以球形凹坑织构动压滑动轴承为对象,基于流体动压润滑机理,建立含有球形凹坑织构的动压滑动轴承数学模型,推导轴承油膜厚度方程,并采用有限差分法求解Reynolds方程,借助MATLAB软件分别研究织构间距、织构深度等参数对动压滑动轴承承载特性的影响规律。结果表明:当织构深度一定时,存在最优织构间距使得动压滑动轴承的承载性能最优;当织构间距一定时,存在最优织构深度使得动压滑动轴承的承载性能最优。  相似文献

以动压滑动轴承为研究对象,根据流体动压润滑原理,建立圆形微凹坑织构化动压滑动轴承油膜数学模型,推导织构化滑动轴承油膜厚度修正公式;结合Reynolds方程有限差分法的求解方法,分析全织构和织构化参数(间距、深度)对动压滑动轴承圆周方向压力分布的影响。结果表明:分布在轴承上的全织构会引起油膜压力的变化;织构位于不同的位置时对圆形微凹坑织构滑动轴承的油膜压力的影响是不同的,对于不同间距和深度的织构,当织构位于升压区时,动压滑动轴承具有较好的润滑、承载性能,而织构位于降压区和全织构时不利于轴承承载。  相似文献

对某汽轮发电机组1#轴承轴瓦经常发生碎裂故障的原因进行了分析,该轴承轴颈的振动、水平偏移量及晃动过大等是导致轴瓦碎裂的主要原因。通过减小该轴承轴颈偏移量,增加其最小油膜厚度及对机组进行动平衡,有效解决了轴承轴瓦碎裂的故障。  相似文献

Against the backdrop of increased needs for longer operating life of turbine oils, there is a tendency to use amine-type antioxidants for steam turbine oils as well as gas turbine oils. Amine-type antioxidants are known to form sludge during the oxidation process, and the sludge formation from turbine oils involves the high risk for a power plant of bearing temperature rise caused by sludge deposition onto the bearing surface. But currently, there is no global specification to evaluate the sludge formation from turbine oils that have high rotating bomb oxidation test (RBOT) life. In this study, we examined 18 kinds of commercially produced turbine oils and two kinds of originally prepared oils with amine additives on sludge formation under 120°C dry turbine oil oxidation stability test (TOST) accelerated degradation test. Consequently, we found a criterion to check the quality of sludge resistance of turbine oils based on the relationship between the RBOT residual ratio and weight of filter residues(1μ m pore filter).  相似文献

The use of extreme pressure (EP) additives resulted in increased gear life for the driving unit of a hot roll stand in a steel work. For large diameter sliding bearings operational problems caused by the surface roughness of the journal and bearing linings can be eliminated by using oil of the correct viscosity together with careful filtering.Seizure of the jaw coupling of a steam turbine can be eliminated by an appropriate material combination which is assessed by seizure investigations. Structural changes based on the results of an experimental investigation of sticking have eliminated unreliable operation of a starting device for a steam turbine.  相似文献

针对某石化公司GB201压缩机组中汽轮机端轴位移和轴振动信号出现的突变现象,对汽轮机接地电刷、BENTLY3500接地系统及静电产生原因进行了研究。由于机组不能停机,先对可能导致故障的各相关因素进行了分析。排除可以排除的因素,在线检测及更换了汽轮机接地电刷、在线检测了BENTLY 3500接地系统及分析了转子带电或带磁的影响。最后判定润滑油受高速运转的转子与轴承挤压摩擦产生了静电,并且因轴承座较大而导致TSI探头的同轴接头在轴承座内,接头长期浸泡在50℃左右的润滑油里中,绝缘效果或变差,静电累积到同轴接头上,从而导致静电荷积聚及突变现象的产生。后在机组停机检修时,打开轴承座检查,对同轴接头重新做了绝缘处理,再次开机后恢复正常。研究结果表明,信号突变是由于润滑油高速运转的转子与轴承挤压摩擦产生静电及轴承箱内的TSI探头同轴接头绝缘失效。  相似文献

A novel nonlinear model of rotor/bearing/seal system based on the Hamilton principle is proposed for steam turbine systems in power plants. The Musznyska model and unsteady bearing oil-film force model were applied to describe the nonlinear steam excitation force and oil-film force. The Runge-Kutta method was used to solve the motion equation of the rotor/seal/bearing system. The dynamic characteristics of the rotor/bearing/seal system were analyzed with bifurcation diagrams, time-history diagrams, trajectory diagrams, Poincare maps and frequency spectrums. The numerical analysis indicates that the seal force and the oil-film force influence the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the rotor system. With the increase of rotation speed, the rotor system exhibits rich forms of periodic, double-periodic, multi-periodic, quasi-periodic and chaotic motion. The combined impact of steam excitation force and bearing oil-film force may cause a severe vibration which seriously affects the safety and stability of the rotor. The presented model provides a theoretic foundation for further research on the ultra-supercritical steam turbines.  相似文献

Prevention of fluttering fatigue damage in a tilting pad journal bearing   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Tilting pad journal bearings have been widely used to support high-pressure/fast rotating turbine rotors owing to their inherent dynamic stability characteristics. However, fatigue damage in the upper unloaded pads and the break of locking pins by pad fluttering continuously take place in actual steam turbines. The purpose of this paper is to develop a bearing model that can prevent bearing problems effectively using pad fluttering in a tilting pad journal bearing. A developed bearing model with a wedged groove is suggested from studies of a fluttering mechanism performed in previous research. The fluttering characteristics of the upper unloaded pad are studied experimentally in order to verify the reliability of the bearing model. It was found that very little pad fluttering nearly occurs in the bearing model under various experimental conditions. In addition, no type of bearing failures by pad fluttering was detected in applications involving actual steam turbines.  相似文献

与其他轴承相比较,可倾瓦轴承具有每块瓦均可自由摆动的主要优点;因此,在现代石化企业中,可倾瓦轴承在汽轮机和压缩机等高速旋转机械中得到了广泛的应用。本文详细介绍了影响可倾瓦性能的主要因素,重点对可倾瓦轴承的故障机理进行了分析,总结了可倾瓦轴承的失效模式,并从可倾瓦轴承的故障机理及失效模式入手,根据轴承发生故障的信息,逐层分析,并绘制其故障树模型。该方法主要目的是根据故障树模型,采取有效的防范措施,以防止同类事故再次发生。  相似文献
