of increase of Russian wheat aphids reared on Halt was lower than aphids reared on TAM 107. Differences in plant height and plant dry weight did not occur. Chlorosis ratings showed greater damage at the earlier stages in Halt and TAM 107 and significantly more damage in TAM 107 than Halt at growth stages 10, 20, and 30. Leaf rolling occurred on infested plants of TAM 107 at growth stages 10, 20, and 30, but not growth stage 40. Halt plants did not exhibit leaf rolling. The presence of a significant level of tolerance could make Halt compatible with other integrated pest management programs. However, care should be taken with cultivars containing evidence of antixenosis or antibiosis that could cause selective pressure on the Russian wheat aphid, potentially causing biotypes to be produced.  相似文献

合理的行距配置可以调节群体冠层结构的光合作用。山西太谷冬小麦产量徘徊不前,为了研究晚熟冬麦区不同行距配置对不同穗型冬小麦光合性能与群体结构的影响,在大田条件下选用两种不同穗型品种,在播量一致的前提下,分别采用10 cm和20 cm两种行距配置,研究冬小麦群体结构、光能利用和产量结构的差异。研究结果表明:全生育期总LAI值表现为B2高于B1,10 cm行距配置改变了叶片的垂直分布,尤其对多穗型小麦品种冠层(60-80 cm)叶面积的提高最为明显。在小麦植株中、上部分45-90 cm处,两种行距配置LI%均表现为B2配置大于B1配置,在株高60-75 cm处,两种行距配置LI%差异最为明显,B2配置较B1配置LI%提高达30%以上。花后旗叶PN和孕穗期至蜡熟期群体NPR均表现为10 cm行距配置高于20 cm行距配置。四个处理的总干物质重、绿叶、茎和穗的干物质重均表现为B2B1行距配置。两个小麦品种的B2处理(10 cm行距配置)的产量和生物产量均极显著高于B1处理(20 cm行距配置);但经济系数则呈现B2处理(10 cm行距配置)均小于相应小麦品种的B1处理。行距配置对不同小麦品种的影响不大。表明10 cm行距配置适用于北方晚熟冬麦区。  相似文献

【目的】从保护生态环境兼顾防治害虫的角度出发,研究不同防治方法对麦蚜种群动态的影响,为麦蚜的田间防治提供理论依据。【方法】本试验分别设置不同的麦蚜防治田(空白对照田、黄板田、糖醋液田、诱芯田、诱虫灯田、综合防治田),在小麦生长期观察不同的防治田内麦蚜的种群动态的变化。【结果】诱虫灯对有翅蚜的防治效果要好于黄板和糖醋液,但对禾谷缢管蚜Rhopalosiphum padi(Linnaeus)有翅蚜的诱捕效果不明显,黄板和糖醋液对有翅蚜和无翅蚜均有防治效果,多种防治方法共同利用对麦蚜种群数量有一定的防治效果。【结论】多种防治方法共同使用的防治效果优于单一防治方法,诱虫灯、糖醋液、黄板、诱芯对不同种类麦蚜的防治效果不同。在田间使用时应注意不同时期采用不同的防治方法。  相似文献

A 2-year study was conducted to evaluate the role of winter wheat, Triticum aestivum L., as a potential relay crop to conserve arthropod natural enemies and suppress cotton aphids, Aphis gossypii Glover, in seedling cotton. The results suggested that the natural enemies that moved from the adjacent wheat fields to cotton fields with the maturity and harvest of wheat could keep the cotton aphid population at the edges (0--4 m) of cotton fields under the action threshold of 100 aphids/m2. Data also suggested that the wheat strip served as a reservoir to conserve arthropod predators and relayed its predators to cotton when wheat matured and senesced.  相似文献
